This is a good time to think about what you would like to start or continue doing for the coming year.  To help you start off the new year with exercise and more time outside, all 50 State Park systems are offering a Free guided First Day Hike on New Year’s Day 2013.

At the moment there are 657 hikes available with many in the southeast.  The hike is free, but call the nearest participating park for more details.
