One of my favorite Target in-ad coupons is back this week!  Get a $10 Target gift card back with any $50 in Food or Beverage items.

You’ll find the coupon in the Target weekly ad or get one on your phone by texting FOOD to 827438.

This coupon is what we call a “threshold” coupon.  That means that once you meet the threshold ($50 purchase) you will get the gift card even if you end up owing less than $50 after other coupons!  So start gathering your coupons together so you can save even more.

My favorite part about these coupons are that some stores will accept them as competitor coupons.  So I don’t have to buy kinda expensive groceries at Target, I can head to Bi-Lo and use the coupon there.  Make sure to ask your store if they accept Target coupons before shopping.

The last time we were invited to post on this site what were our favorite grocery items to buy at Target, I posted a list of gluten free items that my Target sold for a much cheaper price than did Publix or any other retailer of those items. I listed my city in my post. I had been buying these items at Target for a long time. Within a couple weeks, maybe, after I posted this, my Target raised the prices of those items so that now they cost significantly more–even more than what Publix charges. Target reading my post? Just a strange coincidence? Just think it is an interesting coincidence.
