I joined no problem several months ago - 46 year old mom of 3...I think they may also be loooking at demographics, your zip code, etc...when they see who "qualifies"
  • meg
Forgot to say - I got the Olay Pro X , Secret and Kashi so far!
  • Jenni
I'm a married, 29 year old mother of 3, who works full time at home, and I qualified. Go figure. I went ahead and voted on some of their polls, etc, just to see what it was all about.
  • Kelly
I signed up and received the Secret deodorant, the Kashi Cereal and just got the Pantene coupons. I think this is great!
  • If you're already a member, do you need to sign up again?
  • Barbara
I signed up 10/24 but haven't received anything from them yet. How long does it take to start receiving stuff from them? I'm a 55 yo mom with 3 teenagers and I didn't have any problem being accepted. It probably does have to do with how you answer the questions on whether you will try new items and share your thoughts with others
  • kim
I signed up 10-13-09 and received my first coupons today. They were 5 $1.00 coupons and 1 $2.00 coupon for Pantene products, expiring 12-31-09.
  • Lana
It's working now!! Must have been overloaded last night.

  • jen
Tried to sign uop but the link said the offer was no longer available. Any ideas?
  • tmoore
the link above did not work for me. Try going straight to the vocalpoint site and sign up that way. It worked for me. hth
  • Christine
I am 46 with 2 children...I went to the vocalpoint website....signed up with no problem. Hope to get the freebies soon and looking forward to taking part in product selection.
  • alison
I signed up for this site and got the pro-X several weeks later with a ton of $10 off coupons. Went to the forbidden Wally World today and looked at the price. WOW, holy cow,, shut the front door, this stuff was $41. Thanx Jenny for the heads up....You rock girl!
  • kelli
Vocalpoint is great! I'm 27, single, with no kids and I qualified a few months ago. I love getting the high value coupons in the mail for free and the samples are great too.

I've gotten a Bounce Dryer Bar and $2.50 off coupon, Olay Pro-X, Secret Clinical Strength, free Kashi waffles coupon, free Kashi Honey Sunshine coupon and trial size box, $3 off Kashi Go Lean, Free Rice Krispies coupon, Pantene coupons yesterday and Del Monte coupons today. I feel like there might be 1-2 more things that I can't think of.

This is just a personal experience and maybe this will help someone out there who is as frustrated as I was...
I originally signed up back in Aug/Sep 2009 (multiple times afterwards even) and ever since I've been looking for stuff in my mailbox and nothing. Well the last night I had a breakthrough, I signed up in hopes maybe this one would work, it gave me this response:

"Thanks for your inquiry into Vocalpoint. Unfortunately, we are only accepting new members who meet specific requirements.".

But... On the rejection page I click vocal's "home" tab and there it had a simliar questionaire thingy except with larger print and I gave it a shot, thinking looks a little different but try it and everything worked up until the email part. Then it said I was already a "member" even though it had rejected me. So I put in my husband's email, and it took! I also answered the survey "strongly agree" since I saw someone's post saying it might look for that. Maybe this will help some of you. I will still wait and see if anything pops up in the mail. I've waited this long, another 3 more months won't hurt me.
  • Lana
Didn't work for me either - said the offer was no longer available. We must have overwhelmed them! :)
  • Brittany L
Thanks Jenny, I am a 28 year old mother of 2 and I qualified! Thanks Jenny!
  • Jeanne
It says that offer has expired...but luck next time I guess
  • Jenni
somewhat discourage, just for the heck of it, I went to vocalpoint.com. There is a join there. I was able to join.
  • Christine
    Try the vocalpoint website.
  • T.Edwards
I tried and it said We are sorry, but the offer that you are trying to reach is no longer available
  • Jenni
    same here. bummer
  • Angela P
    Me too!
  • Lisa
I am 39 1/2 with no kids and did not qualify, with two different sets of answers. Oh well.
  • Lisa
I tried again today and it worked, so I'm in. Yeah!
  • Lisa
P.S. Today I did not use Jenny's link. I went straight to www.vocalpoint.com
  • lisaallynn
Wow, now I don't know what they are looking for. I thought it was about the answers...Perhaps they are wanting to start a grass roots sort of thing, or word of mouth. Maybe if you go back and change your answers they can detect your computer-kind of like Del Monte does mine LOL.
  • Lisa
What did you put for the answers to the questions? I've tried a couple times and each time do not qualify.
    Thanks!
  • Jason
I tried registering for this and it said thanks but no thanks, VocalPoint is targeted at "specific groups of women". I tried registering again with my wife's info and left everything else exactly the same, and I'm in. Apparently they are not interested in your opinion if you're not a woman!
  • Jason
I did send them an e-mail asking them to delete the account ... I have no interest masquerading as my wife and she has no interest in all this couponing stuff. I don't think this sort of thing will be a problem for the rest of you as a seem to be rather alone as a couponing dad!
  • JessC
Sorry Jason...unless men are AGREEING with us (women), we don't want their opinion! LOL! If only my DH would understand that!
  • Angie
I am 34 with no kids and didn't meet the requirements. I wonder if it's an issue of once they meet the certain number of people per day, everyone else gets turned away.
  • Beth
I am a 37 year old mother of 2 and did not qualify!
  • jessica
i am 27 mother of two and did not quality??mm not sure!:(
  • Snellmom
I think you need to indicate on the first page that asks whether or not you want to try new products that yes, you do and you like to share them with others. They aren't going to send gifts to people that don't want to share with others! That is my 2 cents!
  • Beryl
Thanks SnellMom. I'll check on changing my profile to include "sharing" :)
  • Shelley
Do the answers that you put matter?
  • I signed up for this a while ago too, I got the free Olay Pro-X, the Secret Clinical strength and I got the free Pantene coupons in the mail today too! I love the Vocal Point program. I am 25 with no children yet and I met the requirements, that's weird lots of others seem to be having trouble.
  • Beryl
I'm 50 with 2 kids and I qualified several months ago. I get the coupons but no samples. Do I have to do something to stay an active participant? Or, is the program automatic? Thanks, Beryl
  • amy
I filled out the info and it said I did not meet the requirements. I am a mother of 4 children in my 30s. Wonder if anyone else is having this problem? Is this just for senior citizens? If anyone else knows please let me know thanks and hope everyone has blessed day!!
  • amanda
I just got in to vocal point. I am 29 with no kids. Try again. Maybe they only take so many people from their set age groups? Not sure. I would be careful how you answer the bubble questions. They might be looking for specific answers there looks like. Good Luck!
  • Teresa
I would encourage you to try again also. Im a mother of 4 in my 30,s and had no issues. It looks like it would be worth the effort to fill the info out again. Good Luck!
  • lisaallynn
I think it is how you answer the survey questions. I strong agree that research before I buy something major, I will buy something new if I read positive reviews about it, I like to tell people about products I like, etc. I don't know if that is it, but I think so. I am 37 with one child.
  • Beth
I agree it must be the way you answer the questions. I tried to sign up several months ago and did not qualify. I'm in my 40's with 2 elementary age kids. This time I qualified. How I answered the questions was the only thing I did differently.
  • Glenda
I am a senior citizen & did not qualify...so that can't be it. Maybe because I am not employed....
  • Julie
I was not qualified either. I am in my 40's no kids. I figured it was because I didn't have kids.
  • Becky
Amy, I am a mom of 5 kids in my 30's, and had no problems. I would try again!
  • Melissa
I had the same problem Amy. I'm 29 with one child and they said that I do not meet there requirements either. I don't know what the deal is!
  • Interesting...I'm 29 with one child (boy/2) and I am a member!
  • amy
Thanks .. I think maybe we should try again!! Thanks again!!
  • Joanne
I'm 49 and have grown children and I just met the requirements. Not sure - I'm sorry. Perhaps you could try again.
  • Karen
I am a member and I am in my 30's with two kids. Maybe you should try it again, I'm not sure. I hope I get the pantene coupons, that is my one and only brand! I received the pro-x and secret and kashi, I liked them all but I realy liked the pro-x wow what a suprise to be sent something like that for free!!!!
  • Tiya
I am a 29 year mother of 1 and I met the requirements. Sorry for you.
