For all you Chattanooga folks - the Publix at Hurricane Creen/E. Brainerd does not take competitor coupons anymore - unless it is for a SPECIFIC item! I tried to use a Food Lion coupon on meat (butcher's cut) on a roast and they would not let me. Just a heads up. So this publix only takes competitor's coupons on specific items. Thanks Jenny! I love your website and enjoyed seeing you a few a weeks ago.
  • jackie
I am not seeing the printable Huggies coupons for diapers or wipes... can anyone give me a zip code that might work? Thanks!
  • belle80
I didn't see this posted anywhere but in my paper last week there was coupon for Pace salsa .60/2 or picante .60/2. Goes great with the bogo sale this week. My sale goes thurs to wed so i'll be picking some up today.

So...tonight was a rather interesting night at Publix (Duncan/Moore, SC). It's been about 3 weeks since I started couponing. So it's been fun and a learning experience for sure. Anyway, tonight the cashier saw my stack of coupons and asked for them before ringing up my items. She then proceeded to lay out the coupons before she began scanning. I asked her if she intended to scan the coupon as she scanned the item and she said, yes. So I offered to help her. I told her that as she scanned an item, I would hand her the coupon that went with it. So that's what we did. I had coupons for mostly everything I bought except for maybe 4 or 5 things. She apologized and said that they were starting to get strict on coupons. I told her that was absolutely fine and that I didn't mind helping her.

I bought the Benevia drinks and had the $4/1 Green Adv flyer coupon and the $5/1 printable (total of $9 in coupon savings for one item). The item was $8.47 or something (I can't remember the exact amount right now.) She told me that she had to adjust the amount of the coupon because they were not allowed to take coupons that exceeded the amount of the item. I was ok with that then but like most of you, I can't understand why the price of a coupon should be adjusted. I just didn't think it was an argument I needed to have with the cashier. I do intend to write Publix about this though. She did pay very close attention to each item as it was rung up and the coupons that followed (I did several matches with store and manuf. coupons.)

All of this is understood, somewhat. And I actually do not mind since it insures that all my coupons are scanned and since I'm honest about couponing I have nothing to worry about but I'm really starting to wonder where this is going to take couponing. The internet and shared information is definitely changing the way consumers shop. We are more informed, very very savvy consumers. If you want information, you can find it. You can learn how to coupon! Something I never understood until now, thanks to Jenny and the southernsavers community. But if retail chains are going to start 'cracking' down on couponing, I think that they need to do it across the board at all chains. It needs to be clearly defined. That might be too much to ask for, but would cut down on the confusion (and frustration) that couponers like us have as well. (Take for example, Walgreens.)

I saved about 75% on my groceries tonight so I really didn't mind what happened tonight at Publix, but I would just like some consistency at retail chains. I think that this is something that really needs to be addressed because it's starting to make me feel like couponers are being hated on for what we do - SAVE MONEY. No one is getting cheated here. I know there are abusers out there, but I'm sure the majority of us are honest!
  • Renie
My Publix said the $1.00 Juicy Juice coupon was, indeed, a store coupon so they would not accept it. So sad!
  • terra
My Publix, located in the Birmingham, AL area, had lots of great things on clearance. Here are just a few of the items that I got tonight...

    Revlon Tweezers $1.19 - coupon $1.00 = $.19
    Revlon Nail Clippers $.79 - coupon &1.00 = overage $.21
Clean and Clear Face Wash $2.00 - coupon $2.00 = Free
    Clairol Hair Color $3.15 - coupon $2.00 = $1.15
    Clearasil Acne Cream $2.50 - coupon $2.00 = $.50
    Centrum Vitamins $1.00 - coupon $3.00 = overage $2.00 (2 bottles)

    Great night at Publix...Saved 78%...

Jenny I could not do this without all your help...Thank you for all your hard work...You are a true blessing!

I am new to couponing and this will be my third shopping trip to Publix.I am still trying to get the hang of this but I am not sure what the Yellow and Green advantage flyers are or the Little book of Big savings?? Where do I find these items?

    Thanks So Much!

Some have them on the turnsyles at the store entrance, most keep them behind the service desk because hoarders wouldn't leave enough for everyone!

Thanks for all the information! This is really a great site. Now if I could just learn to save a ton of money with coupons!!LOL. Honestly this has been very helpful for a newbie. Thanks to all responded :)
  • Donna
ask at the service desk and sign up online for the ones that come to your house
  • Shan
Thanks -I just made the online requests!! Will ask the service desk tomorrow!!!!
  • Michelle
The yellow and green advantage ads are sometimes in the turnaround with the ads and the Little book of big savings is usually there, in the store, or behind the customer service counter. I usually go the customer service counter and ask if there are any new coupon books.
  • Shan
Thanks!!! I am going to go ask tomorrow.
  • Ann
Hello to the Southern Savers deal-hunters that I see in the Goose Creek Publix!

I'm still finding my way around this store and trying to figure out which competitor coupons they accept. I wondered if anyone knows an online forum where people can talk to local couponers. It would be so nice to chat with some local people.

    THANK YOU FOR THIS SITE!!!
  • Donna
That's the best Publix, I haven't found a q that they won't take. The manager, Mike, is very coupon supportive, even offered his conference room, complete with snacks, to anyone wanting to share info, and help newbies learn the ropes.
  • Yolanda
Thanks Jenny, I saved 55% on my shopping trip to Publix - just waiting on one refund from Olay for the Quench body lotion. I had purchased the items for the Publix $10.00 rebate and realized that my receipt was wrong when I got home so I can't file for the rebate. Might not be a problem since the fine print on the rebate form indicates that it is limited to the first 5,000.

    Thanks again!
  • Donna
My Publix has some of their "As Seen on TV" items on clearance. I bought one item, was suppose to be $3.49 but rang up $9.99, took it up to customer service, she credited it back to my card, then told me that it's Publix' policy to give you the first item if it rings up wrong at the register. Just another reason to love shopping at Publix!
  • Tara
At the Lexington, SC store they had buy 1 100 oz. Tide and get a 32 oz. of Downey free on the Tide's. (Peelie's).
  • Brandy
A1 has been reset, I just printed it.
  • Caryn
Publix on Forest Dr. would not let me use the Juicy Juice coupon from Target. The cashier said they don't consider them a competitor.
    True???
  • Jennifer
I just printed a-1 coupons so they may have reset them? Good luck!
  • twyla
    me too! thanks!
  • Rhonda
Does anyone know if the Contessa Micro-Steam Meals are included in the BOGO deals? THANKS!!
  • Tracey
The Publix ad says "Assorted varieties" so I would assume that they are.
  • Misty
Don't know if it was posted or not but if the rotel is for real on sale the yellow advantage flyer has .75/2 Qs in for Rotel
  • Selina
Hate it when I realize after the fact that the cashier didn't scan ALL my coupons!

Also wondering if anyone has the answer to a question... I noticed when walking into Publix they had a sign listing the acceptable stores they would accept competitor coupons from. One of the stores on the list was Rite Aid... does anyone know if this includes the $5 off $25? That would be GREAT if so!!
  • Elizabeth
If you didn't give all of your coupons to the cashier, take them to the customer service counter and they'll give you the cash for them. At least, that's what we've done at all three stores I've worked for in Florida.
  • Susan
Yes, I have used it without any problem.
  • Stacey
Most likely, yes! I use them in my store all the time.
  • Stephanie
Just swung by the Publix off Hwy 119 in Alabaster, AL and wanted to let you all know that there is a blinkie at the sour cream section for 1.00 off Friendship sour cream. (Have never tried this brand, but I mix it with other things anyway.) This brand retails for 1.49 so after the coupon you end up paying .49!! I was excited to see this cause we go through LOTS of sour cream.
  • Michelle
If you have the All The Trimmings booklet from Christmas there is a store coupon you could stack with that man. coupon for 1/2 and it doesn't expire until 1/31
  • keb2009
    A1 coupon is back up!
  • Kim
    Awesome, just printed two! Thanks!
  • courtney
Am I going crazy or is there a reason I can't find the $2 cpn in the RP for Complete solution? Or the cpn for solo in the SS 1/24? And, my publx family style spring 2010 doesn't have a cpn for Tyson just one for Butterball Turkeys.
  • Michelle
The Tyson was on the cardstock-like page in the very front of the ones they mailed out to subscribers
  • Tiffany
Can someone please tell me where to get the "Little book big savings"
    Thank you
  • Lisa
Look on the Southern Savers Traders site, there are people there that are swapping this coupon book or at least the coupons that they won't use. The link is on the top right side of this page, good luck!
  • Melissa
The customer service desk inside your Publix.
  • Sara
I just started couponing a couple of weeks ago and tried to use 2 manufacturer coupons for 50¢ off a pack of Huggies wipes. The cashier looked at me and said since I only bought 1 package I could only use 1 coupon. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to talk to the manager to see if they double coupons (Publix on Wade Hapt. in Greenville). Am I doing something wrong? or was the cashier confused?
  • mary
Welcome to couponing! You are allowed to use a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon but not two manufacturer coupons for one item. Sometimes you can find coupon books in your Publix or you can ask customer service for them. Jenny will always let us know when a new one is out. The coupons in there can be combined with your manufacturer coupons. Hope this helps!
  • Sara
I thought that they "double manufacturer coupons up to 50¢". I'm in SC not FL.
  • Amy B.
They do double. They take any 50¢ or lower coupon that you give them & multiply it by two! You don't need to provide two coupons - the registers multiply it automagically. :)
  • Kristi
They do, but you only need one coupon. If it's a coupon for 50 cents or less the register will automatically take off that amount twice. Check your receipt.

Does that make sense? Hope it helps!
  • Frances
Can someone who has shopped at Publix this week post what Ronzoni pasta is B1G1 free? What printable coupons did you use (ie Smart Taste 1/2 and/or Healthy Harvest 1/2)?

From ad above: Ronzoni Pasta 12-16 oz, at $1.39 (69¢)
(excludes Lasagna, Manacotti, and Jumbo Shells)

Also, has someone used the Kroger's $1.50/2 on Suave Shampoo at Publix? It starts with a "1" so it should not be a manufacturer's coupon but has manufacturer's coupon at the top.

From ad above: Suave Naturals Shampoo or Conditioner 22.5 oz, $1
-$1.50/2 Suave Hair Care Kroger Home Mailer (mfr. coupon)
    THANKS!
  • Debbie
Publix West Ashley, SC did not have the SmartTaste or Healthy Harvest Ronzoni on sale for B1G1.
  • Frances
May I ask a stupid question? Is there Ronzoni pasta besides SmartTaste or Healthy Harvest? Was any Ronzoni on sale at your store?

I am trying to decide whether to print additional coupons in hopes it is on sale at my local Publix.
    THANKS!
  • Yolanda
They have a regular pasta and it was the only one on sale. In my store it was in a separate section with the standard Mullers, etc. Blue box if I remember correctly.
  • Jenny
I just went and dug mine up (suave) and it starts with a 5... interesting...
  • Tessielah
The Chex Mis coupons links were for bags of chocolate Chex Mix--do these coupons also work for regular Chex Mix, or is there something that I'm missing?
  • Stephanie
I think this will work because I noticed that they were supposed to be for chocolate when I made it to the register and although I took the coupons out of my cart, I forgot to take the coupons out of the stack and she scanned on of them (and it doubled) before I noticed and corrected her. Basically, if that coupon would have worked when I didn't buy ANY chex mix, then it should work with chocolate. I am going back tomorrow for some. Hope this helps!
  • Val
Im having a problem with a Publix in Vero Beach, FL giving overage, for eg. Rolaids buy 2, $4.00 Q. & for Example 2 Bayer @ 3.52, have 1 $1.00 MQ & Publix $5.00 Q they will not give overage, even though I was purchasing a lot more groceries,s that I didnt have Q for. Assit Mgr was not very nice to me. Mgr was not there. I have done this numerous times at this location & had this problem today. Suggestions? I have emailed corp about a diff situation over 2 weeks ago & have not heard back from anyone. THanks Val S.
  • Kathleen
If you are using a manf q AND a Publix q, which brings the savings below the cost, they will (and I think have the right to) adjust down the cost of what they, the store will take off the price of the item. i.e. they are adjusting down the amount of THEIR q, not the manf q.
If you are ONLY using a manf q that brings the price below the cost, they will not adjust down the savings, giving you any overage.
imo, I think this is fair, I get these items for free.
  • LD
Well overage is a bonus not a corp policy some do some dont . From what I understand they will always adjust down a store coupon and give face value for a manuf. If it is a manuf. coupon giving you overage they should either not take it or give you face value [as they get the full amount back [plus handling fee] . If they take a manuf coupon you should get overage period. But at some places not pulblix [as they seem to follow the laws well, on coupon redemtion by either not accepting or giving overage] I just let it go as I got it free and that is good with me. If it is something I did not need and was only using for overage . I will just take it off and wait till I can find an overage deal or trade the for something I need or donate the item if it is a reall needed item .

overage is not a right with coupons that I know of in using them ?, just a bonus . The only thing I know of is they should not adjust the value down to a lower price unless it is a fill in the price one . And there is no law that says they have to take any coupons . Publix has a corp policy that some managers are more lax with for customer satisfaction . But unless they change it from a few years ago . face value or not at all. Just be careful if you want that followed to the tee .Then even things you would not get overage on but free may be denied if they follow that rule and just deny useing the coupon at all. I figure free is better than nothing . But I have never come across one in my area NF [jax area] that will let you use it and adjust the value down . It is either overage or nothing .
  • twyla
im in Jax too...ive only had one Publix adjust their store coupon down...Im very thankful also just to get it for free...but overages are Wonderful!!!
  • Jayna
FYI that Publix in Franklin, TN will no longer be accepting Food Lion coupons starting on Monday because the Food Lion is closing...
  • Laura
Not sure if this will help anyone else, but I found the Publix penny item coupon in the free Paulding County paper that comes every Thursday. Might be worth it to check if you get anything like this in your county. :)
  • rebecca
Rotel (seen in store by others) (price unknown)
-.30/1 Rotel Tomatoes SS 1/24 (should make it FREE)
-$1 off Velveeta and Rotel “Game Day Greats” booklet
-.55/2 Rotel Tomatoes in store dispenser

There is also a Publix 75¢/2 coupon in the yellow advantage flyer that you can stack with the 55¢/2 blinkie to save $1.30/2. Rotel tomatoes on the top shelf and include the "spanish seasonings" in them. At my store they are $1.39/can regular price. So if it's bogo (though I don't see it in my flyer). $1.39/2 - publix .75/2 - blinkie .55/2 = NINE CENTS FOR TWO CANS!!!!!!!!

We drain them and use them on tacos year round. Add them to chili for a little kick. Original is diced tomatoes with green chilies. Hub likes the jalapeno ones. I HOPE they're BOGO at my store.... I have about 30 blinkies and can always grab more adv.flyers!!!!!!!!!!!

    THANKS AGAIN JENNY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • MH
Save some coupons and Rotel for others too! There I was feeling guilty for buying 8 cans.
  • Anyone in Montgomery having a problem using Walgreens RR? I have used them forever and all of the sudden, today, the cashier got snippy and I said that they were a competitor. She went and got the manager and he said that they don't consider it competitor. I'm not sure if this is new or not, but when I stated I had used them before he got rude and walked away. I know a different manager at the same store says I can, or at least did. If you can still use them around here, which stores? If it's changed, it's changed, just a bummer that I can't use them to get $5 or $10 more off!!
  • Dianne
I'm in Montgomery too. On my last trip to the Dalraida Commons store I was told they were no longer accepting drugstore coupons as competitors. They said they will accept Winn Dixie coupons, and when I presented a Target coupon, the cashier initially tried to reject it too, but another cashier told him that they were still accepting Target coupons. They attributed it to having a new manager, but after reading other posts it makes me wonder otherwise. I don't know about Register Rewards. I will miss using my Rite Aid $5/$25 Q.
  • Stacey
They are manufacturer coupons, so you should be fine to use them.
  • Melissa
I'm in Prattville and was told that out Publix only considers Winn-Dixie and Target a competitor. Good luck.
  • Rhonda
Can not get the Eight o clock coffee coupon to print. Anyone else having problems
  • Tiffany
yes I had trouble too, I had to go to the original site and then navigate through it to the coupons, I was then able to print 2. Good luck!!
  • Kelly Hall
Help! I bought Huggies ($19.99), Cottonelle tp ($6.49), and Knorr sides (3 at sale price of $0.67 = $2.03) in hopes of receiving the KC/Unilever rebate gift card. The amount of these items before coupons was $28.51. For some reason, I had it in my head that it was the original price of each item that qualified for the rebate, regardless of sale prices and the coupons I then used. (Original prices would put me right over $30.) Does anyone know if that’s correct? Should I still send in my rebate form or did I just get it wrong and shouldn't waste the stamp? Thanks!
  • Lianna
I'm pretty sure that the item amounts on your receipt, before coupons, is what counts for the rebate. So the price that rings up, whether it be a sale price or regular price, before coupons are deducted, must add up to $30. For instance, I'm going to buy 1 huggies at 19.99, 3 wipes at 2.99, and 2 knorr sides at 1.35/2, so my total (for purposes of the rebate) will be 30.31. After coupons I'll pay a lot less of course ;)
  • Christine
Do the wipes qualify for the rebate? I saw them in the picture on the back of the coupon book, but they weren't listed in the participating brands. If they do qualify I just bought a whole lot of TP that I didn't have to:(
  • Lianna
You have to circle the qualifying items and the prices of the items on the receipt, and those amounts have to add up to $30.
  • Debbie
I don't know for sure but I'm also hoping for before coupons. I'm going to give it a try.
  • Jennifer
It says the Glade 4 oz. jar candles are bogo for $1.74. There is a "$3. on any 2 products from The Fragrance Collection by Glade" on coupons.com using zip code 35078. Do you think this applies to that purchase?? It's worth a try!
  • Laura
They do make the Fragrance collection candles in a few different sizes - 2, 4, & 10 ozs - so this Q may very well work on the 4 oz size. I really hope so, as the Orange Vanilla ones are to die for - they smell just like an orange creamsicle! :)

Thanks for the head's up - I just printed two off of my main computer, and just may print two more on my secondary computer!
  • Stephanie
Please let us know if this works!!
  • Stephanie
those were not the ones on sale at my store :0(
  • Rotel is priced at $1.39 at our store. There's also a 75¢ off 2 coupon in the Yellow Advantage Flyer - Hurray for overage!!
  • twyla
yes I was excited to see them b1g1....I almost used my coupons this week...glad I held on to them :)))
  • Hannah
if you go to www.whymilk.com, you can register to win a year's supply of milk. Just for registering, you get to print a coupon (or 2 if you hit the back button) for a free gallon.
  • Laura
Thanks for that link, Hannah! I just printed out two of these Qs. :)

For a second there, though, I was dissapointed, as it says "Free gallon of milk with $100 grocery purchase". I thought to myself, "No way do I even come close to $100 anymore!", but then realized that that would be before all of my coupons! LOL! :) My last trip to Publix would have qualified, even though I only paid $35 OOP for everything!
  • Christina
Does anyone know the zip for Nature Valley Granola Bars? All I can find is the clusters.

    Thanks!

    Jenny You Rock!!
  • Elizabeth
    32301 or 32303
  • Amy
Isn't Starkist on sale? Is there a matchup for that?
  • Melissa
There is also a .75 off two Rotel diced tomatoes in the yellow advantage buy flyer.
  • norma
Does anyone know if the GM coupon for $4 off is regional? What page are you finding it on? I'm in Florida and can't find it in my flyer---maybe because so many people took advantage of the ad the last time it came out. Until then, and when I went to their website, I never realized how many products were GM. Thanks!
  • janice moody
Does anyone know where to find the "little book of big savings" that Jenny is talking about under the Huggies wipes deal? I tried to find it a publix this morning and no luck. I really wanted to get the deal on the wipes :-)
  • Hailey
I found this book today in Irmo, SC but the coupon states save $1.50 on a "package" of huggies baby wipes. So I don't think they will take it on the smaller containers. The larger packages are also what is pictured.
  • wendi ellerbee
yes, i thought the same thing! I guess some people will get super cheap wipes and some won't! I do not want to get ripped again like the Walgreens Huggies coupons a while back! Anyone remember that? I never got the cheap wipes because the refill bag was shown on the coupon, others got away with it but not me.
  • Mine 'were' in a cardboard display. However, I went to one and saw them in a closet at customer service. I'd ask if you don't find them. (Montgomery, AL)
  • Jennifer
I got it from asking at Customer Service. A couple of weeks ago they had some there at my Publix. (Birmingham, Al.)
  • krks
Our store will no longer double any coupon that states No Doubling or Tripling on it. Normally, these are the Betty Crocker internet coupons like Chex Mix, Idahoan Potatoes, BC Frosting, etc. I no longer waste my ink on those unless Kroger is running a good sale. :)
  • Michelle M.
I'm having problems printing the Pepperidge Farm and Nabisco coupons. They're both from bricks.coupons.com. Every time I click on the link it brings be to a page to install the coupon printer. I've installed it 3 times and it still wont work. I click the 'print coupons' button and it just refreshes the page without printing. HELP!
  • kim
Try reinstalling the coupon printer with your firewall and anti-virus software turned off. Restart your computer. If the firewall and anti-virus do not come on automatically, restart them manually.
  • melissa
    FOOD LION Q'S

I figured out how to get them to work if you had trouble!!
Go to the top of this page and where it says "other GROCERY STORES" hit "harvery's" and it should say grocery coupons. click that link than you will see the food lion print from IE or PDF!

    hope you all get it!
  • keb2009
    good call!
  • Melissa
Middle TN Shoppers--I called and spoke with the manager of the Mt. View Marketplace regarding the change in policy. They will still take internet coupons, but no internet coupons for "FREE ITEMS". They will no longer accept Walgreens, Rite Aid or CVS coupons. This is a bummer for me as we used the $5 off $25 purchase coupons all the time. Sorry for the confusion.
  • Stephanie
There goes my free milk coupon that I had left for another shopping trip. Used it last week no problem..bummer.
  • anyone having trouble printing the tombstone pizza coupon? I get the response "page not found"
  • Lindsay
Silly Question...I'm new...but what does IE and FF mean when it's next to the printable coupons??
    thanks!!
  • Terry
Internet Explorer or FireFox. It depends on which you use.
  • Lindsay
    Thanks!
  • Dana
not sure if anyone is still trying to fit in a few medicines but here is a good link for q's..

    www.essentialsforlivingwell.com
  • Tarrah R.
The Emerald Print is for Diamond Almond slices. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks for all you do, you are great! God Bless!
  • keb2009
looks like the FL meat and tombstone coupons aren't loading. anyone get it to work?
  • Where did everyone find the 'Little Book of Big Savings' books?
    Thanks!
  • Hailey
I was so excited to find this at the Irmo, SC - Kennerly Crossing store. It was on a display when you walked in the doors.
  • Carrie
Try asking customer service, sometimes they are kept behind the counter for safe keeping. ;)
  • Rachel
If your store considers Rite-Aid a competitor, there is a $1 off 12-pack of Coke Store Q - You have to watch a video to get it. This could be a decent buy.
  • Debbie
There's also a RA huggies q I got from watching videos a while back, exp 1/31
  • Michelle
My publix (Furman in Greenville SC) had Rotel BOGO too. There was a .55/2 in store dispenser a while back that's good until 2/28 if you have it.
  • Christy
Love that Publix (of course, I didn't coupon as a college student)--probably bought more beer and subs than anything else! :-)
  • JEB
Is anyone able to get the CheX Mix coupons to double anymore, making it .24 cents? The ones you print usually say Do Not Double, and when I go to the Lex., SC store , they get suppressed. I found Bilo will still double...Just wondering...
  • Jenny
Try a different Pulix. The one up on Hwy 6 near Ballentine (only 2 miles north of the dam) does not suppress anything.
  • Carrie
I do not attempt printing these type coupons anymore from those sites since they do indeed say "DO NOT DOUBLE" and the cashiers suppress the coupon. I don't blame them either for doing that since they will only be reimbursed the un-doubled amount from the manufacturer.
  • Lana
All of the BiLos in my area are still doubling those and the Spartanburg SC Publix still doubles those but not Duncan SC and no overage there either.
  • Sue
I went to the Spartanburg store the other day (Hillcrest) and they were so nice. Even gave me credit for Green Advantage buy Q's when I did not have one and they were out.
  • keb2009
you guys sure can suck up some coupons! a1 only lasting 3 hours?
  • Carla
As the saying goes "The early bird gets the worm"!
  • Dona
Try again, they must have reset the link, I got it to work about 5 minutes ago!
  • I'm having trouble getting the shopping list to work. Anyone else?
  • Sue
Do you have the boxes to check? If not, just click on the printer icon at the top of the list where it says "Printable Shopping List"
  • Sally
I'm having trouble also. When I click on the little printer to get the boxes to come up it say page not available or something like that. It happened on BiLo also.
  • It wasn't working this morning, but it is working now. It did not have the check boxes and then when I tried to create a shopping list, it gave me a server error or something. All better though!
  • Amy
it's working fine for me. just check off the items & hit the gray button that says "Create List" at the bottom.
  • Amy B.
The tide detergent could make for a good deal with the following coupons:
    Tide Detergent 100 oz $10.99
    -50¢/1 Tide Detergent 1/17 PG
    -$2/1 Tide Food Lion printable
-FREE Downy wyb Tide 100 oz. peelie

Use all three to get Tide & Downy for $7.99. Not as good as the All & Snuggle deals that we've had, but if you use Tide....
  • Emily
Will you still be posting the penny item this morning?
  • Michelle
    Coffee in Greenville SC too
  • Lena
The penny item at the Kennerly Rd. Publix in Irmo, SC is Publix coffee in the brick. I also asked if they were still accepting internet printed q's and I was told that they are. HTH.
  • Melissa
FYI--Especially Middle TN Shoppers--During our shopping trip to the Mt. View Marketplace Publix last night, we were informed that Publix will no longer honor any coupons that have been printed from the internet nor any coupons that say "free" item. We were also told that Pulbix would no longer accept Walgreens, CVS or Rite Aid coupons since they aren't "true" competitors. The explanation that was given is this a change in the Publix corporate policy. Historically, this store has taken every type of competitor coupon. I have emailed corporate to find out what is going on. Just curious if others have heard this same story. Thanks!
  • Stephanie
I can understand not taking drug store coupons, but not internet coupons. I have been shopping there as I live right down the road and so far no problems. If problems arise I will go back to the other store where I know so many of the people there. The customer service person last night didn't act very friendly. I just hope there is a mis-understanding.
  • krks
Melissa, I went to the Mt Juliet store once recently and noticed one of their customer service ladies was the one I had a very bad experience with at another store. She is very coupon unfriendly. I hope this is only a misunderstanding because I also use internet coupons regularly. :)
  • Sarah
I had a lengthy conversation with the assistant manager in Goodlettsville and he told me they gladly accepted internet coupons as long as they are $5 or less and not for free items. This was the result of a misunderstanding about him not accepting one of my q's - which I had e-mailed corporate about.)
  • LindaB
Call the store this morning and ask to speak to the store manager. Sometimes the cashiers get in trouble for accepting coupons that should not have been accepted so they just 'shut-down' so to speak. They just don't want to look bad or even lose their jobs because of mis-understanding how coupons work. The store manager will be able to tell you what the store policies are. Or go to the courtesy booth before shopping and ask the store policies on coupons. (Take note of the persons name)I know I like to be well informed on just what Q's my store will accept so I have made it a point to get to know my store manager. Just drop his name to your cashier as you are checking out if there is a problem.
  • Emily
Spartanburg, SC will also not accept drug store coupons...only traditional grocery stores located within a relative proximity to the store. But we haven't ever been limited or denied on internet printables...that is often half of what I use, depending on the week. Good luck!
  • Dianne
Coupons.com has a $1 Q for Bayer aspirin that will go along with the green advantage buy $5/2 that expires 1/29. Makes for possible overage. Happy bargain hunting everyone!
  • Kim
I did this last night. I had several Bayer coupons from the Sunday papers a few weeks ago. I used the 1.00 off coupons and the $5.00 off 2 Bayer coupons from the Green Advantage flyer and got the smaller Bayer baby aspirin package which was around $2.65 I think. I bought 2 and used 2- $1.00 off q and the 1 Publix $5 off 2 Green Adv q and made a good bit off the deal. Great!!!
  • Laura
Yes, I have been buying Bayer, Aleve and a small J&J first aid kit everytime I go to Publix and get overage every time. Great deals!
  • twyla
I did the same thing ...my publix is wonderful about overages...The manager is great!! but even if they decided to stop giving the overages..I would totally understand :)))) Love my publix!!
  • Elizabeth
The link for the Food Lion meat coupon is coming up "Page not found." Anybody else having this issue? How do I fix it?

That happened when I tried to get the Tombstone coup as well. Anyone found out how to get to the pdf?
  • Dona
That happened to me the first two times, I just kept going back and trying and then it came up and printed. I am not sure why?
  • Elizabeth
I just kept going back and it worked eventually. When it printed, it printed out 5 of them! I'm sure I can find people to give them to though.
  • Jennifer
Morning! I am having trouble getting the Pepperidge Farm bread coupons to print. Every time I try it says I have exceeded the allotted amount. I have NEVER printed one before. I tried the FF one also and I had to download the coupon printer. After downloading it gave me the same message! I asked my husband to try and he got the same thing on his computer. He has NEVER printed a coupon before (any kind) so he shouldn't have gotten the same message. Any suggestions on how to make it work? Thanks!!
  • Bethany
I got the same message on the YoPlus, Eight O'clock coffee and PF bread. What is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????
  • Stephanie
Eight O'Clock coup is working now, after trying all day I finally got my 2.....TRY IT NOW!!!
  • Stacey B
    I received the same message.
  • Melanie
    ditto.
  • nina
I as well:( really stinks I even installed firefox only for it to say I have printed them already I tried all 5 of my computers boo :(
  • Christy
THANK YOU!! THIS IS GREAT!! :)
  • Megan
Mine in Simpsonville, SC had the Purina cat food on sale this past week....wondering if they got confused!? We use Purina One so I got 6 bags!
  • Upromise has some e-coupons to match the Huggies deals. Remember all Upromise coupons are credited back to your Upromise account, not deducted from your purchase price.
    -$1/2 Huggies wipes
    -$3/1 Pure & Natural
-$2/1 Little Movers or Little Snugglers or Overnights
    -$1/1 Snug & Dry

So you could get a couple additional dollars back . . .
  • Aymie
Is the Farm Rich coupon regional? I only have the $.75 which stinks for me I really wanted the $1.50 off!
  • Allyson
FYI--Publix has a special of $3.39 on a gallon of milk. I was in the Rivers Ave Target the other day in Charleston, SC. I seldom buy milk there but didn't want to make an additional trip elsewhere. At first I only saw the .79 and thought wow, $3.79--steep. Then as I got closer--it was $2.79 regular price. So if in Target, be sure to check the milk prices.
  • c
my walgreens has PET milk for 2.59 regular price
  • Carrie
The Knorr Publix Store Coupon is .55/2 (atleast from AJC it printed this way)
  • Carrie
Any other place to get the Knorr Publix store coupon besides the AJC? I didn't see any insert in my paper (Jacksonville, FL). Will the coupon be in the Publix weekly ad that we can pick up when we enter the store?
  • Leigh Ellen
How do you print coupons from the AJC? Are you an online subscriber?
  • Carrie
was referring to the printed inserts that come in their Sunday newspaper, not online.
  • Carrie
I also do not see the $1/3 from RP 1/24. So using the Store Coupon (.55/2) on this deal makes them .40 cents each
  • Carole
I don't see the RP 1/24 Knorr coupon either. Anyone??
  • Jenny
sorry guys wrong date that is coming out this weekend!
  • Brandy T
I found the store coupon in the AJC. $.55/2. Now I'm waiting for the MQ to come out.
  • Michelle
Could any one tell me if Teddy Grahams are included in the Nabisco rebate? I didn't see the specific name but I wondered if anyone else knew. Thanks in advance.
  • Sue
I don't think they are because they are not in the picture of the participating producrs. However, Honey Maid Grahams are. Participating products shown are:
    7-16 oz. crackers including:
    Ritz
    Ritz Chips
    Wheat Thins
    Triscuit
    Honey Maid
    Sociables
    Better Cheddars
    Chicken in a Biskit
    Premium Saltines
    Stoned Wheat Thins
    Easy Cheese
    Planters Nuts 9.25-21.25 oz.

    Hope this helps.
  • Michelle
    Thank you!
  • Emily

If you are refering to the $20 Back to School rebate for Nabisco...I just got an e-mail from them with the link above listingthe participating items and they are included. I know there is also a $10 rebate just for crackers...would think it would be the same...but just e-mail them and they can let you know. Don't just go by the pic. Esp. if you want Teddy Grahams.
  • tina
Thanks!! Looks like a slow week for me :(
  • Donna
theres a publix coupon for the gatorade in the yellow flyer
  • Jenny
    It's for the 64 oz bottle. :(
  • Monette
It is $1.00/1 for 64 .oz or larger.
  • Terry
The Target Juicy Juice coupon printed $1 off ONE!
  • Allison
Yes, the juicy juice is the larger sized one...BUT... I got by with using it last night on a smaller bottle. It all depends on the cashier!
  • Terry
Yup - it worked for me this morning!
  • Natalie559
Just b/c it got through doesn't mean you should try. If it clearly states a specific size and you use it on a different size then that's wrong :(
  • Christy
Remember, if it is the wrong product, Publix won't get reimbursed for it and they are so great about their coupon policy, we really don't want to rip them off! It's one thing if you misread or don't pick up on something like this, but now that we all know that the coupon is for a larger size, let's save it for a later time.
  • Holly
You're right Natalie. Thanks for maintaining integrity in all of this! Coupon fraud just makes it harder for those of us doing it honestly!
  • Betty
If that's the worst thing you do in life believe me you'r one in a million. Chill out & have a great day.
  • Sue
I believe that the Target coupon if for a larger size bottle:-(
  • Carla
You are correct Sue. It's for the 64 oz bottle. I just printed 2 of them this past weekend.
  • Maehing O
Jenny there is $1 off 2 lbs or more ground beef in the yellow advantage flyer... that could be used with the ground sirloin this week. Thanks for all you do!
  • LD
At the Publix I shop at they let me use FL coupon with a store so I can use the $1 off $5 flip also . I only use one of a kind, of the flip each trip so they alow us to keep doing this. If I have a manuf. coupon I can only use one store . So 2 coupons per item . 2 store [no matter which store] or 1 store and 1 manuf. ! I am so pleased with this and hope they dont change this policy . Now if they would take walgreens RRs it would make my day . lol
  • Debbie
There is also a manuf. q for Immaculate baking refridgerated dough products in Earth Fare's Holiday Savings- $1/2.
Thanks Jenny for all you do.
  • Tiffany
Our Winn Dixie here in Crawfordville (Florida) had a tear pad of A1 coupons that said $1 off a beef purchase when you buy A1. This could make for a good deal if paired right with other coupons and beef sales.
  • katie
the toaster strudal link is internet explorer, so if you are using fiefox, that is why it won't work
  • Yolanda
There are two links listed, IE and FF. I've tried both.
  • Carla
Me too and I can't get it. I get the standard "Sorry you have already printed this coupon the number of times allowed".
  • Yolanda
I'm having trouble printing coupons from the list links - specifically the $1.00 toaster strudel coupon. Any ideas?

I did find a different (I think) coupon on the pillsburybaking.com website for $1.00 off of 2.
  • Yolanda
    http://www.pillsbury.com/products/breakfast/fro...

For any Mac user with FF - I was able to find the $1.00 coupon that printed fine at the link above.

Thank you for all of your hard work Jenny!
  • JeffVL
Hungry Man - in the middle of typing saw that out of FL Publix doubles <$.50 coupons (coupon policy #5) - is that how you’re getting to $.80 w/ 1 $.50 coupon - if so - is your primary readership that you are blogging to out of FL - so that I as being in FL - need to be aware of the 2x of < $.50 coupons on Publix (so my shopping totals end up correct) - Thanx Jeff
  • Jenny
I do double the coupons in math examples. (Mostly for me I live in South Carolina). Sorry.
  • Tiffany
So when you say OOP you do not include the sales tax, right? because I could never get my OOP to add up to what you were doing, even taking into account the FL non double coupon policy. So 7% is low? What do you all pay then?
  • Miranda
FL doesn't have a sales tax on food. Other tax depends on what county you're in. I'm in Leon, it's 7.5% here. I think it's still 6% in Brevard where my mom is.

So, yes, in FL it is much lower than other places. I have a very good friend in TN and I about fell over when I found out the tax there is 9.5% and it's on food too!
  • Jessica
    Helps us in GA!
  • meg
Always works for me an GA- sometimes the price is lower - but thats ok by me!
  • Pamela
Yes, it is a terrific guide in Georgia. I have to alter a few Q's but this is by far the best site for Couponers in the south. Thank you Jenny (and others) for saving me thousands...I really mean that (2009) on my grocery bill!
  • Brooke
These deals work in GA too. I get them every week. I just double check the sale price to make sure the prices match.
  • Emily
I like that you double the coupons in the math and I believe A LOT of your readers are in SC...I find them in the grocery store ALLLLL the time!! :)
  • Melissa
There are a TON of us in Alabama, too :))
  • Michelle
I ran into someone yesterday that used your site. It was so fun to run into someone else!
  • Tambry
Although Jenny does automatically double the coupons (which they do in Tennessee) Thank you Jenny, but in Florida you pay MUCH less in sales tax. You actually end up better in the long run.
  • Suzy
For the huggies deals I believe you could also combine the food lion coupons for an even better deal!
  • deedee
Not many stores will allow you to use a competitor AND a store Q. But, you can stack a Baby Club Q with the store and manufacturer. THAT makes for a great deal!
  • Laura
Wow, I was happy just getting them for .49! No food Lion near me though.
  • jennifer
why do they allow this? aren't the baby club q's store coupons? it is a great deal...worth a try!
  • Suzy
I just went and at my publix in Newnan, GA they accepted the Food Lion coupon and the baby steps coupon and a manufacturer's coupon for both the wipes and the diapers.
  • Alyson
Some Publix stores allow a competitor and a store coupon while some allow either/or but not both. In my town I actually have one of each :)
  • Kim
I couldn't get the A1 coupon to come up on the link.
  • Kim
It worked now. Thanks! My husband just said yesterday that I needed to find some A1 coupons! LOL! I will have to tell him I found them and it is BOGO!!!! Thanks Jenny!
  • Tina M
Thanks for all you do, Jenny!
  • Deb
Folks-be sure to take the time to let your Publix customer service employees know how unhappy you are with the Penny Item day switch-tell them every time to hit a store! There's strengh in numbers!
  • Ashley
The penny item is coffee :( for me
  • Angela Causey
If you don't drink coffee, its a good item to pick up anyway. Homeless shelters serve TONS of coffee, especially during the winter months, and its a good item to donate. Just a thought! :)
  • Melissa Forward
We used to always pick up the penny item if it was non-perishable to donate. We donated the publix coffee at Christmas time. I hate that they changed the coupon and the day. Shopping during the week is not convenient for me :(
  • Amanda
    yes thank you Jenny!!!
