From this Sunday, July 4th, until next Saturday, July 10th, Kmart is running a Super Double Coupons promotion for every coupon up to $2!  This promotion is limited to five coupons per person per day on Health and Beauty products.  Check out the list of participating stores and stay posted.  I will have some deals written up later today!

      Apparently, but to be honest, so many of the higher-value coupons out there are for health and beauty items to begin with. Last time Kmart ran this promotion everything I got free/really cheap with double coupons was either a health/beauty item or a cleaning product.

        Well last time I did get some candy for free and parchment paper ended up being 50 cents. These were things not on Jenny's list but coupons I happened to bring with me. I would also bring along any “needed” coupon items to see what the regular price is. Plus you never know which store will have a mark down on an item. I once found Dryel Sheets marked down to $6 and there was a $2 internet printable which mine accepted!!!

    For some reason, the list of participating stores will not load for me. Bummer! I would like to know if the Peachtree City, GA Kmart store is included in the list.

    Oh Boy. Have to decide if I have the time/energy/patience for this. Kmart is like the ultimate coupon test. If you can deal with Kmart, you can deal with anyone.

    Okay, what does super double mean? Like if the coupon's for $2 will it be $4? or what? I'm confused sorry.

    Blah…..Kmart isn't really worth the trouble :( They make everything a hassle…remember the last printable coupon fiasco. The Kmart here is old, dirty, products seem like they've been on the shelves for ages, ramshackle buggies…..the list goes on and on.

    The last time you had to have their Kmart card to take advantage of this so it would be good to ask when you go in if you have to have their store card. You probably could sign up for one when you go in before you check out. That is the way it was in Greenville, SC

      I think the card is required, but you can sign up for it on their website and print a temporary one to use until the plastic one comes in the mail.

    Has anyone been to K-Mart lately?? I went in there this week to buy my daughters a bathing suit (50% off!) and a “Ka-Ching reward” printed on my reciept for a free Glade air freshener.
    Anyone else experience this??

      Yes, I got a Ka-Ching for the Glade too! I went back and got it today, totally free!

        Which Glade did you get? It just had a list of UPC codes to choose from…I haven't been back to see which ones I could get :-)

    Is it really limited to five coupons per person a day?

      No, it is 5 per transaction. You can get back in line and do 5 again or at least that is how it was last time. I didn't figure this out until the end of the last Super Doubles!

        It depends on store. I had one store say 5 per person per day!!! But if you hit several Kmarts in the area you could get 5 doubled at each store! (LOL) There were two locations near me that allowed you to do several transactions back to back to back if they were not super busy. (during 8 to 5 times)

    If I were to purchase several mascara's…. will they last a long time if never opened?

      I buy (read: get free) a bunch of mascaras and then use them over the next several months to a year. No problem yet for me. :)

    Does anyone know if diapers would be part of this double coupon list?

      They will be doubling coupons up to $2. You can use any coupons you have for any products you wish. Jenny will come out with an awesome list showing us the free or cheap items.

      So if you have diaper coupons…$2 off Pampers…they will double to $4 off a pack! This might be a good deal if the diapers are on sale. (For example..if they are $10.99….getting $4 off may not be the best deal out there. But if they go on sale at Kmart say $8.99…then you may want to go stock up.) I would just take the coupons to the store and see what the current price is next week.

    My Kmart in greenville NC is on that list ,but when I call they say they are not participating I dont know if I should believe them or not.The associate I spoke with said she didnt even know what that was .

    I just called the Kmart in Hiram, GA and they have no idea what's going on. I told them about the promotion and they said that they've had a ton of phone calls about it, but haven't heard anything from corporate. I was told to call back tomorrow…

    When Kmart did Super Doubles a couple of months ago, I think there was a lot of confusion then, too. I received an email from Kmart this time but my Kmart in Columbia is not aware of it yet. If this is anything like last time, Kmart stores will be informed by July 4th. I think corp. just waits til the last minute to get the word out to the stores :)

    I had a problem the last time Kmart had this promotion. The sales associates did not know anything about it. However, if you scan your savers/rewards card first, the system will automatically double your coupons! I am going tomorrow morning, and will let you all know what happens!

    I haven't shopped at K-Mart in months, and this morning I was reminded why. Horrible customer service and employees that obviously hate their jobs. Not to mention the lengths management goes to to avoid honoring their promotions. FYI- According to K-Mart's definition, Chapstick and Covergirl are not health and beauty items.

    Called my store (Cookeville, TN) and they manager said they didn't have any info on it nor did they have a mad rush of people like normal, so he didn't think they were. I was uber-friendly and told him just fyi Kmart put a list out on their website and they did list Cookeville as participating. He appreciated the info and said to come in and if the Qs don't ring up double, he'd personally fix it. … Was that a small victory for me or am I celebrating too early?! :o)

      That was a victory!! I called one of the stores in Nashville, TN and the manager didn't know anything about it, so I called the Smyrna store and they are honoring the coupons.

    I live in Raleigh, NC – the list posted states that all Raleigh Kmart's are participating….however, they are not. I call all of the stores and the only one that said they were was the one on Western Blvd. We went over there this morning, and they are. The transaction too FOREVER, but, the employees were super helpful and the manager was as well. It was a great experience for me compared to my past Kmart excursions.

      The Kmarts in NC do not know they are running doubles. I do contract work and have been to four or five in NC and none of them no they are running the super doubles because it is attatched to you rewards card. Also you can do more than five coupons doubled per day you just have to do seperate transactions.

    Martinez, GA store is not participating. Went by there asked at customer service got the are you crazy look and was told I don't think we are it would be printed in our ad. So I called later and got the let me ask the manager. 10 mins on hold lol finally was told no. They seemed confused so even though was told no still have my doubts. :)

    Asheville Kmart had no idea they were doing it….but when I went to check out the computer rang up double coupons. They cashiers were GREAT….I figured if they did not ring up double I would have had them void the order but that was not necessary. I got three gilette shaving gels and 2 secrets and just paid .50 cents for the tax….

    Just got back from the KMart in Murfreesboro, TN…two people at the Customer Service desk told me the coupon doubles would only ring up on Home items. I got a mascara plus a $2 off coupon and figured I would give it a shot anyways. The cashier seemed to know more than they did and explained that yes, it would ring up double with my “Shop Your Way” rewards card. The CoverGirl LashBlast mascara was $7.99, so I got it for $3.99 after the $2 coupon doubled.

Coupons at $2 didn't double. I ended up buying some things and returning them all a few minutes later. Then (the good part), I got back $5.50 more than I had paid, because of my coupons. So, basically, I spent an hour at K-Mart and they gave me cash for my coupons. I guess I came out ahead, but it was frustrating.
