Your store should have an infant care booklet they keep at the register. The sad part is that the $2 coupon only works for the tripple refill pack 184-216 ct wipes. NOT the small packs.

manufacturER’s coupon, NOT manufactured coupon i.e. copied or fraudulent coupon. you must be extremely new not to know what a manufacturer’s coupon is…it’s a coupon sent out by a manufacturer, such as the ones in the Sunday paper coupon inserts…and they most definitely CAN be stacked w/store coupons! If you look a little closer, you will most likely agree that it is a simple typing error. I do not believe that Huggies sells a 60-72 pack of diapers for a retail price of $2.50. The scenario is obviously to buy the 60-72 pk of wipes for a retail price of $2.50 and use the coupons correctly.

You may want to re-read the coupon information she put up. It say for diapers or wipes. Regardless if it was put up there wrong there were many nicer ways you could’ve phrased it. The wipes that are on sale are only the 60-72 count and the coupon that is posted is for the larger count which I believe is 216 or more. Please learn to read the coupons and use them correct!! I do want to think “southern savers” for all their hard work. We are all human and need to remember that!! I also think it is our job to make sure what is wrote down is correct and used correctly!!!

I’m not as familiar with Walgreens as I am with CVS. I’m totally going for the huggies wipes, and I’m not sure how many “filler” items I’ll need. I have the infant care booklet (or the home mailer whichever you call it) and I have 4 man coupons from last week’s paper. If I want 4 packs of wipes, I’ll use the 4 man coupons and have them scan the coupon from the book … the video Jenny did on Walgreens said they only scan it once and it applies to all like product … will I need 8 (4 filler) items to cover the 4 man coupons and the 4 coupons applied to the wipes from the book? or 1 filler since they only scan the book once?

store coupons do not count towards the number of items you have. You may have one store and one man q per item as usual. You start to get into filler items when you want to use Register Rewards because Walgreens counts those as man q. If you want to use a Register Reward you have to have an item that you don’t have a man q for. Hope this helps!

The Walgreens infant care book is a walgreens coupon. You can use that and the mfg. coupon and you will not need a filler item. By the way do you have the coupon number for the Huggies from the infant care booklet.

But make sure the coupon is for the correct thing, which it is not. The coupon in the boom is for 216 ct or more, and the item on sale has a smaller amount. I am an honest person and like to keep it that way over saving money.

Today I recieved a letter from Revlon. I wrote them after a ridiculous argument with a female manager at the WAGS on McCrays Mill Rd in Sumter. Several weeks ago during the Revlon Nail Polish deal I attempted to use a Wcpn from a newspaper insert and a Revlon Mfg coupon. The manager argued that I could not use both. She got a memo from Lost Prevention to watch out for that particular coupon because it was a mfg cpn. I pointed out to her that there was not an address to mail it in for redemption. She would not let me use both. So I sent Revlon a letter with the coupon for clarification. I WAS CORRECT-THE COUPON WAS A WALGREEN’S COUPON! Either Lost Prevention is lying to the managers or the managers are lying to the customers. I spoke with a different manager today and let him know about the letter from Revlon. I am going to send a copy for him to send to Lost Prevention.

If you dont no what coupon is being refued to above, you can go to ebay and type in walgreens coupons and its the first you will see. And it does work with other manufacturer coupons, sorry that the walgreens you went to gave you a hard time mcleodsc. Thats a Walgreens coupon and it works with other manufacture coupons until the experation date of 9/30/11

I have that problem alot at walgreens. I guess from so many people trying to take advantage of the situation. I argued with a cashier the other day over an airwick coupon, she kept saying how it woud not take it. I told her that I had used it before and that it would work. After a long time of encouraging her to take the coupon, she finally swiped it and was shocked to see that I was right. I much rather deal with CVS, not as hard to deal with. Sorry////

The problem with that WALGREENS coupon for the Revlon $2.00 off is that it has writen on it NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER OFFER. THAT WAS A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT TO LOTS OF PEOPLE THAT WANTED TO COMBINE IT WITH A MANUFACTURE COUPON. I COUPON MYSELF SO I NO HOW IT FEELS.

If the coupon was not valid with any other offer- why didn’t the manager know that? That would have been a perfectly legitamate reason not to accept the coupon. She tried to embarrass me and make it appear that I was doing something wrong because she kept saying Loss Prevention over and over during our discussion. I would never knowingly misuse a coupon. That was the first time in all my years of couponing that I actually argued with anyone over a coupon. I knew it could not be a manu. cpn because the Revlon name and address was not listed at the bottom of the coupon. If it was a mfg cpn how was WAGS suppossed to be reimbursed by Revlon when there was not an address listed and they threw the coupon away after use! I think some of the managers need an education in how coupon redemption works.

I just looked at the coupons in the September 2011 Savings Book. Each coupon in there has “not valid with any other offer.” Does that mean that they cannot be combined with a manufacturer’s coupon? I do not know why I keep going back! I went today and the staff were so RUDE. I made a special trip on my luch hour trying to purchase the Airiwck Freshmatic, it rang up the wrong price. My suggestion to anyone who does not like the way they are being treated, regardless of where it is, is to contact corporate or fill out a survey. It definitely helps and if no one knows you are upset, they won’t do anything to correct it.

You are correct, you can not use them together, it must be a mistake on here. I know people try it any way but I would rather be honest than to save a buck or two, for that matter both of the huggies are wrong because you can not use the 2 off since it is for the 216 ct or more. It is when people use the coupons wrong that will screw everybody else

The Walgreens Infant Care is a different book than the home mailer. The Infant Care is only good for the 186-216 count wipes. I do not have the home mailer so I could not say about that one, but I know they will not take the Infant Care coupon for the small packages. Also, a heads up to everyone…. They are taking the Infant Care coups from you now. They told me that they have to take them now because they are from the manuf. and it was causing them to be short on their drawer count. I tried two different stores and ended up having to give my coupon up:( This was the only time I have bought more than 5 of a sale product at a time. I wanted to make sure I got my coupon worth before they took it:) LOL.

IF you confront them at the store they will give you a mail in rebate form. It happend to me last time I shopped, so I ask if the catalina machine is working before I check out now. My rebate should be here in 10-12 weeks…would have loved it sooner.

It happens all too frequently. IF you can find a store that has a decent cashier or manager, they will often void and re-ring the order, and try to get the RRs to print. If you’ve got one of the more disagreeable types, they’ll usually do nothing but say you’re out of luck. In that case, I will do my return on the spot! If you still have your receipt, I’d suggest taking the items back for a refund.

WAGS is the toughest program ( and some of the most difficult employees, IMO), so your best hope is to always check out in cosmetics. And if you can find a store with cooperative, helpful employees – stick with them! Luckily, I have finally found a store with a few good people, so I always shop on the days and shifts when those people work.

Unfortunately Walgreens is the most difficult (in my opinion) store to coupon at. They have some great deals but there is a lot of inconsistency from one store to the next. I had to stop shopping at Walgreens because I just can’t deal with the frustration it brings.

In your particular situation, if you do not need the items, the easiest solution is just just return the items since they were unable to assist you with giving you the proper RR.

You might also want to file a complaint on their website. They are usually good at responding within 24 hours.

Yes as long as the Walgreens coupon doesn’t state “manufacture coupon” on it. Sometime they sneak a few of those in there.

RR question. Ok I am new to Walgreens. On huggies you get $2RR. I have $3.00 m q and $2.00 store q and we get 15%discount bc my husband works for caterpillar. Great deal. question- if I want to get 6 packs of huggies, if I do in 1 transaction will I get $12RR or do I need to do each in seperate transaction and get RR on every other one if I use the $2 rr from the first transaction and the 2nd transaction? I think it said it wont print the rr for the same product. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

You would need to do them all seperate to get the 12RR. And to use 2 coupons you would need a filler item. You cannot have more coupons then items. It might be better to go to CVS and do their baby deal this week. You would qualify for a free back after buying pack #6.

So I went to Walgreens and was browsing the Revlon products. Found that the ones listed in the deal (age defying, the ones that were listed as 5.99 and 8.99) were actually 9.99 on their 40% off sale, so not a moneymaker here :( I was disappointed but what can ya do.

Went to walgreens this evening, got the revlon deal, but no RR at the end, advised the cashier and manager they they didn’t print, they stated I had to many coupons and got
the makeup really cheap and they had no control to give any RR. Wish I would of went at 7am instead.

I was able to get 4 bags of m&m’s for FREE! only bcuz who ever stocked and labeled thing put tags in the wrong spot! and the fun size bags they had the tags that said 2/$5 and if ya bought 4 you get $5 back! well I had the $1 off Q and the store Q for $3 off any 2 funsize so I paid $5 for all 4 bags and the RR didnt print but I asked for the manager she went & checked and she had found more than jus that error on the candy but anyway she had to ring up the right kind and give me the RR bcuz it was marked altho its really not a sale it was today for me! so paid $5 got a $5 RR=FREE….LOL

So I went into WAGS today to get the slip on huggies and the machine wouldn’t accept my $2 Wcpn from the SS 7/24 . mgmt said it was because the Slip On diapers aren’t mentioned in the coupon but the coupon is for ANY Huggies Little Movers or Snug and Dry Big Pack (I was buying Huggies Little Movers Slip Ons). Anyone out there know why this coupon wouldn’t scan?

Without peeking at the coupon – if memory serves me correct, that coupon is for a BOX of diapers, not a regular jumbo pack. Check closely… again, not positive, but I think I tried the same thing before realizing it last month. hth!?!

I just did the same thing. The coupon states BIG PACK which is printed on the coupon in fine print!! The slip on are jumbo pack I ended up just using my $3/1 and bought 2 that way.

On last trip to Walgreens I had two transactions, 1st one generated 3RR which I used for the 2nd transaction, however eligible items from that 2nd transaction did not produce any RR. Manager said it was because I used RR in that transaction. I didn’t get all the specifics, is anyone familiar with this?

that is what they told me at my WAGs too. If you buy the same item and use the register rewards from the purchase of that item, it will not print out a RR.

My Walgreens didn’t even have the Hylands medicine or the free blistex. The guy was even there stocking the children’s medicine and looked everywhere in the store for me and finally came back with, “we must not carry that”. Also there was a self tag for ever blistex under the sun, but not one for the new free item. :-( my Walgreens is very disappointing.

Ebay sells all the coupons you want even the walgreens coupons, iheartwags websight shows you the walgreens weeks ahead ad papers, this way you see the ad ahead of time, then go on ebay and order your coupons so you will have the coupons when the ad comes into affect

I did the $2 RR WYB Huggies Little Movers Slip-On Jumbo Pack Diapers at $8.99.I used the $3.00 manufacturers coupon and tried to put a $5.00 register reward towards the purchase and the lady told me I couldn’t use both b/c the register reward was a manufacturers coupon. I thought you could stack RR with store and manufacturer coupons. Am I wrong??

They would be right. Walgreens RR say manufacturers coupon on the top of the and they are counted in the system as such. If you buy a cheap “filler” item, it will take care of the problem of not being able to use both. There are small caramel’s for .33 at some stores and laffy taffy at others. HTH! :)
