Deal on Starbucks K-Cups

Update: CVS has accounted that the B1G1 sale was a misprint in the ad. The Starbucks K-Cups will be on sale for $7.99 or $6.49 after the coupon.

If you’re a fan of Starbucks K-Cups, then you’re in for a treat! Starting 5/12, CVS will have a B1G1 deal on Starbucks K-cups, 10 ct. With an additional coupon, you can score (2) boxes or (20) K-Cups for $6.99! Go ahead and print your coupon as this coupon will go fast and might even be gone before the sale starts!

Deal on Starbucks K-Cups:

Buy: (2) Starbucks K-cups, 10 pk, B1G1 at $9.99
Use: (2) -$1.50/1 Starbucks K-cup, printable
Total Due: $6.99
(makes it 34¢ per cup!!)

Normally 50¢ per cup is a good target for K-Cups, so this is a great time to stock up! Since it’s not an ECB deal, you are only limited by the number of coupons you can print.

Remember, this deal begins Sunday, 5/12.

      Thanks, Jenny!

    • I don’t use K-Cups, but I’m sure they’ll be out of stock by Monday. PLEASE remember to get a rain check!!! You could theoretically get an exorbitant amount listed under the quantity you want (though I’m sure they might not give you 100 or something…I dunno your manager WILL vary) and just extend the sale forever. At CVS, you don’t have to buy all of the quantity that you request in one trip, like if you get a rain check for 4 and only buy 2 one time, they’ll cross out the “4? and write in a “2? and give it back to you for next time. This is why I don’t mind at all when things are out of stock at CVS.

I just read on CVS’ coupon policy that you can’t use a coupon on a “free” item. Is that true? If so, the deal isn’t quite as good…..

    • Jen

Does CVS allow you to use a coupon on the “free” item?

    • Gracefulgamma

thanks so much..I don’t use these, but plan on getting them and taking them into my mother’s nursing home as a donation for the patients and the staff.

    • deeznutzcoupon

cvs alows you to use 2 coupons for b1g1

    • Mary C

I was really looking forward to this!

    • Sara

What does “this deal expired” mean? It hadn;t even started yet? Does that mean that they will not have the K-cups BOGO next week?

    • I just got a CVS email with a 30% off coupon that is “good thru 5/12”, so that helps this be a much better deal even though it isn’t B1G1 anymore!!

      • bkny63

You won’t be able to use the 30% off coupon since the k-cups will be on sale for $7.99.

    • bkny63

My on-line ad for next week still has this k-cup deal. Not sure what that means. I guess we’ll have to wait until Sunday to see if they put up correction signs.

How can a big corporation have a “misprint” like that? First, that it is in the ad and that everyone at corporate approved it and second, from BOGO to $7.99? It’s not like it was $7.99 instead of $7.49. Big customer service screw up on their part.

    • Mikeg

My Cvs honored the deal…actually charged me $7.99 for two boxes!

    • Danielle Schaffer

The signs at the store explained the misprint but the store honored the deal and I used my coupon! BAM still got the great deal. 20 K-cups for 6.49…0.32/cup.

    • Went to 3 of my local CVSs. One didn’t have any K-Cups (shocker) so I got a rain check.

The second CVS had the flavor I wanted and didn’t have any signage up about the errors. The boxes were ringing up on sale at $7.99/each. I showed them their ad and I got two boxes at BOGO for $7.99 and used two of the $1.50/1 coupons (one on each box.) Total was 4.99 + tax for a total of .25/per cup.

Went to a 3rd CVS and there it was ringing up buy 1 at regular price ($10.79/box) and get one 1/2 off. The sale stickers were still up, so after showing them the sale stickers and their ad (and telling them about the deal I had just received at a CVS down the road), they gave me the same deal: two boxes at BOGO for $7.99 and used two of the $1.50/1 coupons for a total of 5.00 + tax, which is .25/per cup.

So my grand total was 9.99 + tax for 4 boxes of Starbucks K-Cups. I got FOUR boxes for less than the price of one. SCORE!

Called my dad (who lives in another state and is a big time bargain shopper) and told him about the deal. He was able to get the same deal I got at his local CVS.

Thanks Southern Savers! I’m enjoying a nice inexpensive cup of Starbucks coffee this morning thanks to you!
