Jenny, can the J&J rebate be done over multiple transactions as long as they are all within the rebate dates? I am trying to work up a good scenario to stock up on Neutrogena sunscreen for the summer, and this looks like my best bet (unless you have other suggestions?). Thanks!

      • Susan

Yes, it doesn't matter how many transactions it takes.

    • debbie

I was in RA today and tried to use the $5 off $25 q and it would not scan so they would not accept it. Anyone else ever have this problem? Wondering if it's my printer or something else. Thanks.

      • bridget

I have had many of the video values coupons print out with poor resolution. When they would not scan, the cashier entered the bar code manually. Of course they might look at those a little differently than the $5/$25 ones, because the video values have your name on them. I have also found that when I have used refilled ink cartridges instead of new, the bar codes printed much blurrier.

      • Anonymous

It's interesting that someone else brought this up, because I had a similar experience today. I finally cooked up a deal using the Covergirl and Almay coupons. Well, the cashier had a terrible time with them (which was typical for this particular cashier). She eventually got the coupons to work, but she happened to mention that starting next week, they could no longer key in coupons. I was a bit perplexed, since both of these were insert coupons and not IPs. She wasn't terribly coherent, so I didn't get a lot of useful information about it, but she did mumble something about people returning things. I have no idea what this means, if anything, but if any RA employees are out there who shed some light, please do!

        • Brandie

You don't know how glad I am to hear other people say that the coupons are not scanning sometimes. I try to print in draft, fast print to save money on ink. What's the point of printing coupons to save a buck if you are going to have to use tons of ink. And yes the cashiers get all upset when they won't scan and ask you, “did you copy these?”. Makes me feel like a criminal.

      • lynn

My RA Video Value coupons don't usually scan if I print them on normal resolution. So, I change my setting to Best or High Resolution, but I also change my ink setting to low ink. The coupons take longer to print, but they always scan. To me it's worth it to not have to deal with difficult cashiers.

      • NatalieQ

I tried to use 3 printable coupons today on 3 different transactions and they had to be keyed in each time and then have manager approval. The cashier tried to make it seem like it was my printers fault, but I have a great printer. They just print terribly! He was an idiot though and messed up all three of my transactions today, to the point where I was SO frustrated that I don't think I'll ever go there again. If your printer will let you re-size the coupon, than making it a bit smaller might crisp up the edges allowing it to scan.

      • diane

I used 4 of them yesterday with no problems.

      • jen

this happened to be once at rite aid, but i think it was because i was trying to save printer ink by using the quickprint setting. i only use the regular print setting now, and haven't had any issues with barcodes not scanning. i used a $3 off $15 Q last week there and it was fine. good luck!

      • LC

The PDF Qs NEVER scan for me and they won't take them either :(

    • MomOf4Blessings

My Angel Soft coupons from 2/14 RP are for 6 double rolls or larger. Did other regions get coupons that will work for the 4 packs?

      • ReaganCollum

Me too! Disappointed! My SIL sent me her q's from Atlanta and her Angel soft were for the 6 ct. double roll also.

    • frogin

I can't find the Zyrtec coupon… Does anyone know another place I can check to print one? Thanks!!!

      • justoleme

I have some I won't need. What's your zip code?

        • frogin

          It's 29063 Thanks!!

          • justoleme

send me an email with your address and I will mail to you tomorrow. ajleop@charter.net

    • alabama09

Did anyone find the manuf printable Q for 2/2 Rite Guard? If so, what zip, please?

      • Beckett

What zip to use for the right guard printable?

      • Anonymous

i just went under the cvs ad and used that link, or coupons.com zip 30311

    • sarahNC

Where are the 2/$2 Right Guard printable coupons? It doesn't come up for me. I got the one from watching Rite Aid videos, now I need the one from the link above. Any zips that work?

      • Anne Gardner

use the 1.50 off on coupons.com it gives you a better deal anyways

    • I was working the numbers myself and wondered if you would be better off splitting the transactions into 3 and using the $3 off instead. What do you think?

      • try 30311

        • megan10

the 30311 doesn't work for me…i can find the 1.50 off right guard but not the $2 off 2?

          • love2savejenn

megan 10 – i used (2) $1.50 off and you actually make money so it is better than the $2 off!

            • cassia2

Are you sure the $1.50 is for the same kind that is on sale? My Rite Aid just has extreme on sale and the coupon I can see is just for Total Defense.

      • Guest

        3 transactions at $3 off each = $9 off. 2 transactions at $5 off each = $10 off.

    • cindersga

I'm wondering if you could use the BOGO Publix coupon for the Neosporin lip product with the Band-aid coupon???

    • brandystout

For those of us who don't have a March All You Mag for the Visine $3 off coupon needed for the suggested Trans 1 above, I found a printable $3 off on the Visine Website under special offers!

      • leslie

I got the Visine today and had both $3 off coupons. The Visine in the store I was in was $4.99, so I got an overage on it!

      • BeverlyB

Thanks! Does anyone know if Wal-Mart typically sells out of their All You magazines this late in the month? I was thinking of trying to go by Wal-Mart and pick one up, but not sure if it's worth it. I ordered a subscription of All You in January, and keep thinking I'll see it come–but I guess I won't see it until APRIL now. I hate how long it takes to get subscriptions! There were several coupons in this month's issue that might be worth paying cover price…

    • csethman

There's also a rebate for Neutrogena Clinical available on its namesake website. The rebate is $15 off any of those products, and must be completed by 4/30/2010.

    • susiejean

I had the same problem neither coupon I printed out from this sight work. I guess I will have to watch all those movies again. I also did something stupid, I bought some stuff and then realized I would have to get $25 worth of stuff to use the coupon…I seem to have an easier time at CVS.

Just learning about all the couponing.

      • Anne Gardner

stick it out, I really like rite aid and have gotten tons of free stuff over the past couple of months, you just have to wait for the rebate, but it really doesn't take that long

    • natsaver

If the in-ad coupon for the Visine says manufacturer coupon, will we be able to use it and the -$3 coupon from All You magazine?

      • Susan

Yes–all in-ad coupons are really Rite Aid coupons, even though they all say “Manufacturer.”

        • Anonymous

Not exactly–all Rite Aid coupons that begin with RA or RC are store coupons. Coupons with just numbers–such as the Hershey's coupon–are manufacturers.

    • S_Carolina_Girl

Don't forget the coupons from the Game of Life. I know there is one for $10.00 of the Craig DVD Player.

      $29.99 Craig DVD Player
      -10.00 Game of Life Coupon
      -$5/$25 coupon
      $14.99
Get $10 SCR, makes it $4.99

Also, there is one for Neosporin, although I cannot remember the dollar amount.

      • Suemh

Wish I had gotten one of those for the DVD player! I did get 25¢ off John Freida. LOL!

        • Susan

I got one for $5 off the Craig DVD player and used it today!

      • alyce

what is the game of life?

        • S_Carolina_Girl

It was the promo that recently ended at Rite-Aid. You collected game pieces and each one had a coupon attached for different things from Rite-Aid brand to name brands. Just to name a few… 10 prints for $0.99, $0.25 off Neosporin, $10 off Craig DVD Player with Remote…etc. They are all Rite-Aid store coupons.

    • kelly1369

I have a question – I watched a few of the videos and they come up as manufacturer coupons (ex: Cottonell) so doesn't that mean I can't stack them with my normal manufacturer coupons?

      • bridget

The video values coupons are all store coupons (note that the bar codes start with RC) and will stack with manufacturer coupons :)

      • Dianne

You can stack the video coupons with MQs. I do it all the time. The video coupons are, in fact, store coupons.

        • Amy

Actually, I just tried to use the Right Guard video coupon and the $2/2 coupon together. They wouldn't let me. He said the video coupon is a manufacturer's coupon (as it says at the top). Had I brought the $1.50/1 coupon I could have used that with the video coupon. He said the only store coupons are the ones in the ads. Bummer for me.

          • Anonymous

Not true–almost all of the Video Values coupons are store coupons. You can recognize store coupons because they begin with an RC or RA. I printed out the Right Guard coupon, and it is most definitely a store coupon, which can be stacked with manufacturers' coupons. Contact customer service to get the store straightened out.

          • Anne Gardner

yes, you need to complain I use them both all the time

            • ReaganCollum

At the top it does say manufacturer coupon but it works as a store coupon like the others have said because it starts with RC or RA. If the beginning number was a 5 then that is a manufacturer Q…like the inserts from the paper.

    • Lee

The diaper scenerio above shows the mega pack diapers to be $19.99 + $9.99 for the 1/2 price one. At the bottom of the RiteAid ad, it shows the big box of diapers is $19.99 so I'm wondering if the mega pack is cheaper…..say $15 or so. There's no price listed in the ad, but that would make the deal so much better!

      • Sally

Mega packs are $15.99 at my store. HTH!

        • Sally

Or maybe it was $17.99. Either way, I know they weren't quite $19.99!

      • camib

The ones in my store are $17.99 for pampers and huggies and $14.99 for luvs.

    • esturm1

There was a $3 store coupon for the Renpure hair care in last month's video values.

Many Frizz-ease products were just marked down to 50% off clearance at two local Rite Aids near me. Makes this a very big MM if you have lots of the $3 coupons

        • Wow, I hope they still have some when I get my coupons in the mail… I either never got the John Frieda coupons or tossed them because I did not know my wife liked them so I have to wait until the ones my mom mailed this morning get here!!!

      • Pennydealchick

Not sure if you noticed but if you have purchased that you also qualify for the rebate #41which is $15 of John Frieda Hair Care Products get back $5

    • Jennifer

I had a question about the $2/3 of the Hershey's candy. Now the ad has a coupon and I have the internet coupon. Do I have to buy 6 bags of candy or can I get away with 3 bags and still use both RA coupon and manufacture coupon?

      • Ashley

You can just buy three because the two will stack.

        • MD

You cannot stack the coupon for $2/3 for Hersheys candy that is in the RA flyer with the coupon from sunday paper they are BOTH manufacturers coupons….The one in the RA flyer just has a RA symbol on it but it says MANUFACTURER COUPON right at the top( which also means it should be accepted at ANY store). RA policy states you cannot stack 2 Manufactures coupons on an item..

          • MandM

All three q's worked for me today on 2 separate occasions.

          • This is what their coupon policy says.

Only one manufacturer coupon is accepted for each product, unless coupled with another manufacturer coupon found in a Rite Aid circular.

    • Sharon

Checked 4 different papers today and found no Visine coupons. What's up?

      • Ashley

Did you check the date that she listed? If so, its probably regional. I would go to Visine's website like someone posted earlier. HTH :)

    • Sharon

She doesn't really list a scenario for it but you can get 6 Renuzit for the price of 1.
      6 @ B1G1
      -2 coupons for B2G1

      • sara

If I just have one B2G1, I “purchase” just 4 then? HOw does this work?

        • Sharon

Yes purchase 4 and only pay for 1.

    • camib

I just got home from rite-aid and I am so angry! I basically got accused of trying to make money off of them! It started with the post cereal which was on sale for $1.88 and I had the $2 q. The cashier told me that she couldn't take the q b/c it was more than the sale price of the cereal. I told her she was wrong and that she could just adjust it to $1.88. She said she couldn't so I requested to speak to someone else. They finally got that fixed just to give me a problem with the visine. The one I chose was apparently on sale for $4.99 so they would not take both coupons and again accused me of trying to make money off of them. I told them they were being rude and to just cancel the order. I guess I will stick with the Rite Aid in town that I like.

      • Brandie

That happened to me last week at Kroger. Made me so mad. If they would just calm down and think for a moment about the situation and how coupons work, these things would not happen. Sometimes I think we know more about how coupons work than they do.

        • camib

The thing that got me is why they couldn't then just adjust the second $3 q down to $1.99 if that is what the problem was, but they just kept going on and on and when I accused them of being rude they asked the lady behind me if they were being rude! I was so embarrassed! I emailed Rite-Aid and asked them where I could obtain a copy of their coupon policy. I have only been couponing for three weeks now and this is so discouraging!

          • Brandie

Don't get discouraged. It is the nature of the beast when you are dealing with mostly teenagers as cashiers. I promise you the first time you go to the grocery store and only pay .33 for your groceries, you will feel so much differently. Hang in there! Have you been to a coupon class yet? They answer so many questions.

          • RebeccaFer

RA CS is usually very good about setting their employees straight. I would give them a call and tell them exactly what happened. If the cashier was so rude to you, she won't stop being to others either. Do everyone a favor and let corporate know that they need to correct some bad attitudes and poor training on coupon policies in that store. I'm sorry you had that experience.

      • JO

I had a similiar experience with the Visine. I bought the deoderant….but didn't get the buy 1 get 1. URghhh. I spent way more than I should have. I think I will avoid Rite Aid in future.

      • renamac

I don't know if this will help but what i do is if i am going to have any overage i try to make sure that i have other stuff in my transaction to cover it that way there is no question. I don't know what their problem is they are going to get their money back from the manufacturer for the amount on the coupon.Don't feel bad you did nothing wrong.Next time just pick up something you need a pack of paper towels something like that to take care of the overage. We are all in this together. Good luck keep on couponing

    • Angela

I am new to all of this….but would the Zyrtec be a good deal?
      buy 4 at 18.99 each….total $75.96.

      Use 4 $4 coupons—75.96-$16=$59.96
      Get back Allergy rewards $25—-$59.96-$20=$39.96
Get Back J&J Rebate $25—$39.96-$25=$14.96 or $3.74 each

      Does this sound right?

ANd maybe make a better deal by using some $3 off of $15 or $5 off of $25 and doing several transactions?

Maybe a person good at math could chime in….We go through Zyrtec like crazy at our house…

      • Suemh

Looks like it would work. I would do 4 separate transactions, using a $3 off $15 coupon on each. That would make each transaction around $12 for a total of around $48 ($50 with tax) and you would get $50 back, making them all free.

      • Susan

You read my mind—that's what I planned to do all along for the J&J rebate–so it would double-dip with the allergy rewards! Definitely use a 3 off 15, 5 off 20, or 5 off 25 and check out in mulitple transactions. Also, there is a video values adperks coupon for $2 off the Zyrtec liquid gels—those are one of the kinds on sale for $18.99, so you can save even more!

        • gingiraffe

Note that the fine print for the Allergy Rewards says that it is “calculated less any coupon discounts” which I would take to mean that the $75 price is after coupons, so you would probably need to buy 5 to make that deal work. But maybe not, so let me know if it works before coupons.

          • momMe

gingiraffe: if the price is $18.99 and you buy five, and use five $4 Qs ($20) that would make it $74.95 before tax… I am wondering the same thing if they consider it after Qs, and especially if it is after manufacture and the store Q. If anyone finds out for sure please post I have been wanting to get Zyrtec for my husband to try with his awful allergies but sticker shock as prevented me from doing so.

Angela & Susan: How well does the Zyrtec work for you? my dh has bad bad allergies and he works out side mostly. spring is just awful for us around here!

        • irmolees

Let me know if this works for you! I mentioned it to Jenny but she wasn't sure of the overlap with the rewards/SCR. I guess if you try one – and wait for it to show up in the 2 sections of Riteaid?? Post a comment when you try it! THNX

    • AppleJacks

I just got home from the Rite Aid on Two Notch Road in Columbia, SC and was unable to find the Neosporin (.5oz) for $3.99 or the Band-Aid Bandages for $1.99.

    • narrowgate

If I buy more than 1 of the Johnson's Head to Toe products, do I need multiple in-ad coupons or does 1 coupon deduct $1 for each?

      • AppleJacks

I had to have an ad coupon for each one (I bought 3 J&J Head to Toe Products.) I just grabbed two ads (I had gotten one from my Rite Aid Ad that came in my newspaper today) on the way in and tore them out before I got to the register.

      • Suemh

You need one for each product.

      • melissa

my rite aid has become horrible latel;y for couponers. I KNOW they will not let me use more then 1 J&J in ad coupon. how do you get away with away? Is it up to each store? does the coupon say 1 per customer?

    • megan10

Does anyone have a zip code that works for the right guard deodorant or the cottonelle 12 double rolls? Thanks!

      • AppleJacks

        Try… 45372 OR 63366

    • Anonymous

The Visine coupon is also at:

      http://www.visine.com/special-offers.jsp

Anyone know about the Clorox BOGO when you sign up at their classroom website? I signed up as a parent (option was parent or teacher) and it just said “thank you for registering” but I wasn’t presented with a link to print the BOGO coupon. Is this because I am not a teacher? Does anyone know? I tried to login after registering and received the same “thank you” message but no coupon.

    • Anonymous

I had a great experience at my Rite-Aid this morning (and plan on having a great experience tonight.)

I used the same transaction two times and spent a total of 26.44 (that includes tax.) So, basically 1.44 OOP after rebate.

1 KY Yours and Mine 14.99
      1 BandAid – 1.99
      1 Neosporin 3.99
      1 Motrin PM 4.99
      – $5 off 25$
      – $3 Q for Neosporin and BandAids
      – $5 Q for KY
      – $1 Q Motrin
      Total $13.22 for each transaction

      • bectober

Thank you for posting this suggestion. I went with your suggestion at Rite-Aid today because I really wanted to try the KY Yours and Mine and didn't really want 4 boxes of Band-Aids and Neosporin. =)

      • Toni

There's also a $3 video values from February that would sweeten this deal.

    • gtygr

I am confused about the J&J Transaction #2. Is it acceptable to use (3) $1 off J&J baby product store coupons when the store coupon says “Limit one per customer”? Please advise. Thanks!

      • Suemh

        I do this quite often.

      • AppleJacks

I used three1.00 off in ad coupons for J&J head to toe during my transaction today with no problems. It may vary by store though.

    • diane

      OH NO – Help, please.
Yesterday I had an amazing Rite Aid run, which I commented about in last week's deal page. Anyway, I was able to get the Almay b1g1 and did. The question I have is – will I get the SCR since my purchase was dated 3/13 and the SCR date is 3/14? If not, I'll return it and re-buy this week. I need your help, please.

      • Susan

It's a month long deal. I bought it last week, and it's already credited to my account.

        • diane

          what a relief. Thank you!!!

    • Suemh

FYI! There was also a $1 Johnson's Baby Care Product Adperks video coupon last month. So if you watched the video and did not print the coupon, or if you printed it and did not use it, this would make this an even better deal!

    • debrabrowne

Has anyone been able to print the Clorox B2G1 coupon? I registered on the Clean up the Classroom page, but can't find the coupon. I checked that I was a parent. Any advice? We love the wipes for cleaning our stove – they don't streak at all like other cleaning products!

      • Meme

Did you ever get the Clorox Wipes coupon? I registered as a teacher (hey, the mother of seven qualifies!) and even clicked on the faint message to get the B2G1 free prompt and it still just thanked me for registering. I hope someone replies how to get the coupon. Signing, Frustrated As Everyone Else!

        • debrabrowne

I still have not figured out the Clorox Wipes coupon. I emailed Clorox last night to find out how to get the coupon. I will let you know once a Clorox rep responds.

          • debrabrowne

A Clorox rep responded to my email and the Clorox B2G1 coupon promotion has ended. Looks like we missed it! Now that we are on their distribution list, we will get emails with other promotions.

    • Suzi

The $5 off 25 coupon says limit one per customer…I am new to rite aid and I wonder if that means limit one per transaction or if I can only use 1 5 off $25 during that campaign

      • Nora

You can use one per transaction.

    • Emma Fox

Help, please. The new store manager at my Birmingham store refuses to stack Video Values qs with manufacturers. She pointed out that the VV qs state “manufacturers” and “cannot be combined with other offers.” I never had this issue with the previous store manager. When I contacted Rite Aid corporate customer service, their response was to have the same manager call me to simply repeat what she had told me in store. I can't find any statement on Rite Aid's website regarding a Video Values policy. Can someone help me out here? Thanks!

      • Brittney

My store took my video coupons with a regular manufactured coupon didn't have one problem. The manager was so nice she said since I see you are doing couponing she was explaining to me their new deal starting out next month I think its almost similar to have CVS and Walgreens does theirs.

        • Emma Fox

Yes, I'd never had a problem with VV coupons before, so this surprised me. But I will need something in print to convince this manager, if a printed policy exists. What is the new Rite Aid deal you heard about? Intriguing!

        • Erin

What's their new deal? CVS and Walgreens are very different in my opinion. I heard something about RA refusing *all* coupons that won't scan (not sure if this includes bogo and free coupons, but sure hope not, since I use a lot of these there), but I didn't know they were changing their program. Not excited about this. I like Rite Aid's current system.

      • Amy

It's the same at my store. They won't stack the video coupons. He said it wasn't a store coupon. Bummer!!!

      • Karen

The Rite Aid coupon policy is linked at the top of this post. It states you can use both coupons

        • Toni

I don't think the RA coupon policy directly addresses the Video Values coupons. I haven't had any problems stacking them, but it would be nice to have something in writing about them. By the wording on the VV coupon, I can see where they could refuse them with other coupons.

    • haleybell19

Don't forget there are some video values for the Johnson & Johnson baby lotions.

        • Heather

can you use Video Values + In ad coupon? Will they take 2 store coupons for 1 product?

          • Toni

My store does, but I have seen where others are having problems with that. So I guess it depends on your store.

          • Do I have to have more than 1 copy of the in ad coupon, like do I need to get multiple copies when I walk in the dorr and cut them all out? Or will they tak ethe one and apply it towards he whole purchase?

    • Queen Thrifty

How is it coming with our subscriptions to ALL You? I signed up for the fantastic deal here, but haven't even gotten an email confirming my order. Any word?

      • Toni

I got my first issue this week, so hopefully you will get yours soon!

    • Fox4

      Found a good deal:
      Aussie shampoos/conditioners are 3/$6 (or $3 each)
there are $2/1 Aussie product in Sundays paper. Making them $1 each. I bought 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner for a total of $3 for all three.

      • deniseCLT

the coupon is actually buy a shampoo or conditioner and get $2 off a styling product. at least that's what it is in the charlotte observer, may be different in another paper.

        • Jbush27

That's what it is in Georgia too.

    • brandystout

Ok, I'm new to this. I went to Rite Aid today. Made my purchases. But how do I get the J&J $25 Rebate? Is there a form somewhere?

      • Bridget

You sign up for single check rebates on the Rite Aid website. You enter your receipts throughout the month, and then at the end of the month, request the rebate check (they will put all of your rebates for the month into one check, but don't request it until the end of the month, because once you do, you will not be able to add any more rebates during that period). Once you get the hang of it, SCR is a good system. You can take the checks to the bank or use them as a form of payment in the store. Good luck!

        • brandystout

Great!! Thanks SO much for explaining that!!

    • Fox4

Aussie shampoos and conditioners are 2/$6. There are $2/1 Aussie product in todays (sun) paper…making them $1 each!

      • Jbush27

My coupon said $2 off a styling product wyb a shampoo or conditioner.

    • Darla

The Visine All Day Itch Relief is $12.99 at my local Rite Aid. You can use the $3 store coupon, the $3 printable manufacturer coupon on visine's site. PLUS, there is a rebate available for this particular Visine for up to $12.99 – limit of one per household – in today's RP.

This will also help get your J&J rebate total closer to $50 and become more of a money maker! HTH

      • BeverlyB

There was no Visine coupon or rebate in my Sunday paper–The Charlotte Observer. I was so sad to miss the Visine coupons!

        • Anonymous

Beverly, I just went to Visine.com and printed out two $3/1 qs. I’m off to search for the rebate now! Thanks Darla!

          • cmccabe

Thanks, I'm gathering my coupons and heading there tomorrow!

        • RebeccaFer

I just saw a post about this on SlickDeals and the person had a scan of the rebate. I'm in Charlotte too and I didn't see it either. There were a few others from FL, Chicago and one other place that didn't have it in their papers either. Seems like a very selective regional rebate. :(

        • Darla

I'm in Georgia so the Visine coupons were in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. I tried to find a place for you guys to download them online but didn't have any luck.

          • RebeccaFer

Thanks for trying. If you bought any extra papers Darla and would like to trade, I have three great mail in rebates I can give in exchange. :D Email me Moonlight NC 3 at aol :D

            • Darla

              Rebecca,

I used mine but I'm going to my mom's in the morning and she should still have hers. I'll email you if she does and I'm almost certain she will have it. Once I get my hands on it, I will mail it to you tomorrow. My email is: atvmudrat at aol.

Please email your mailing address and I'll send you mine as well.

    • Amanda

My rite aid did not have the GE light bulbs on sale. They rang up as 3.99 a pack. Did anyone else try the light bulbs?

    • Nora

    • Emily

I am new to this. For the Almay B1G1 deal. Is the free one counted toward the 5 SCR?

      • Susan

Yes–I did this last week…bought first one for 6.99, second was free, $5 has already been credited to my SCR account. Are you in Cumming, GA?

        • Emily

Thank you for your reply. No, I am in Huntsville AL.

          • Susan

Ahh–I just knew you were my friend Emily who is starting to do the RA deals! :)

    • Hello everyone, I started couponing in Jan of this year. It is very intresting to say the least and I feel sometimes I really have the hang of it with, especially with the help of this site ( thanks jenny!) Well today I went to RiteAid to try to save some money ( RiteAid in Charlotte NC, plaza & ewt hariss) and again have been embarrassed and denied use of my coupons. Last time I was there I was told by a manager that I was attempting fraud and she can not help me! She even asked me while examining the coupons she was not going to accept, ” where did you get these coupons from?” I simply told her ” the Sunday paper” (duhhhh) Today, because I used coupons with my order, the other manager refused to allow me to use a $3 off $15 or $5 off $20/25, telling me it was not allowed. Knowing that I had issues with that store in the past I took in the coupon policy with me, which did no help at all. Something that really ticked me off though, ( if it wasn't so sad it would be funny) There was a women in the store SHOPLIFFTING! placing items in her very large hand bag,you could see the shape of items bulging out. I informed the store manager about it and she said okay thank you, however she stood behind me while I shopped looking at my coupons! She then reached her hand into my cart and attempted to pick up my coupons. However in her attempted to pick up the coupon she wanted to read without even asking permission first, she spilled all my coupons out ( i keep all the coupons i will use in each store in a clear paper file, she didn't notice it was in a file, and picked it up from the bottom, spilling out alllll my coupons!!!) to say the least I have been very very disappointed with this RiteAid and I am so thank for I now have the corporate office's phone number. They will be hearing from me tomorrow.

      • Anonymous

That's horrible! They'll get reimbursed for coupons and they're following you rather than the shoplifter? Wow. It's hard to believe some of these stories! You definitely need to contact customer service. Someone needs to set this store straight. Let us know how it goes.

      • Heather

Did you ever get this resolved? What did corporate say?

        • After contacting corporate the rep apologized and said the DM will contact me. A manager called me the next day, however it was NOT the manager of the store I complained about. He was very kind and told me to come over to his store if I have problems in other RA that he knows how to treat his couponing customers. I still requested to talk with the DM who was suppose to call me back but I never got a phone call. A few days later I contact RA again and requested the DM number. I called left a VM, he called back and I told him what happened. He apologized and said he will fix the problem. I hope it is now fixed, as I guess I will see when I go in on the weekend. However Im so embarrassed now to even shop there.

Can anyone tell me the steps to print the $5/$25 or $3/$15 coupons to save ink? There is a way to highlight and print just the coupon part, so that you don't use the ink printing that full page border around it. I saw where someone told how to do it last week, but have looked for over an hour now and can't find it again :-(
      Thanks for your help!

Edit- I figured it out myself, but thought the rest of you might like to know how:
Open the coupon up using the link
Save the PDF file to your desktop.
      Open the desktop saved image
Click on tools, then select and zoom, then snapshot tool
      Highlight just the coupon.
(it will tell you that the highlighted area has been copied, just click OK)
Click on PRINT while the coupon is still highlighted.
Just the coupon part will print, so it won't use up all that extra ink printing the blue background.

      • $SavinMom

AWESOME! Thank you so much for figuring this out. I have been wondering how to do this for ages to save on ink. It worked beautifully and I didn't even zoom in on mine, keeping it small and saving even more ink! Thanks again!

        • Amy_Q

You're welcome! I can't take all the credit. Someone on here had already posted this, I just couldn't find it. Took me a few times, but I finally remembered :-)

Oh and yeah, I don't actually zoom, you just have to use the “zoom” tool.

Don't forget to print out a few of these while you've got it highlighted. Will save time trying to figure it out again.

          • THANK YOU SO MUCH

    • rbs44

I have been shopping at rite aid with coupons for a while but am new to the video value coupons. I tried to use one last week combined with a manufacturer coupon and was told I could not as they are both Man. coupons. Has anyone else had this problem? I see them both listed under multiple products on the store lists so I was hoping to try again this week but it was the manager who told me I could not. Thanks for any help!!

      • colagirl

They allowed me to use both a manuf coupon and one of the video values coupons on Cottonelle yesterday. The video coupons do say “Manuf coupon” on them, but they are coded like a store coupon. Maybe try another time of day at that store or another store altogether. Good luck!

      • Susan

I've found that the cash register won't take both on one item IF you give the video values one first. SO, make sure you give the “real” manufacturer one to scan first.

      • Jessica

I have had different experiences, depending on the cashier. The very first time I went in (Rite-Aid in Norcross), I asked the cashier if I could use a video coupon and manu q. He said yes, and when I went to check out, I had no problems. Then, last week when I went, I had a different cashier that said I couldn't use 2 manu q's on one item. I politely pointed out that one was a RA q, as the barcode number started with an RC. He said I know, and told me a second time he couldn't take both since they were both manu. I wanted to be like, umm hellooooo?!?!? i'm not trying to use 2 manu q's! But then he proceeded to say, well I'll do it just this one time, but we're not supposed to. I was very polite about the whole thing and apologized for causing a problem, but in reality, I shouldn't have to have done that. Because he was nice about it, I didn't call corporate. But, I just don't understand how the same store has 2 different “policies” on the matter. Pick one or the other!

        • Its really starting to tick me off when cashiers say things like ” i'll let you do it this once, or im not suppose to do this” Uhhh yea your are suppose to do it! And you ant NOT doing me any favors or tricks! Learn your stores coupon policy since you DO work there..I think when we have problems with Q we shoudl all call corporate because by not, we are making it harder for each other. If we all did our part in contacting those in charge, maybe shopping with Q wont be such a hassel : )

    • Heather

The coupon for the Angel Soft is for a (6) DOUBLE Roll or larger pack of TP. Did other regions get the right coupon? I livein Atlanta and get the AJC.

    • BeverlyB

I'm so excited!!! I just had my best shopping trip at Rite Aid ever! I started by transferring two perscriptions and got $50 in gift cards. Then I bought $51.53 worth of J&J products using two scenarios for a total of $17.67 (paid for with my gift card). Will get $25 back next month, and still have $32.33 left on my gift card. So I made $57.33 by shopping RA today and got $50 worth of medicine cabinet supplies (I'm giving most of this to my local Rescue Mission)! Woohoo! Thanks, Jenny, for all you do!!!!

    • gailcope

Please help – On rebate #24 buy $50 and get a $25. rebate. I am not seeing dates listed for when it is good for. Does that mean you can do it any time during the month of March (2/28-3/27)?

      • Susan

        Yep

    • Carol50

I am liking the “Extra” J&J this week and P&G from last week. Save MORE!!

    • Kim

I have a prescription to fill for my son. Does anyone know if there are any deals that will give you a gift card for a new or transferred prescription? Thanks!

      • Mandy

Yes I got a printable cpn from this sites store cpn (rite aid) it is for $25 gift card with a new prescription transfer.

    • Rite Aid NEWBIE needs help! I just purchased $50 worth of J & J products (before coupons) for the $25 SCR. I called the riteaid help line..just to check… (1-888-213-9920) and the rep told me that the rebate only counted towards actual OOP money and that the amount after coupons is what counted towards the rebate. Is this true? If so, I'm really bummed!

      • Susan

Not true–just enter your receipts, and in a couple of days, they will go through. It's always before coupons. It is ALWAYS this way no matter what they say. I spent like $2 last week for Almay makeup and was rebated $5.

    • irmolees

If you use Carefree liners – many pkgs had $1/1 Q's on them!

    • haysmadhouse3

My Rite Aid ad has a coupon in it for $2/3 hershey's bagged candy, and I also have a printable cpn I got last week for $2/3 hershey's bagged candy- can I use both since one is in the store ad (they both say manufacturer cpn, but the have different expiration dates)?

      • Today I did the candy deal.
        It worked like this:
        9 bags candy @ 1.99 each
        Use (3) $2 off wyb 3 bags Hershey's, Reese's or Cadbury Candy
        (3) $2 off wyb 3 bags from the Rite Aid ad
        (1) $3 off $15 purchase

Total OOP including tax for 9 bags of candy was less than $4!
        I'm doing this deal again!

        • gailcope

What $2 off wyb 3 bags from Rite Aid Ad are you talking about?
          Thanks for the info.

          • Susan

            It's in this week's circular.

            • gailcope

I see one for $2 off wyb 3 bags Hershey's, Reese's or Cadbury Candy but I don't see another one for $2 wyb 3 bags from the Rite Aid ad. Maybe I just only got the one in my ad flyer. Can you tell me what page it is on?

CLydia said she did the following:
Today I did the candy deal.
              It worked like this:
              9 bags candy @ 1.99 each

              I'm doing this deal again!

            • Oh, sorry! To clarify: One of those “$2 off wyb 3 bags” coupons is from the SS 3/14 coupon insert in the Sunday paper, the other is found in the Rite Aid Weekly ad.

            • gailcope

Thanks – I will go look for the other coupons now. Sounds like a great deal.

            • gailcope

Found all the coupons you guys uses for the candy. Looking at the coupon in the Rite Aid Ad it is a mfg. coupon so I don't know how you got to use all 6 of them since they all were mfg coupons. They should of only let you use 3.

Anyway, I did find a $1 off Rite Aid coupon if you buy seasonal candy at $1.99 or more from the Wellness Savings site on Rite Aid – so if you used 3 of the $1 off Wellness coupons & 1 of the $2 off Mfg coupons and you buy 3 bags of the $1.99 candy you would pay: $.97 for all 3. Still a great deal!

You can register at the Wellness Savings even through you can't use the card yet in most states but you still can use their coupons and they still will send you a card. Rite Aid is getting the program up and running across the US so you will be able to use your card hopefully soon. So every time you buy a product you will get points for it.

            • Toni

Per RA coupon policy you can use a man. coupon and a man. coupon from the ad together. Don't you love RA? :)

            • Actually, Rite-Aid's coupon policy says you CAN use 2 manufacturer's coupons, as long as one of them comes from the weekly circular.

          • Yep, what Susan said. The Weekly ad that comes in the paper, or you can pick some up in the front of the store. I did the deal a second time tonight. I have 18 bags of Easter Candy for less than $7 out of pocket, including tax. Covers my Special Ed class, and my own kids! Yay!

            • gailcope

Ok – There is a coupon in the Rite Aid ad for $2 off 3 bags of candy. Where did the other coupon come from? You used six coupons but I am only seeing where you got 3. Please inform. Thanks

        • Chuck

sounds like a bad deal….only cost you $3 now but prob cost you hundreds at the dentist later…..LOL :)

          • Eat the candy, just be sure to brush and floss! :)

            • gailcope

Thanks – did not know that! I will have to read the policy again.

      • Susan

Nope–usually the in-ad coupon is a store one (starts with RC) and you can stack that kind with a manufacturer one. But, this week, the in-ad coupon doesn't–it actually IS a manufacturer coupon.

        • Hmmm, I didn't even notice that and stacked the coupons today. My cashier scanned them all.

          • Nevermind, I see why it worked… coupon policy says they will take 2 manufacturer's coupons as long as one comes from their circular. That's why it went through today.

    • megan10

Had a great day at Rite aid today…
      Bought:
      (2) renpure shampoos
      (2) renpure conditioners
      Herbal essences shampoo
      Herbal essences mouse
12 double roll contenelle bath tissue

Total after rebates, sales, and coupons: $0.50 plus tax ($2.03 total)!

    • templemom

Thanks so much for listing everything. This weekend I had my first Rite Aid experience and WOW. Over 2 days I purchased $189 worth of merchandise and when I get my rebate check I will have MADE $3. I am converted.

    • SCC2

I have not shopped at RA before. I tried it for the first time last week and left with nothing. I wanted to buy the pampers to get the PG $10 rebate and use my coupons. The coupons were for cruisers, and cruisers only come in mega packs. For the PG rebate the clerk told me I had to buy the jumbo packs. She was very nice and tried to help but I could not use my coupons and get the rebate. Was I missing something? How did the others get this to work? I would like to try RA again but I am not sure what went wrong. Help Please!

      • Susan

I used the Cruisers coupon on a jumbo pack of Baby-Dry ones with no problems—it wasn't on purpose (I wasn't paying attention) but realized what I had done after reading people's comments on the coupon.

    • Bethany

I like Rite-Aid. It'sw one of my favorite stores where I get great deals. Does this enter me into the $50 Amazon gift card drawing?

      • Susan

You have to enter that under that specific entry–it had a big birthday cake at the top.

    • Michelle

Right Guard is not B1G1 at my RiteAid this week. North GA area. Any ideas why?

      • Susan

?? Strange–it is in Cumming, GA.

    • TraciM

OK, I have to ask, and probably know the answer, but at the end of your post Darla, what does HTH stand for? Thanks.

      • bridget

HTH means “hope this helps”…hth :)

        • TraciM

Ohhhh,,,,Now That Makes Sense !!!!! :) Thanks for replying !!!!!!!

Question…I'm new to the Rite Aid shopping…I made my first transaction of 2 that I plan for the $25 rebate and as I entered in the receipt today I was looking at the rebate details. I purchased the Neosporin Wound Cleanser and the J&J No More Tangles Shampoo, on the rebate info it says…Neosporin Plus Cream and J&J Head to Toe. Did I buy the wrong items? Should I return and get the correct items to make this work or will these work?

      • Susan

I'd wait to see if it goes through—should only take a day or two. Last week, I bought what I thought was the wrong Crest toothpaste for the P&G rebate, but it went through. Also, this week, I bought the Zyrtec itchy eye drops, and, even though they aren't listed anywhere, they just went through for the J&J rebate. I think as long as it's J&J brand, it works.

        • christina

          Thank you!!

        • christina

Okay so rite aid said of course I did not have enough for the rebate, but before I make my 2nd transaction I wanted to make sure this stuff worked. The JJ rebate # showed up and all the products I purchased including the 2 in question. Does this mean that they were excepted? Thanks!~

    • couponqueen8202

      Jenny,
I went to Rite-Aid yesterday to get the $1.88 Post cereal with my $2.00 coupon and they wouldn't let me use it! They said the computer wouldn't take it because the product didn't cost $2.00! I didn't want any money back, I just wanted the free cereal! What's up with that?

    • couponqueen8202

      Jenny,
I went to Rite-Aid yesterday to get the $1.88 Post cereal with my $2.00 coupon and they wouldn't accept it! The computer wouldn't take it because the cereal didn't cost $2.00 and they couldn't give me any money back. I told them I didn't want any money back, I just wanted my free cereal!! • store mgr for 25 yrs

This website is a good idea but when you come in our stores don't try and get over on us by using coupons that don't match what you have it is really annoying example: angel soft 4pk is on sale for 79 cents the mf coupon states for 50 cents off the 6 ROLL or LARGER

      • a_shrader

I honestly have used wrong coupons b/c I misread them. Not everyone is out to get you.

    • Carrie

Can someone help me understand if I did the $25 off $50 neutrogena SCR right? The clerk said it had to be a total of $50 with the $2 cpns. So I bought $60.94 worth then she took 6 $2 cpns, which made the total 48.94? I'm wondering if I just screwed up bad.

      • Susan

PS–Don't listen to the store clerks. Unfortunately, when it comes to rebates, they often don't know what they are talking about.

    • Carrie

Can someone help me figure out if i just screwed up? I was trying to qualify for the $25 off $50 SCR neutrogena deal . Does the total have to be $50 pre or post the $2 cpns? I bought 6 items totaling $60.94 and then used 6 $2 off cpns, which brought the total to $48.94. I had toilet paper too, so I didn't pay close enough attention to the total. If I messed up, can I fix it? Thanks.

      • Susan

It doesn't matter how much you spent out of pocket as long as your qualifying products totaled $50. It doesn't even matter if you check out and your final bill was like $10 (if you used a lot of coupons). I did that but had $50 worth of qualifying merchandise, so I met the rebate. And, always remember, if you do mess up, you can always go purchase something else to add to the first receipt. It doesn't matter if your items are split onto different receipts. And, all rebates are before coupons—using coupons doesn't hurt you.

    • nolandi

This was my first time shopping @ rite aid and I love it, I got so many deals and the staff was super and very coupon friendly.

    • savysaver

    • heather

The easter candy : there is a coupon IN AD this week for 2$ off of 3…it says “manufacturer's” at the top, beside the Rite Aid Logo – is this a manie? Or a Rite Aid??
Can I use the coupon from the add in addition to the coupon from SS?? Thanks!

      • Susan

It's a manufacturer–doesn't start with RC. Not to be used in conjunction with the SS coupon.

        • sdred85

Riteaid's policy is you can use the coupon in the circular, along with another manufacturer coupon. The store manager checked me out yesterday and I asked before he even started scanning my products and he said it was okay to use both.

      • Anne Gardner

I used them both together. I used the Ad coupons first and then the manufacter. I also did this with the visine. All in all I got J&J shampoo, visine, 2 rite guard extreme deodorants, 3 bags of hershey candy, and sudafed pm for 2.00$ out of my pocket :)

    • 3monkeysmom

I have some coupons I need to get rid of. I got them in a home mailer from essentialsforlivingwell(dot)com and I can't use any of them but hate to throw them away. I always feel like I'm throwing actual money away if I throw a coupon in the garbage :-)
      The coupons are:
$1 off any OsCal Calcium Supplement
$1 off any Ecotrin Aspirin Therapy
$1 off any Citrucel with Smartfiber
$1 off any Feosol Iron Supplement
You can also go to essentialsforlivingwell(dot)com and register with them and get more coupons of these same items as well as a few others.
If anyone is interested let me know. They don't expire until May

    • Amber Cunningham Hall

I am new to Rite-Aid. Do they reward similar to CVS and extra care bucks? Thanks.

      • Susan

No–rebates come in the form of a check that you cash at the bank.

        • TMoney

You can also use the SCR at Rite Aid as cash.

    • pharmSCgirl

I have grown to love shopping at Rite Aid. They give less hassle about coupons and are so friendly (most of the time). The rebate system is easy and I just made about an $8 profit this past week. I look to pick up some good deals this week too.

    • pharmSCgirl

I did notice that the Visine at my local Rite Aid that was on sale was $4.99 and by using both coupons it makes it free plus $1 overage.

      • ItsACouponThing

pharmSCgirl said that her local Rite Aid had Visine on sale for $5. The in-ad coupon was $3 and so was March's All You. What happens with the overage? I mean, will they still take the coupon if it's for more than the price? does the extra $1 go for something else? Not trying to be greedy, just informed!

        • pharmSCgirl

I haven't done the deal, but I know someone who did and she just bought some candy worth $1 and owed like 6 cents. I hope this helps!

    • Anne Gardner

I am so grateful that I am in an area with good Rite Aids. Yesterday I did the Johnson & Johnson rebate, spent $1.72 and am getting $25 back. The cashier was so patient with me (even though I had figured everything up ahead of time.. they're always out of something, different prices, etc. so I had to reconfigure). When I placed my items out, he rang them up then started ringing up the circular coupons for me, without me even asking! I had to stop him, because I wanted to use my $5/25 first but I just thought it was so nice of him to take the initiative. I'm thrilled to have made over $23 on this.

      • Ashley

Girl, I thought I did good with 19.50 profit…. how did you get $23?

        • Heather

I got 2 Sudafeds, 3 Visines, 2 Benadryls, 2 Bandaids, 2 Cortaids & a First Aid Gauze and did it in two transactions… because of prices at my store I had to get a bag of chips to help with some overage (that is included in the $1.72 total). I used 2 $5/25 RA coupons and the rest was I think mostly RedPlum with maybe a couple Smart Source coupons combined with in-ad coupons. I had one $3/1 Visine coupon (which made 1 visine free) and the other 2 I used $2/1 coupons. Oh, and I used the $5 RA gift card I got from last month's SCR – that's why it cost me less OOP. Therefore, your $19.50 was actually better than mine.

      • renee06

wow! you have got to explain your purchases! what a GREAT deal! I really want to get this Rebate without spending too much… I tried last week to get the $10 gift card w/ $30 purchase and found out the day after the sale ended that I was .62 cents short..

    • Jill

I'm new to this and having a problem with printing the coupon for $2off diapers on coupons.com. I'm using the the zip above and still can't find them. Any suggestion

      • Toni

Gosh, I have alot of diaper coupons that I will never use. I just cut out all coupons by habit. If you are interested, let me know and I will mail them to you and you can send me back a stamp for postage.

    • Susan

My Rite-Aid will not accept the Post cereal coupon because they are valued $2 while the cereal is $1.88. Anyone had these issues?

      • couponqueen8202

Yes! They wouldn't take mine either! If you read their coupon policy, it explains it. Wondering if Jenny has had this problem. Is there a way to make it work?

    • Kellie

Okay, so I am new to this and I am trying to learn. I do not understand the SCR – I signed up for it on the web-site, but I am not sure how to proceed with transaction #2 can someone bascially spell it out? I am still new to the lingo as well so any help would be apprecaited. I am a member but for some reason I am not able to log on – thanks again to all!

    • lisa

Become a fan of planter peanuts on facebook and get 1.50 coupon for one. It printed twice for me

    • HoneyNutCherieos

Are the KY coupons still around? anyone know what zip they're under?

    • Shelly

According to the SCR website, I should have gotten the $35 Visa Rewards Card for the Go for the Gold program last month. I received a $10 card today. Has this happened to anyone else?

    • Veronica

Does the J&J rebate include any baby lotion (like the bedtime lotion) or just the original pink kind? Thanks.

      • Suemh

Not sure about the lotion, but I bought baby oil, which is not listed, and it worked.

    • Angel_in_Charleston

Has anyone been able to find the KY coupon? What zip code did you find it under?

      • Angel_in_Charleston

        Never mind – I found it. :)

    • Rebeccauwf

I live in Florida, but I crossed the state line into Atmore, Al last night to shop at Rite Aid for the first time. The cashier was very sweet, but she said that she was told YESTERDAY that you can't use manuf. coupons with the in ad coupons b/c they are NOT Rite Aid coupons…they are also m.c. Has this happened to anyone else? I ended up leaving with nothing!

      • Susan

Not true! I combine circular coupons with man. ones all the time! Just did it at my RA yesterday!

    • Shandrika

My Rite Aid would not accept the $1 coupon with the B1G1 coupon for Herbal Essence-is anyone else having this problem? They said only 1 mfg coupon per item. I tried to explain that I was buying two items & they said it was a new policy. I did not have the coupon policy with me, and they did not have one available. I read the coupon policy and it says one per item, but they said it had to do with using a B1G1 with a $1 off coupon that I would have to buy 3 to use 2 coupons. It didn't make sense to me, but was tired of arguing it. Just wondering if anyone else was running into this……..

    • My wife did her first trip to rite-aid to coupon shop ALONE! I was afraid to let her go alone, but I did have my list and all of the coupons were already clipped. She did spend a little more on the zoneperfect bars than I would have and bought soy joy bars that I probably would have passed on, but she did real good.

Though I was sad that she passed on the FREE plus Overage cereal because she they did not have raisin bran and she thought I would not like the shredded wheat since it was not frosted. I was like, it was free plus overage and yeah I would eat it, and then she told me that she did not know it was free.

Though I am thinking about going back anyway and getting the John Frieda deal again with the cereal because we never had to use our coupons as they were on the package, and credit the SCR to my parent's account.

    • vwalsh

I don't see the buy one get one 50% off in our add. 29445 zip. It only shows 19.99 for Pampers and Huggies big pack. I called the Riteaid corporate line and they said they don't show it either. Is this an error?

    • MomMe

So my second trip to Rite aid this week and they are still out of stock on most of things I wanted to get… and my coupons are expiring the end of the month. We have only one rite aid in town so im thinking they sale items go fast. The store clerk said I could come back in tomorrow and get a rain check if they were still out, but what about my coupons that are expiring? The store Q expire Saturday, and my manufacture and the $5/$25 expire on 31st. Since I have a rain check, will they still honor the coupons if they are still out of stock and the Q have expired? Any one else experiencing this?

    • w kell

Do you have the whole month to qualify for the J&J rebate? Can you add several receipts to get to the 50.00 purchase?

      • Susan

        yes

    • valerie1995

My RA in Chattanooga does not have the Synovium for B1G1. Is their add not the same in all cities?

    • jessheartscoupons

I love you, Jenny!!!!!!! You are amazing!! This week, I spent $5.35 and $9.96 at RA, and I'm going to get back the J&J $25 rebate check and the $12.99 Visine Rebate from RP 3/14. A profit of $23!!!!!!

If anyone is still heading to RA this week, my store had J&J baby bar soaps for $1.99 which are FREE after using the $1/1 J&J baby product in-ad RA Q and the $1/1 J&J baby product Q from the newspaper or printable.

I also picked up some Frizz Ease for the SCR#4 off the clearance rack last week and made a few bucks.

      Thank you!!!

    • mamajo424

Hi Jenny! Thanks for all you do!

I wondered if you've heard of anyone else lately having issues with the Rite Aid online rebate program. I've been doing this since last June (2009) and have had a great experience with Rite Aid.
But, unfortunately, my last 3 receipts that I've entered into the system have been rejected. I've contacted corporate and now I have to send in copies of my receipts. I'm fine with doing this, but I was curious if anyone else lately has started having a problem. I've never had one single issue, if fact I LOVE shopping at RA! But if this continues, I'll probably not shop there.
I'm in Dickson, TN, so it may be a store issue or something.
      Thanks!

      • Susan

I've been doing RA rebates since they began–when you had to mail in the receipts way back before doing them online–and have never had a problem. I, too, have had problems recently. I've had to call them 4 times in the past 2 weeks, and it's very frustrating. All of my calls regarded receipt info that wouldn't “attach” to my account. Once, the lady on the phone manually fixed my account because she could see where I had purchased the correct product. The other times, the representative told me she would forward the information to her supervisor. So frustrating!

      • Erin

I've been doing SCRs for a long time, too, and I rarely had problems. However, one of my receipts for the J&J rebate was rejected–and with $12.95 in qualifying purchases! The items were the exact items pictured in the rebate, too. However, I only spent $2.68 OOP, so I'm wondering if that's the problem–although it wasn't with my other receipts. I have another receipt waiting to process, too, and it has quite a bit of J&J products. After these two clear, I should be within three dollars of my $25 gift card. I sure hope they take care of this receipt issue quickly because we're so close to the end of the month.

        • Susan

Call them—it doesn't matter what you spend out-of-pocket.

    • Jamie

I'm having problems with the Almay B1G1 and SCR of $5. I bought two items (a $13.99 one and then got the $9.99 one free), but the detailed status on Rite Aid's website says I only bought 1 Almay item. I have emailed customer service *twice* and they are saying I only bought 1. What do I do?

      • Susan

Call them–don't rely on email communication. People are different on the phone.

    • Suemh

Not sure about the lotion, but I bought baby oil, which is not listed, and it worked.
