Jenny-I was so bored with shopping and cooking-but now because of your site and coupons-I look forward to shopping. I actually have to stop myself from going to the store too much! this makes bargain hunting like a game and i am loving it. Thanks again for all your hard work!!

      • Susie

I agree Amy…I always thought it was cheaper just to grab something for my son at a fast food chain. Now I’m cooking because I’ve got everything I need at really cheap prices (or free!). My son is loving it…now about those pounds I’m putting on from all the extra food……

      • Me too!!!! I get so excited making my list each week & seeing how many coupons I can use! I LOVE it! And because I can get things for so cheap (or free) we are eating all kinds of new stuff, instead of the same old boring stuff or eating out all the time! I love it! And so does my husband’s checkbook!

Hello. I am completely new at using coupons and I have a question. I know Ingles will double or triple coupons along with some other stores. My question is, does that mean that if I have 1 coupon then they will give me double that amount? Or do I have to actually have 2 or 3 of the same coupon?? I looked at faq’s here but could not find a answer to that.

Thanks so much for this site, I hope to become a avid couponer!!!

        Janice

They will double the one coupon, most stores will double up to .50. You cannot use multiple coupons on the same item unless you are stacking a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon.

        Hope this helps

        • Janice

          Thank you :)

      Jenny,
Of all the many lists you post for us, this one is my favorite! Love it! Thank you so much!

Hi! reading the note about charity at the top of the page, I thought I would mention that today is 10/01, the first day of Breast cancer awareness month. Kroger is carrying so many items with the Pink Ribbon. I wish I could buy them all. Since I can’t I hope that all of you will join me in buying pink this month. I recieved a Kroger coupon book in the mail and all of them were for the “pink” items. Even huggies diapers! I intend on using them all.
One more thing. When I shopped at kroger on Tuesday I made out like a bandit. One of the items wa green giant boxed veggies. I had coupon for .50 off of 2 (Doubled was 1.00), they were on sale and with shortcuts.com savings loaded on my kroger card I paid .25 a piece rather than 2.00 and packaging was pink ribbon to boot!Their was about 18.00 worth of savings. Then I got a coupon at checkout for free betty crocker mashed potatoes!!

    • Hi Jenny! Thank you so much for all your hard work..You are unbeliveable! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!!!

    • Venita

Jenny, I just want to say thank you for all you do in helping us save money in these hard times. BIG THANKS TO YOU!! Also, I heard you were coming to Cleveland, TN. What date is that schedule for?

      • Jenny

It is this Friday! At First Baptist of Cleveland. The event starts at 5:30 with a vendor hall and then I will start at 7pm.

I have a question. I have been doing the coupons for quiet some time now and as a guy doing the grocery shopping I love it. This is the first time that I have seen this section. So my question is the low prices above is it the price after coupons or before using coupons. Thanks for the help.

      • Jenny

        It is after coupons :)
