There are very few dips that I don’t like, and I love that there are so many options for dipping: chips, crackers, bread, raw veggies, and more! I love taking a dip to a gathering or party because it’s simple to transport and there are so many easy dips using common kitchen ingredients. Here are 11 easy dip recipes you can make any time, but one of these might be a great option for an upcoming Super Bowl party!

Another thing I do with dips is use lower-fat or lite ingredients to make the calorie count a bit lower. You can subsitute light mayo for regular mayo, light cream cheese for regular, and even substitute a certain amount of Greek yogurt for sour cream or mayonnaise.
