Growing up I was never allowed kids cereals.  I remember the closest I could get was Kellogg’s Corn Flakes and being allowed to put a spoonful of sugar on top (not sure why they didn’t just buy Frosted Flakes). I’m going to blame my sheltered cereal life on being an only child, you get to eat what the parents eat (and listen to what they listen too).

As a mama of 5, I view a good grocery day when I can get everyone’s favorites correct and find a few of them on sale.  Coming home with Kellogg’s Krave currently makes me the winner.  This is the favorite of 3 of our girls, plus it makes an amazing snack if you turn it into puppy chow with some peanut butter, chocolate and powdered sugar.

Have you tried Krave yet?  It’s kinda like eating dessert for breakfast (isn’t half the cereal aisle now) and many times we skip the milk and just eat it by itself.  The family is a bit torn between chocolate and smores as favorites, but either one is always the first box to be eaten!

Right now you can get coupons for $1 off (2) boxes of Kellogg’s Krave, Corn Pops or Apple Jacks above.  You can also check your Valpak home mailer envelope for more coupons coming soon.
