Sign up for the Fuel Rewards program and save 5¢ off every gallon of gas you buy! They have just upped their program to give everyone Instant Gold Status! You don’t need to earn anything, or wait for the savings. Drive up, enter your ID and you’ve got 5¢ off a gallon of gas.
The Fuel Rewards program is probably the easiest gas savings to use at the pump. Once you register you can set up an alternate ID and use that at the pump rather than needing to remember a card or card number. We set our alternate ID to one that even my husband can remember, so we never forget the 5¢ savings!
There are lots of ways to save even more than 5¢. Link your credit cards to your account and earn 10¢ off per gallon when you dine out and earn 5¢ or more per gallon when you shop online at lots of participating retailers (Kohls, Staples etc.). I would recommend using their app so you don’t miss extra ways to earn.
For us saving just the 5¢ off per gallon currently makes it $1.73 a gallon, one of the cheapest options in town. Plus you can still pair this with gift cards you grab at Publix or other grocery stores!
Tip: After you sign up, Share with friends and you will get 25¢ off per gallon on your next fill up when they sign up and purchase at least 5 gallons of gas.
