      The minimum for free shipping at Amazon has been $35 for over a year. At that time it went UP from $25. Confused by this post.

        Nope, last I checked a few months ago it was $49 or $50. I tried to go off Prime for awhile but the minimum shipping requirement was too high and I signed up for another year.

      Just an FYI – If you are a student with a student email address that ends in .EDU etc… you can get Prime for $49 a year.
