          I want you know how truly disappointed I am with this whole transaction. I ordered this machine 11 days ago and was expecting it to be at my doorstep any day now. Well, I received an email today saying that my order was cancelled because Keurig decided to no longer honor the savings. I chose to do this deal over the Target one because you recommended it and I wouldn’t have to deal with the rebate. Now, I’ve missed out on some major savings and am back at square one. I am not happy.

            Miss Nicole, I am truly sorry for your aggrivation and inconvenience. Please understand that at the time that Southern Savers recommendedp Brewers to their readers, we were on good standing and able to process orders at the promised discount. You placed your order on 10/25 … Google paid your order out to Buy Cup Brewers on 10/29, I processed the orders on 10/30 … and was notified of the manufacturer on 11/1 that they would not be continuing our our discounted price effective immediately. The manufacturer did process the first 4 orders at the discounted price, so we had hoped to process the remaining orders at the discounted price … I spent several days trying to make this happen. Once I received the final word from the manufacturer, I began to process full refunds to all customers. If I could have completed the orders, there is nothing I would have liked more. In any case, Southern Savers had no way of knowing that the manufacturer would pull our discount … if they had, they would never have recommended them to their readers. From my experience as a reader, the staff at Southern Savers has always held their readers in very high regard. Buy KCup Brewers was taken completely by surprise as well. Again I am truly sorry for your inconvenience.

            I ordered this for my husband for his birthday and did not even get an e-mail that the order was cancelled-I found out myself when tracking the order. What a poor business practice to ship something for a much lower price that you don’t even have!! I definitely won’t be doing business with this company again!

              As the owner of Buy KCup Brewers, I offer you my sincerest apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience you have endured … that was
              NEVER my intention. I would have liked to offer you exact details to your, but I could not locate an order under your name and you did not provide an order
              number. However, I would like to provide you with the basics of this situation.

              Once your order was placed, GOOGLE did not process your payment to me until 10/29 (if your order was placed on 10/25 or 10/26). It is standard
              for GOOGLE to pay the company 2-3 days after the order is charged. I immediately started processing the orders to the manufacturer after receiving
              the payout from GOOGLE. After processing 4 orders, I was contacted by the manufacturer that our contract prices would no longer be available to us since our contract had expired. I spent the remainder of the week attempting to reestablish the relationship in order to at least process the orders that I had already received … even though I knew I would not be able to remain open without the contract rates, I wanted to fulfill the orders that I had already received. I thought since the manufacturer had actually processed the
              first four orders, they would consider processing the remaining orders. I continued to reach out thru Friday (11/2). Once I received the final word from
              the manufacturer that the contract would not be renewed and the discount would definitely no longer be available, I immediately began processing refunds. If I could have completed the orders, I assure that I would much have preferred to
              do that … disappointing customers & closing down my business at potentially the busiest time of year is
              NOT what I envisioned. However, that is exactly what I have done … I closed down the website once I was notified of the problem because I did not want to disappoint other buyers. If there were something I could to do to make up for this horrible mishap – I would. However, I realize that nothing short of
              receiving the ordered Keurig will make a customer happy – and that is no longer possible for me to do.

              As far as your other comment about not receiving an email, it would not be from the lack of effort on the part of Buy KCup Brewers. Google provides an email when a refund is applied to the customer’s account, and I personally sent a detailed explanation to the email address on file for each
              customer prior to cancelling the order. I would be happy to provide the date/time of those emails … but again I could not find your order with the
              information provided.
              Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
