Good news for chicken sandwich lovers, the Chick-Fil-A calendar is now available!  These calendars are great because of the 12 free food coupons included.

The calendars cost $6 and operate a little differently from years past.  There are no more coupons in the actual calendar, instead you’ll get a Calendar Card that you activate online.  Each month’s coupon will become available on your card on the 1st of the month.

If you lose your card you can get another one as long as your previous card was activated.  Check out the Chick-Fil-A site for more details on the change.

Free items include chick-n strips, chicken sandwich, small milkshake, and more.  Check here for full list of free products.

FYI – two of the local Chick-Fil-A’s near me have been sendng “text deals” offering a free chicken sandwich with purchase of a calendar. Check your local Chick-Fil-A to join their text club…mine send text deals 2-3 times per week!

Check with your local Chick-fil-A about “Green Receipt Day.” You make a purchase that day, save your green receipt, bring it back during the designated time period and receive the exact same order again ENTIRELY FREE!

limited to one per email address.

    • Watch out!!! These new q’s expire monthly and do not appear to roll over like the previous years with paper q’s. Anyone have verfification of this yet? Also will the paper q’s actually end this year and not be valid once the new cards start jan 1?

      • From the FAQ: “Will I be able to redeem offers before or after the month they are featured?
If not redeemed by close of business on the last business day of that month, the offer is no longer valid. Only one 2013 Calendar offer will be present on a card at any time. And remember, Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday!”

    • 3 mnths for products i would not use no thank you

Pay them for coupons so they can lobby against gay rights?
      No thank you.

Doesn’t sound as friendly as they used to be. I know I won’t be buying multiple calendars this year.

I do not like this new policy! The reason people like Chick-Fil-A is because they never tell you no. Now they are going to have to encounter a lot of resistance and turn a lot of people off in order to enforce “policy.” I knew it was too good to last.

I have plenty of paper calendar coupons that I use pretty regularly. Our chickfila currently takes coupons way after the expiration date, so I would hate to lose all the ones I have in stockpile if we aren’t given notice that they will no longer take expireds.

      • I asked specifically about this….and a manager told me that they would no longer take expired coupons after this current year calendar expires.

I think it’s awesome because I am more likely to keep the card in my wallet and not have to worry about cutting the coupon off my calander. Anyways, why gripe about free food?

i looove chik fil-a! after looking at the list of coupons for each month tho and seeing that 5 of them are for a free drink (6 if you count the small milkshake), it doesn’t seem too exciting. it would be different if the calendar proceeds were for charity but i don’t see anything about that so it seems kinda silly to me to buy a calendar when half of it is just for a drink. some of the other months weren’t too thrilling either (free brownie, small waffle fries, etc..). just wanted to warn others in case someone thougt it would be something like a free sandwich each month (now that would be awesome!!)

The past couple of years we have purchased 10-15 calendars to use during date night. With this new policy, my hubby and I decided to purchase 4 and we will now only be going to Chick fil a on rare occasion.

woops i accidentally up-voted the previous comment when i meant to down-vote it. whether or not you agree with their religious convictions, you have to admit they give so much to charity and my husband and i always end up getting free food every time we go because of all the coupons and specials they offer. there is usually a cow handing out free calendars at our downtown christmas fair anyways.
