If there were any title that I feel should be on my resume, “Master Peanut Butter & Jelly Maker” is definitely one of them. My youngest child cheers every time she hears that “peanutjelly” sandwiches are on the menu! My older girls though cringe, they have had enough in their short 6 years already. So we have started getting creative.

Jif is the absolute best peanut butter…My favorite meal for peanut butter is not a special recipe, it’s just a combination of things that I love all at the same time. Toast some bread, then spread peanut butter on bread to make a sandwich, serve with Doritoes and a glass of cold milk. YUM!!! I could eat this every day.

My children’s favorite peanut butter sandwich is peanut butter and yoghurt (any flavor). Messy, but yummy!
My kids love Peanut Butter and Jelly Surprise Muffins. Great on the go treat for those busy swim and dance days. Also a great baking project even young kids can help with.
Ingredients
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup creamy Jif1 large egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup strawberry, raspberry, or grape jelly
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12
muffin tin with muffin papers. In a large bowl, combine the flour,
sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter
with the egg. Add the milk, a little at a time, then mix in the butter.
Pour the wet batter into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir
gently to combine. The batter will be stiff.
Put a heaping tablespoon of batter in the bottom
of each muffin cup. Use a finger to make an indentation in the center
and put a teaspoon of jelly in the hole. Cover with another heaping
tablespoon of batter or enough to fill each cup about 2/3 full. Spread
the batter gently until no jelly is visible. Bake for 20 minutes, then
turn the muffins onto a wire rack to cool for at least 10 minutes. Be
careful: the jelly centers can get hot. Makes 12 muffins.
We eat Jiff PB&raspberry jam sandwiches on whole wheat bread almost every day in our home. My son can’t get enough!!

Actually my favorite pb recipe is dessert type things.. I JUST made peanut butter brownies last night. I love pb fudge, and have recently gotten my 3 year old very interested in pb & j sandwiches (if they are cut like a dinosaur! lol)

Chocolate Carnutty Bars are our favorite
Nonstick cooking spray
1 8-oz pkg. reduced fat reduced fat cream cheese
1 pkg. 2-layer size white cake mix
1 cup quick-rolled oats
1 12 ¼ jar caramel ice-cream topping
½ cup of JIF peanut butter
1 egg
1 11 ½ -oz pkg. milk chocolate pieces
1 Tbsp. Milk
1 cup cocktail peanuts
Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. For crumb mixture, in a large mixing bowl combine cake mix and oats. Using a pastry blender cut in peanut butter until mixture resemble fine crumbs. Beat egg with milk; add to crumb mixture, stirring until well mixed. Reserve ¾ cup of the mixture. Press remaining mixture into bottom of the prepared pan.
For filling, beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add caramel topping and beat until mixed. Spread on top of crumb mixture. Sprinkle chocolate pieces on top, and then add the peanuts to cover. Sprinkle evenly with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 24 bars. Store covered, in the refrigerator or eat straight away! Makes 24 bars.

When a budget stretcher meal fails to satisfy my husband, he makes toast, covers it with crunchy peanut butter, lays it out on a plate and pours warm syrup all over the top. With a glass of milk, it fills in all of his empty tummy space. Yum!

My all time favorite recipe is peanut butter pie, tast just like a reese’s cup! And it’ssuper easy.
Take a graham cracker pie shell and pour chocolate ice cream topping on the bottom. Next, mix together half a container of cool whip and peanut butter, now add this to the pie shell. Add the remaining cool whip on top and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hrs. Serve and eat.

My family’s favorite way to have JIF is in French Toast – first you spread JIF on 2 slices of bread, then sprinkle with mini chocolat chips, put the bread together to make a sandwich, dip in milk and eqq mixture and fry… This is awesome. I also add it to Brownies and sometimes even yellow cake mix!!

My favoriate goes back to childhood. My friend Cliff and I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with sliced cheese and lots of potato chips. I still eat it today using Jif.
I love mixing chocolate and peanut butter together and coating pretzels in it. Delicious!!

My boys love a toasted peanut butter sandwich with creamy Jif peanut butter. The second the toaster pops up the break my husband announces, “PRECIOUS TIME” and he rushes to the toaster. He feels that the peanut butter has to be put on when the bread is piping hot so that it melts the peanut butter. Since his accident in June he hasn’t been able to walk, so I’m the one who rushes my 32 week pregnant self to ensure “PRECIOUS TIME” is met. ha ha ha My 2 1/2 year old ends up with a face covered in peanut butter, but he loves every bite!

I have not had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in ages. A couple weeks ago, I brought a PB&J sandwich to work, took me back to my childhood and have brought a sandwich everyday. My co-workers laugh because I’m so excited over my PB&J.

My Grandmother has always used Jif peanut butter for her famous Potato Candy. Jif Peanut Butter is our families only choice. Here is the recipe:
Potato Candy
1 lg. potato, cooked & peeledConfectioners’ sugarPeanut butter
Mash potato with sugar, may take 1 pound or more. Mix until stiff. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar on board. Roll out like dough. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut in slices.

i LOVE A Fried PB&J take two slices of white bread and put peanut butter on one side of both pieces. then put jelly on one piece and place the two together then spread butter on both outside pieces of bread. place the sandwich in the frying pan and brown both sides then get it out pour a large glass of milk and eat up! (;

I have 2 favorite peanut butter recipes! The first is buckeyes! I grew up in OH and we make them all the time! They are peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate! The second is crunchy peanut butter fudge! Uuummm ummmmm!
My favorite? A peanut butter and banana rollup. Just take a flour tortillia, smear on a generous portion on peanut butter, sprinkle on chopped bananas and roll up like a fajita! My 5 year old love them!

I make a peanut butter and jelly cake. It is a vanilla cake with homemade peanut butter frosting and jelly of your choice (our favorite is blackberry!) in the middle. I made one as a groom’s cake for a friend. 3 tiers, 3 different flavors, YUMMY!

My Favorite and Easy recipe for Jif is peanut butter cookies. A cup of peanut butter, a cup of sugar, and 1 egg drop by the spoonful and press your fork each way and cook 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Simply and Delicious.

One of my long time friends turned me on to something that sounds awful but it’s not–Jif + thinly sliced sweet onion(like vidalia) sandwich.Must be a Minnesota thing as she is a former Miss Bemidji(small town in N.Minn.).I haven’t eaten one in years(we no longer work together and live 3 counties apart),but thought I would include this sandwich for the ladies that use this sight because Dr.Oz is always talking about preventing breast cancer by eating onions…So,prevent cancer by having a Jif /onion lunch or snack…can’t beat that.
My Favorite Jiff peanut butter recipes are the popular PB & grape jelly on white sandwiches, sometimes i’ll switch it up and use bananas instead of jelly, yummy!

I worked as a manager at Pizza Hut for several years and spent a lot of time there. I was so sick of regular pizza my creative mind started to work. I came up with the best peanut butter and jelly pizza. Start with thin crust, cover entire crust with peanut butter, then mozzarella cheese cook as usual then spread on your favorite jelly (I used grape). This is so good ny mouth is watering thinking about it,
Our 11 year old and 4 year old have Celiac disease and can’t eat wheat, so we make wheat free chocolate chip pancakes and they spread Jif peanut butter in between the pancakes. Yum!!!!

In my house its all about the grilled peanut butter, nuttella and jelly. Its messy and hard to make but grilling a peanut butter and jelly with nuttella on it is the bestest sandwich ever!

My favorite peanut butter recipe is Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies! So good, in fact, that I wanted to share the recipe.
1 C. Butter
3/4 C sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C creamy OR crunchy JIF Peanut Butter
2 1/2 C all-purpose Flour
4 tbsp jelly (any flavor you like!)
pinch of salt
Mix sugar and butter, add in egg, vanilla and peanut butter. Then flour and pinch of salt. make balls of the dough on cookie sheets and make holes in the middle of them with the back end of a wooden spoon. fill holes with jelly and bake!
375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. If you haven’t tried these I suggest you do!

Dear Southern Savers, my favorite peanut butter recipe is honey and PB on toasted bread, then refrigerate it for about 45 minutes. The honey gets crispy because of the sugar in it. It is a crispy, sweet, wholesome snack. I don’t know what I would do without peanut butter. My sweet mother would make me PB and jelly sandwiches as a child, and I would watch cartoons. Wow… I thought I was a simple Peanut Butter and Banana girl, but I may have to spice it up with Rixie’s Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies. They sound AMAZING and were made to be used with JIF!!!
Our favorite sandwhich by far is just a JIF peanut butter sandwhich on very fresh bread. I grew-up eating only JIF and now my kids follow my lead.

I love making “apple smiles” with my kids – take apple slices, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Spread the peanut butter on an apple slice, line up mini marshmallows on top, spread peanut butter on another apple slice, and place that on top. The red of the apples look like the lips, and the marshmallows are the teeth…so cute!!!
We use (Jif) peanut butter as the basis for Thai peanut sauce which we serve over chicken & linguine.

It’s hard to decide my favorite. There’s always the good old peanut butter and banana sandwich, but I also love “buckeyes” candy that are peanut butter balls dipped partially in chocolate to look like buckeyes.

My favorite recipe with Jif is so simple!! Make a peanut butter sandwich and then toast it. Cut into triangles and enjoy the toasted nutty flavor… The toasting process really enhances the flavor and the sandwich is very “gooey” and fun to eat!

Growing up, my mom ONLY bought JIF —ever…so I have so many things that I love JIF with, but just last night I was passing the tradition on to my little girl (that peanut butter goes with everything) by teaching her one of my classics:
Icecream with JIF peanut butter and rice crispies….YUMMO! I know that it sounds like such an odd combo – but once you try it, you will understand why it is one of my favs. Of course, all my Christmas baking has wonderful recipes that I love with peanut butter – but the icecream is the one little snack that you just love to throw together. (and it makes the icecream a little better for you right?!)

I love JIF peanut butter! Growing up, we were not allowed to eat sugar, which provided us the opportunity to come up with some healthier snack foods. A favorite for us was putting a twist on a classic – split a banana lengthwise, then slather both sides with Jif peanut butter. Place halves in a ziploc bag or wrap with plastic wrap and place in the FREEZER! In just a couple of hours you have a delicious sweet snack!

I love to make a peanut butter and red delicious apple sandwich. I cut the apple slices thin and peel them. It is also good with honey drizzled on the apples. It is sweet, salty, and crunchy. Of course I top it off with a glass of milk.

I have a daughter who have severe milk and egg allergies. As a mom with a kid with severe food allergies, our food bill went through the roof and that is when I found Southern Savers. I was relieved when I discovered I could still make her favorite peanut butter and fruit sandwich.
Take half a cup of strawberries, half a cup of blueberries, half a cup of blackberries normally would. Once your sandwich is together, I take the Pampered Chef sandwich sealer and complete the process by sealing our pb/fruit sandwich. I usually end up making about 6 to 8 sandwiches at once(one for each of my two girls and freezing the others in individual sandwich bags for lunch that week. It is lower in sugar, less expensive, delicious, and most of all a safe food for my daughter!
I know this is sounds a little crazy to some people, but ever since I was little I have loved peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. It has to be crunchy peanut butter and dill pickle chips. Together it is the perfect combination of sweet and sour!
I like to spread peanut butter on a slice of white bread, cover the whole slice with mini marshmallows and bake at 350 until the tops of the marshmallows are brown. So good with a glass of milk!

When I was a little girl, my dad, who is a peanut butter-aholic, used to make grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for us. He’d butter the outside of the bread and then put a generous amount of PB and a little bit of jelly (usually apple jelly), and then he’d grill them on the stove top. As an adult I love to do this same thing, but now I use my sandwich press instead. It is still a favorite indulgence–that hot, ooey-gooey peanutbutter drips out of the bread and all over your fingers, forcing you to lick each one clean! Yummo!

My favorite peanut butter sandwich has to be one that my dad creates and calls a “Fluffy Nutter”, jif peanut butter and marshmallow cream spread on bread. Delish! Some of us even like it toasted!
I LOVE peanut butter everything! I ate many PB sandwiches when I was pregnant with my daughter (I had gestational diabetes) and she was born with a peanut allergy and can’t stand the smell. Peanut butter and banana sandwiches (on 100% whole wheat bread) are a staple now that I am diabetic. I just have to eat them when she’s not around.
My favorite peanut butter recipe is for flourless peanut butter cookies. SO easy and even better tasting than the ones with flour. 1 cup pb, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. Mix, roll into balls, flatten with fork, bake at 350 until just set. YUMMY and sure to disappear quickly!!!

We make what I call “Granny Sue cookies” because I learned to make them with my grandmother. They are no bake cookies with rice crispies. I can’t remember the exact recipe without looking them up, but they are yummy. I made them with my grandmother when I would stay summers with her. We would make them in the afternoon, at dusk we would take them out and watch the stars come out, and then come back in and play Yahtzee. Oh the memories!

For some reason my mom refused to make it for us, so it became a special treat when my dad was home (usually on weekends) to make these sandwiches for us.

I put 2 cups non-fat plain greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons Jiff Creamy, one packet of sugar free fat free cheesecake flavored pudding, and one cup skim mil in my food processor. Blend until well mixed, divide into 4 portions and enjoy a healthy high protien snack! So creamy and delicious!!

Around our house, it’s Peanut Butter & Honey sandwiches. Sometimes we switch it up with a few sliced bananas. If it’s just Mommy-time, I prefer Peanut Butter & Marshmallow Fluff with a few mini chocolate chips. A pregnancy favorite!

My favorite is a recipe from the “Laurel’s Kitchen” cookbook:
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds (or sunflower seeds)
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. dried fruit, such as raisins and/or chopped dates
2 Tbs. honey or molasses
8 oz. tofu, drained and mashed (optional)
Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Serve on your favorite whole grain bread. (I like it toasted.)
I highly recommend adding the tofu. It makes a nice, fluffy spread, and it cuts down on the fat and calories per serving without reducing the protein content. And, you really don’t taste the tofu. Not that tofu has much of a taste as it is. :-)

my favorite peanut butter recipe is no bake cookies!
Chunky peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and chocolate chips. Yum. Even better grilled like a grilled cheese in a skillet with a little butter.
Peanut butter and jelly is always a classic around our house, but the latest favorite is Ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and raisins).
During the holidays I like to make my own mini peanut butter cups. I melt a bag of semi-sweet chips and a little parafin wax in a double-boiler, spoon about 1 teaspoon into the bottom of 25 mini paper cups, top that with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, and then follow with another teaspoon of melted chocolate. Yummy!

My favorite way to eat peanut butter is the way my grandpa taught me. You peel a good long banana. Put it on a plate and slather it with peanut butter. Then you slice it into rounds and eat it. MMMMM Good!! Great with a cold glass of milk.
My husband introduced my kids to peanut butter and bologna sandwiches. He likes to add strawberry jam but my kids just like pb and bologna!!! I still haven’t tried it myself but my son LOVES this sandwich for his lunch- it is his favorite!

Yes, we all love Peanut Butter and Banana….sooo yummy!! BUT I have a new one that is EVEN BETTER!!
Swath your peanut butter all over one piece of bread and then take PINEAPPLE (yes pineapple) and put it on top of the peanut butter. Eat it just like that (open-faced) or top with another piece of bread.
A Couple of Tips:
1. I use canned pineapple slices since 1 slice pretty much takes up a full piece of bread. Cut up another slice to put inside the “hole”. Make sure you pat down the pineapple just a bit before adding just so it won’t drip all over you as you eat.
2. You can use pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, but it can end up being too damp with too much juice. But go at it if you so desire!!
My fave is PB and M&M’s. My daughter loves PB & Nutella!

I can’t get away from peanut butter on fresh white bread with chocolate sprinkles. Just don’t use the chocolate flavored, only the real stuff from Europe. Talk about a heavenly early morning treat.

peanut butter cookies are my ALL TIME FAV! Swap out the creamy for the chunky and they are so much better! **side note: I have totally become partial to the jif natural now though..love it.
Use soft white bread and roll it out with a rolling pin until flat. Put Jif PB and grape jelly in the middle and roll up like a jelly roll. My kid picks it up and eat it like a burrito.

OK, so most people think I am crazy, but when I was younger (a kid) another kid my age introduced me to a bologna and PB sandwich and I still love it today. White bread, bologna, cheese, Miracle Whip and JIF! I LOVE IT!!!!

We like a grilled peanut butter and banana then dip it in cinnamon and sugar.
Place dollups of peanut butter on bite sized pretzels or pretzel crackers. Place a hersheys kiss or a rollo candy on top of each. Microwave for 10-15 seconds or heat in 350 oven(a tray of them) for 2- 3 minutes(until chocolate starts melting). Take out and quickly top(gently pat down) with another bite sized round pretzel. Pass tray around to devour quickly!
My favorite use of peanut butter: Put Eggo waffle in toaster until both side toasted, then spread the JIF peanut butter over one side. Add a few semi-sweet chocolate chips until it is all melted in. Tastes like a huge peanut butter cup! Yummy!!
I just finished apples and peanut butter and, of course, the most perfect way to use peanut butter is to mix it well with strawbery jam and have a classic sandwich. Here’s hoping I win!

Desert Sandwich is my choice. Two slices of pound cake, good smear of peanut butter, scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Place a slice of pound cake add a peanut butter, then vanilla ice cream and cover with the other slice of pound cake. Add hot fudge on top as much as you like. Enjoy!
My favorite peanut butter sandwich when I was a kid was thin deli shaved ham, tomatoes and peanut butter. I ‘ve been wondering lately how this really tastes and just may give it a try, I’m 51 so it has been many years!

JIF PB & Banana Waffle Sandwich. Toast two waffles and put peanut butter on both waffles. Add sliced bananas in the middle. Delicious and great to pack for lunch! You can also substitute Banana’s with jelly.

My favorite way to eat peanut butter is with a spoon right out of the jar; however, when necessary I also like to spread peanut butter on a carrot that has been split down the middle. Also can put peanu butter on bread and place thinly sliced carrots over it then add the sandwich top.

My favorite recipe is what my family has always called a “Peanut Butter Popsicle.” All you have to do is grab a spoon and get a big gob of pb straight from the jar. Looks like a popsicle as you eat it. :)
We go thru so many jars of peanut butter in our house each week. There’s the usual pb&j in the lunch boxes. Jif to go cups are excellent with sliced apples that have been dipped in pineapple or lemon juice to prevent oxidation. My mom’s favorite however inspired this is breakfast. A good hot bowl of old fashioned oatmeal, topped with peanut butter, chopped apples, raisins, cream, butter and honey. It is truly rich and delicious.

My best PB and J story: I am an elementary school teacher. Each year, I start my year off with a lesson on how important it is to follow directions carefully. So……I ask my children to write down directions on how to make a PB & J sandwich. Then…..it’s my turn to construct those PB & J sandwiches on their EXACT directions. What they don’t tell me (each year, this never fails) is that I have to take the bread out of the package, I have to open the PB jar and/or jelly jar. It’s not mentioned how I open the bread container. Then, it’s usually not noted that I need a knife to spread it. So….yep, I dig in with my fingers. By this point, and with many more funnies in between they have caught on to my antics and then are able to write explicit directions that I can follow. After this, it’s PB & J for EVERYONE!! A lesson with food always grabs their attention. Peanut Butter and Jelly makes it that much sweeter. Love my students!!!

I am 54 years old and for 50 of those years I have been eating Jif, baloney, and cheese sandwiches! It may sound strange to you and I can’t remember how it started but they are so delicious and filling and brings me back to my childhood every time I take a bite! Try it–you will love it!

JIF CRUNCHY Peanut butter on whitewheat bread with, are you ready……..???? Cottage cheese!! It sounds beyond strange and probably is – to most people. JIF and cottage cheese is the greatest combination! It has the creamy/salty/crunchy factor combined with cold, creamy cottage cheesiness and is my own personal comfort food! Really, folks. IT. IS. Chocolate milk, banana and peanut butter smoothies…
I like to add a tablespoon of peanu tbutter when I am making curry. It makes it really creamy and adds a nice nutty flavor.
Cloud 9’s Sticky-Gooey Peanut Butter Bliss Sandwich
Ingrediants: 2 Honey Wheat bread by Natures Own; Jiff Crunchy Low Fat Peanut Butter; Kraft’s Marshmellow Fluff in a jar; Resses Pieces Minature Morsals; butter; white sugar
Toast both pieces of bread. While hot spread marshmellow fluff on one piece of toast. On the other cooled toast spread Jiff’s low-fat Crunchy Peanut Butter. Sprinkle Resse’s Morsals on top of marshmellow fluff. Place toast with Jiff’s Peanut Butter on top of other toast.
Last step is brush or rub melted butter on the edge (crust) of the sandwich all the way around and then roll edges in white sugar.

my favorite unusual peanut butter sandwich is as follows: put peanut butter on one slice of bread..dukes mayonnaise on the other slice of bread…place dill pickle slices on each side enough to cover all bread…place sides together and enjoy a peanut butter and pickle sandwich….great snack

Sperad crunchy Jif on a wheat wrap. Slice bananas lenghwise. Place banana slices in middle of wrap. Sprinkly with raisens. Roll up and enjoy. Healthy and yummy!

My favorite peanut butter recipe is puppy chow! You melt peanut butter & chocolate chips together with some butter, add some vanilla & pour over plain rice chex. Then cover them in powdered sugar! yummy!!!

I grew up on Jif an my favorite snack as a kid was peanut butter spread on one piece of bread and then sugar sprinkled on top. That was a taste of heaven!
My favorite PBJ is what we call a FlufferNutter at my house. Toasted whole grain bread with Jiff smeared all over it. Top the peanut butter with Marshmellow spread. Enjoy!

My favortie Jif peanut butter recipe is Gluten Free Peanut Butter Brownies. I have Celiac Disease and we can still enjoy these in our house!
! cup white corn syrup
1 cup sugar
Bring to a boil
Add 1 cup Jif peanut butter
Pour the mixture over 6 cups of Rice Krispies in a lightly greased 9×13 inch pan. Press down the mixture. Melt in a double boiler 6 oz of chocolate chips and 6 oz of butterscotch chips. Pour over Rice Krispies mixture. Cool, cut & enjoy.

My husband LOVES peanut butter, bacon, and lettuce sandwiches!!! He even has some of his co-workers eating them too! My 3 year old daughter and I like peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwiches!
Our family loves Jif peanut butter on pancakes for breakfast. Spread it on, or dip it with syrup! Also, Jif goes great in the middle of a doughnut……and microwave it for a couple of seconds and yum! Good stuff!

We are HUGE peanut butter eaters in this house! We eat it on everything :) My husband’s favorite is any ice cream with melted Jif on top. My kids liked when I reinvented ants on a log to ants on bark with peanut butter spread on graham crackers with craisons or raisons on top. And my personal favorite is a peanut butter, nutella, Fluff, and banana sandwich, which I consider healthy because it has fruit and I was the less sugar option peanut butter ;)

My kids all love PB&J sandwiches (thank goodness, so easy!), but MY favorite peanut butter recipe is Peanut Butter Balls. 1 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. honey, 1qt. package of dried milk, 1/3 c. ground flax seed. Mix, shape, and dip into crushed grahams, coconut (my favorite), or mini chocolate chips. It’s pretty awesome.

(may be gross to some but being late after making the kids’ breakfast and lunch and the items left on the countertop..it made perfect sense!

Peanut Butter, Nutella and Vanilla Wafers! Peanut Butter Pie is my favorite recipe (with cream cheese!). It is so peanutty! Also, melt peanut butter in the microwave and spoon over vanilla ice cream. It hardens just enough and forms a little shell of cool peanut butter!
I love to take a toasted roll, a grilled chicken breast, jiff peanut butter, provolone cheese, banana peppers, lettuce, red onion and stack it up. This may sound pretty gross put try it its wonderful :)
My favorite peanut butter recipe , by far, is my chocolate peanut butter pie or possibly my peanut butter fudge! Both are simple and easy to make but deliver awesome results!
Peanut Butter Cream Pie
1 – 8 oz. light cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup chocolate syrup
1 large container of cool whip
1 chocolate crumb crust
Mix cheese, sugar , vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.
Add syrup and cool whip and mix til smooth. Pile into crust and drizzle with extra chocolate. Freeze at least 6 hours. Let stand around 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
Peanut Butter Fudge
6 Tblsp. margarine
¼ cup milk
Microwave this mixture on high 1 ½ minutes. Stir well, add 1 box of confectioners sugar and 1 Tblsp. vanilla and ½ cup peanut butter. Mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well and pour into buttered pan or pie plate.

PB & honey cereal bars:
3 cups puffed brown rice cereal
1/2 c honey
1/2 c peanut butter
mix and use wax paper to press into 9×9 dish. refrigerate.

I love Jif and bananas. You have to make sure you cut the bananas lengthwise and fill in the gabs to cover every inch!
We love soft French bread with Jif peanut butter spread on generously and then a healthy dose of Fluff on top. We sometimes will add sliced strawberries as well or even toast the sandwich on the griddle.
oh and peanut butter balls,2 cups peanut butter… 2-4 table spoons honey to taste……..powdered milk mixed in till a stiff dough forms. Roll into balls about 1 inch diameter.place on wax paper on trey in freezer.In bowl melt chocolate bark candy coating 14th lb* in microwave 10 seconds at a time till creamy and melted or use double boiler.Take off heat let cool a little (5 min) roll balls in it and place back on wax paper and put back in freezer. till shell is solid. YUM!!!!!
I use 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup honey:Bring it to a boil, then stir in 1/2 cup JIF PEANUT BUTTER, till well mixed. Throw in a cup of peanuts over 3cups of Cherrios and I have delectable Honey nut PEANUT BUTTER BARS! Healthy & delicious! Can’t beat JIF for full flavor

Definitely can’t make any peanut butter recipe without Jif! Wish the contest was for kids younger than 6 my 3 year old daughter often request crazy combos and occasionally I indulge her. Her favorite is oven toasted marshmallow bread with peanut butter. She also digs apples and peanut butter.

Easy PB Cookies- 1 cup of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, 1 cup of sugar and 1 egg. mix together and and place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for about 8 minutes.

you will be hooked for life if you whip up these yummy bars…….Mom calls them Special K’s!!
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo
bring to a slow boil (can even do in microwave!!)
add 1 cup Jif creamy pb, stir till smooth
pour over 6 cups Special K cereal, stir and press onto cookie sheet
top with 1 1/2 bags butterscotch chips and 1 bag semi sweet chocolate (melted)
cool in fridge, cut and eat!!!!

The best PBJ is actually–PB-J-PB. Jif peanut butter on both sides of the bread-then grape jelly in between! I have always done it this way-now I make it for my grandson. Most of the time he just wants the PB though!

Fluffernutters are awesome and a well made PB&J can’t be beat but my favorite unconventional sandwich is two pieces of french toast for bread and peanut butter mixed with syrup in the middle. Awesome way to get peanut butter in breakfast the only thing is proportions have to be right. Yum!!!

I know this may sound odd, and I wish I was that younger age that could submit the recipe, but one of my favorite every sandwiches was peanut butter, onion and lettuce. Strange, I know, and you might cringe, but I remember eating it at my grandparents’ house when I was 10 years old, and I absolutely loved it! Now, just for every day, I am definitely a peanut butter and strawberry JAM, not jelly, kind of person.
my son and I love to put Peanut Butter and bananas on ritz crackers. Another healthy alternative that my son and I love is peanut butter and celery stalks on ritz crackers or keebler club crackers since they don’t have all the salt on them. We love the to go cups of Jiff. I can just drop them in the small travel goody bag with some crackers and a banana and my son is set for a road trip!
Plain ole penut butter with grape jelly specially now that my 16 months old little boy is starting to eat regular food and PB & JELLY has been part of some of our lunches.
My favorite way to have peanut butter is the “old fashioned” PB & J sandwich! However, it needs to have extra peanut butter and extra Smuckers jelly!
Since I began couponing I have become flexible on a lot of the brands of my products. Peanut Butter is one of only 3 or 4 items that I am still a band snob about. I grew up in a Jif House and that is the only kind I eat. There is really almost nothing that PB isn’t yummy on but my favorite use has to be in NO Bake chocolate oatmeal cookies.
Have you ever tried the chocolate no-bake cookies WITHOUT the cocoa? Do the recipe as usual, just leave out the powdered cocoa. A surprisingly tasty twist on an old favorite. Cocoa gives me heartburn, so this is great for me.

Peanut butter Cheesecake! made to look like a peanut butter cup! My second favorite PB recipe woud require just 2 ingredient, jar and spoon. Insert spoon into jar….enjoy!
My daughter & I love making our PB&J sandwiches using Jiffy Cornbread mix as directed on the box, adding approx. 2-4 tbsp of sugar (depending on how sweet we want it) & 1tablespoon of oil. Once its cooked & cooled, we then add our PB & strawberry jelly.
We call it Strawberry Heaven Muffins! Sometimes, we jazz them up by adding strawberries or we will use the blueberry mix.

I have tried other peanut butters and always come back to jif. My son takes a peanut butter to school each day. While we are making lunch we both always have to stick a finger in the container and have a taste. It is SOOOOOOOO good.

Peanut butter ice cream pie. Yuuuummmmm Stir peanut butter into softened vanilla ice cream, pour onto graham cracker crust and refreeze. Serve with whipped cream atop.
Peanut Butter Bars. . . . 1 small jar of Jif peanut butter – 2 cubes melted margarine – 2 cups of crushed graham crackers – 4 cups of powdered sugar (mix together and push into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Melt a 12 oz pkg of milk chocolate chocolate chips and spread on top. Put in fridge and let set up for 15-20 minutes. Remove from fridge and score before chocolate is completely set. YUM!
Our wedding cake was chocolate with peanut butter filling and chocolate icing, smothered in peanuts and peanut butter cups. I try to recreate it every year on our anniversary and always use jif for the filling :)

Add a small amount of mayo to the bread
Add Jif peanut butter to on side and top with bananas!
I know pb & b (peanut butter and banana) is well known, but the addition of mayo takes it to a whole new level.

Peanut butter, honey, banana and a little cinnamon. This is what my son likes. I prefer the traditional PB&J sandwich, but you have to make sure there is enough jelly to ooze out the back of the sandwich when you take a bite!
I love Jif – and Jif only- heated up and poured over my ice cream, if I have oreos- I will put those in too! PB and Oreo is my “go-to” topping!

I make my own strawberry jam every year when the strawberries are just right (I even drive the 30 miles to the Strawberry Festival to get the best berries). I don’t make many biscuits or put a spoonful into my yogurt, I go to all of this trouble just to enhance my JIF peanut butter sandwiches. My 3 year old daughter loves when I use cookie cutters to make them into different shapes. I know it isn’t TERRIBLY creative, but I work really hard to make sure that I am eating the very very best pb&j I possibly can! And I make around 3 dozen jars every year, because we eat these sandwiches every day and never get tired of them!

We actually use an apple for a peanut butter sandwich instead of bread. Slice an apple in half, cut the core out. Then spread Jif peanut butter on the center of the apple then cover with the other half of apple. You can put raisins, chocolate chips or granola on top of the peanut butter if so desired. This is one of my daughters favorite snacks!!
One of our favorite snacks is toast with peanut butter (slightly melted) sometimes dipped in chocolate milk.

Banana Dog
Trying to cut “dessert” calories, I toast two slices of bread (crunchy on the outside, a little soft on the inside”, spread a thin layer of either crunchy or smooth peanut butter on both, add a banana half (sliced longways) to each, fold over, and there you have it, a delicious “banana dog” pastry-like dessert.

I love a PBJ & PC…that’s a peanut butter & (homemade) jelly with potato chips in the middle…extra CRUNCH!! Then there’s peanut butter on a banana or apple slices, YUM. And the seasonally irresistible chocolate peanut butter balls.
For crafty fun and gifts, we often make pine cone bird feeders with peanut butter and bird seed…a little messy but fun to make and later watch the activity of birds.

My peanut butter creation is something my mom use to make us when we were younger. We didn’t have alot of money so for a treat mama would make us peanut butter that was mixed with the dark Karo Syrup. She would mix this up and then make us a sandwich. Every time I make this now I think of her and when I was younger.

We used to make a healthy peanut butter candy when I was a child and I just recently got the recipe from my mom. Besides peanut butter (we used crunchy), it had honey, powdered milk and sometimes wheat germ and/or coconut in it and we would just press it flat on a plate, refrigerate and cut into squares. It never lasted long. We also used to eat peanut butter and jelly on graham crackers when we had a babysitter.
My children love Jif natural peanut butter with honey and banana mash on honey wheat bread with chocolate milk. With EXTRA peanut butter.

My favorite recipe is a homemade peanut butter pie! It is delicious. It has a homemade pie crust, peanut butter goodness, a homemade pudding, and a meringue on top with more peanut butter goodness sprinkled all over. So tasty!

I grew up on JIF and it’s the only peanut butter allowed in our house. With kids and adults alike a regular PB&J sandwich is a daily treat. But we dip into it by the spoonful sometimes when dinner just seems to take too long.

My son got this from me as I used to do it when I was a kid….Peanut butter and potato chips. Just place the potato chips on the peanut butter and when adding the 2nd piece of bread, press down firmly to break the chips. Yummmmmm!

We do a peanut butter – banana- tortilla wrap. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds. Spread with peanut butter, then drizzle with chocolate syrup or heated Nutella. Place peeled, whole banana on top of peanut butter, on the far side of the tortilla, then roll it up. Cut in half, and eat the heck out of it.

My father makes my children his specialty. He calls it the “Choco Nutter Butter Fluffer Sandwich” It is Nutella, peanut butter, and marshmallow fluff. They love it and it is funny to hear them ask Grandpa to make them a choco nutter butter fluffer sandwich.

My kids like to put PB and mini chocolate chicps on one slice of bread and on the other slice put large marshmallows cut in half. We broil both sides of the bread in the oven on low and come out with a toasted marshmallow half and a roasted peanut butter and chocolate half. Put them together and you have a delightful s’mores sandwich.

Years ago when I was in elementary school, our teacher shared this snack with us. Lightly toasted bread, spread with Jif peanut butter and then add sliced red apples and you have a Jif and apple sandwich. To this day, this is one of my favorites.

My grandmother taught me to put peanut butter on a slice of bread, sprinkle with cinnamon and broil in oven just till melted. Don’t put slices together, eat open faced. toasty creamy and delicious.

“Gourmet PB & J”: peanut butter, strawberry or raspberry jelly, granola cereal sprinkled in, best if add Nutella or chocolate chips, then press this sandwich together & eat it up!
One time I was going to make ham & cheese so I put mayo on the bread and then realized we didnt’ have any lunchmeat. So I made PB & J instead on the bread that had the mayo on it. It was good because the wetness of the mayo help not make the PB so dry with the bread. Didn’t stick to the roof of my mouth. Sounds gross but it’s good. You don’t really taste the mayo (well maybe if you used miracle whip you would taste it)!

Peanut Butter Cake. YUMM-O! I always use Jif when I make my mom’s peanut butter cake. She always told me that Jif peanut butter was the best peanut butter to use to have the best, smoothest icing for this cake.

I cut up Granny Smith Apples and dip them in the Jif to Go. Then I add whatever topping I want for that day, granola, chocolate chips, raisins…you name it. So yummy, definately my favorite snack.

Easy peanut butter cookies. 1 c. jif, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg. Mix well. Roll in small balls, smash down on cookie sheet with fork. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Wonderful!

My son is sooo picky! He eats peanut butter on practically everything everyday. Peanut butter bagel, peanut butter & bananas, peanut butter and honey, peanut butter and jelly. We tried fluff, but that wasn’t a big hit.
We love to make peanut butter crackers. The more peanut butter you have, the better it tastes. We also love to do triple layers with peanut butter and crackers. Its so yummy! We go through about a jar a week.

My family loves the 4-ingredient PB cookies… So easy and so delish!
1 cup Jif PB
1 cup sugar (you can sub splenda as well)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients and bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes

Peanut butter recipe: homemade granola bars.
1.5 cups rolled oats
1.5 cups fiber cereal (something like all-bran)
1/2 cups vanilla soy protein powder
1/2 cups wheat germ
1/4 cups flax seeds, ground
1/2 cups dates, chopped
1/2 cups dried cranberries
1/2 cups slivered almonds
1/4 cups molasses
4 tbsp honey
1/3 cups Jif Natural Peanut Butter Spread
Mix the oats, cereal, protein powder, wheat germ, flax, dates, cranberries, almonds. Put the molasses, honey, and peanut butter in a glass measuring cup, warm it in a bowl of hot water to soften. Mix the warmed wet stuff into the dry stuff, maybe with your hands. Dump the mixture into a shallow pan and press down. Refrigerate for about an hour to harden, then cut into 18 bars. My favorite is peanut butter blossoms (you know, the ones with the kiss on them). But I believe that ANYTHING with peanut butter is marvelous!!

One of our best selling fudges at our store was called Tiger Butter. We only made it with Jiff brand crunchy peanut butter it was a layer of blonde fudge with a huge layer of unadulterated Jiff crunchy another layer of blonde fudge and then on the top I would stripe it with peanut butter and chocolate. Talk about a great “sandwich”. yumm

Just made a batch of chocolate peanut butter haystacks last night – so good – one bag of fiber one, one bag of choc chips and a cup of lowfat peanut butter. melt chips and pb in microwave, stir in cereal, drop by spoonfulls onto a wax paper covered cookie sheet, put in fridge until chocolate hardens. a little TOO good

Power packed energizing protein snacks: Peanut butter as spread for apple slices. PB with pretzels .PB and 1/2 banana, PB on celery with a sprinkle of rasins. PB/cream cheese (1/2 &1/2) splenda as fruit dip. PB creamed with chocolate chips and ricotta cheese (1/2 & 1/2) with sprinkle of instant coffee.
