Check out these recipes with hidden veggies that will be both yummy and nutritious for your kids!

In the battle between taste buds and vegetables, it seems that the latter quite often gets tossed to the lower of the podiums when it comes to what kids want to eat. After all, our mouths and brains naturally want to eat sugary and salty foods. So, as a result, kids often don’t get the recommended amount of veggies that make their bodies happy.

While I do think that veggies in themselves should be continually offered, some days the only way to get veggies in your kids might be to disguise them in a way that looks appetizing to them. The recipes I’ve found are really kid friendly, but they’re filled with the vegetables you know they need.
