oven-baked potato wedges recipe

We love to have homemade potato wedges if we’re having burgers, black bean patties, or sandwiches!

This oven-baked potato wedges recipe is easy, doesn’t require a deep fryer, and the seasonings can be easily switched up to your preferences.

Oven-Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 russet potatoes (we prefer them peeled, but you can scrub them clean and leave the peelings on, too)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges (cut them in half lengthwise, then place the flat side down and cut lengthwise again; keep going until you get wedge shapes).
  3. Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl along with the oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and toss until everything is combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the wedges out in a single layer.
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until the wedges are tender and golden brown.
