Calling all potato lovers! This recipe for crispy smashed potatoes is a great side dish with crispy edges and buttery insides.
The smashing part of this recipe makes for lots of nooks and crannies in the potatoes, which creates lots of places for extra crispiness.
Note: Use baby yellow (or gold) potatoes for the best flavor and texture!
