Sometimes it seems like almost no time passes between when I work on these meal plans. I feel like I just did January! I kind of followed themes for each day of the week: soups on Monday, pasta dishes on Tuesday, beef or pork on Wednesday, chicken on Thursday, and some more interesting options on the weekends. I like to mix things up and enjoy trying new recipes!
