If you have an iPhone 6 or newer phone you can get your battery replaced from any Apple Store for only $29 (reg. $79) through 12/31. If you have AppleCare or a Warranty still running you can get it done for FREE.

This is part of an offer announced in late 2017 when they realized that batteries weren’t performing as they should.

See Your Battery Health

On your iPhone go to your Settings and then click on Battery. After that click on Battery Health. You’ll see the current Maximum Capacity of your iPhone. Mine is at 85% off what it could hold when it was new.

Make An Appointment

You can head to any Apple Store and either walk-in or make an appointment to have the battery replaced.

Having a plan for dinner not only cuts down on stress, but it can really help cut the budget! For us it also helps my husband to know the plan in case I’m busy at the computer and it appears that no one is going to get fed…

We are sticking with Keto/Low Carb for the time being even though the Husband has met his weight goal and I’m only a few pounds shy. The plan is to start adding in fruit as snacks, but to continue to leave out breads and grains.

Instant Pot Keto Chicken

This looks like a Keto version of Chicken Salad and that’s my plan this week. We’ll eat it on a bed spinach probably. The reviews are great so hopefully everyone here agrees too!

Jalapeno Popper Chicken

We tried this a few weeks ago and everyone loved it. The topping was bit unique (it uses pork skins) but it does give it a crunchy top without adding carbs. To make this more kid friendly, make sure to take out the seeds from the jalapeños and cook them with lots of cheese no one will know they were spicy.
