An emergency food bank is something you can do at home and is really easy to put together. It basically contains food items that can sustain a family of four for four days and helps them to keep getting vital nutrients during difficult times. By adding canned veggies, pastas, soups, and more to a brown grocery bag, you’ll be able to quickly get the food to the family as soon as the need arises.
Plus, another great thing about this is that you’ll be able to put these bags together with items you got for FREE or super cheap by using coupons! Use the item search to find the current best deals on the items that will go into your food banks.
