I think Easter candy is about exclusivity. I used to buy at least two things during the Easter candy season: marshmallow Peeps and Cadbury Eggs. My husband is a fan of Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs.                   A couple of days ago I talked about how baking supply sales tend to lay low until holidays roll around. Easter is the perfect time to stock up! So, in honor of baking supplies currently being on sale, I thought it might be fun to share some spring-inspired and weeknight ready desserts that are quick and yummy.
