I don’t care if you hate cereal… in the end you saved on milk.

I have a feeling you all knew more was coming in the world of leftover meat recipes. And you were right! Several weeks ago I covered recipes for using up your leftover steak, last week we talked about leftover chicken, and this week we’re going to talk about pork.
I feel like pork itself has a very wide range of uses and flavors. You can make pork tenderloins, BLTs, and Easter Sunday ham, and it’s all pork. Chop leftover bacon and throw it on a potato or salad, use pulled pork in quesadillas, or dice ham to make a casserole.
