Did you know that every area and paper gets different coupons? This is one of the biggest things that can frustrate couponers… we all want the great coupon and only a few select areas got it. Each week volunteers send in their insert lists so to show exactly what came in your area. I take these and put them into the coupon database. In turn you can then have shopping lists that only show the coupons in your area!!
Take a look at this week’s coupon insert variations from 9/29. Click on your newspaper to see which coupons you actually received.
If you’re paper is not covered and you’re interested in helping, feel free to email me at jenny@southernsavers.com for directions. I promise it’s easy!
As folks send me the lists I will update this page.
A legend for the list:
Black = You got this coupon!
Red = Not in this insert
Blue = A change in value or a new coupon not in the preview.

I don’t know about you, but after a long day, a spa treatment sure does sound nice. They can be quite a treat and a great way to wind down and relax, but they can get pricey too.
Spa Week is the perfect time to indulge because you can find $50 spa treatments available in your area from 10/14-10/20. Sign ups are already underway, and you can signup on Spaweek.com for FREE to find a participating spa and wellness provider near you.
Once you enter your email, state and zip, a list of spa or wellness centers will come up with the services available in your area. Unfortunately, there were not many participating spas close to where I live, but there is one about an hour away, which could make for a fun girls day trip full of spa treatments and shopping! Playing around with areas I found over 20 choices in other areas all in the same city!
These spa treatments can be a great early present too! Treatments could include therapeutic massages, facials, manicures & pedicures and more, so don’t miss out on this fun offer.
Also, make sure to enter the Giveaway and you could win a $50 gift card to make your spa experience FREE!
