A great way to save on groceries is to plan out what you are going to eat based on what is on sale and your stockpile. This allows you to avoid multiple trips to the store as well as avoid the spur of the moment eating out.
When you menu plan remember to include all meals as well as snacks. There are services that help you with menu planning, but they can be expensive. Once you get the hang of menu planning it can be a quick process though.

For $45 you can get a one-year long membership package, (reg $79), plus you’ll get a $2o Sam’s Gift Card and $19.84 worth of food vouchers. In the end after the gift card and vouchers that means the membership only cost $5.16!
Normally I would say that the savings wouldn’t ever cover the cost of joining, but on a deal like this you are bound to recoup the joining cost.
