Every year for Thanksgiving we do something special and bring out the fine china.  I’m pretty sure we only use it twice a year at most, but it’s fun to get everything out and feel super special for the day.  The downside… none of it can go in the dishwasher.  So at the end of a long day of cooking we are looking at a long night of dishes.
