Part of stocking your pantry is having lots of versatile ingredients at the ready for your favorite recipes. I don’t know about you, but even though I strive to be organized, sometimes we run out of a key item or buy too much of something else. I’m all for being creative to use up extra bits and pieces…I just normally try not to do it when company is coming over.

These cute desserts incorporate two of my favorite ingredients: peanut butter and chocolate, and an unexpected surprise — Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes!
