So find the ad, cut the coupon and then pick your store of choice to use it in!  You will need the actual ad.

You may not think that furniture and storage solutions are a Christmas present, but to this mama I think it is a gift that might make me cry tears of joy.  I love kids, but I dream of the day that toys are put up and the floor sweeps itself…

To help get you and I both to that pretend land of clean,  Way Basics is providing us with a set their storage cubes. Way Basics is great because they pride themselves on having the easiest assembly – and it’s true! They sell storage cubes, book cases, and eco friendly furniture. When you open the box, you don’t have all of the screws and bolts and worry about losing them. The furniture is put together with super-strong 3M brand adhesive that fit the pieces neatly together. Just peel, stick and you’re done!  They’re not only easy to assemble, but they’re easy to stack, arrange and move around the house.

The products are made with water-based glue, no VOC’s and no formaldehyde and it holds more than 200 lbs. This all means it’s completely safe around your family and you don’t have to worry about them breathing in harmful chemicals.

The big challenge will be what area of your house do you organize first?  They sent me a set to try out, and I confess I didn’t pick an area that many folks would see.  I picked the area that was heaviest on my orderly heart… our “shoe closet”.  I’m not going to show you a before picture, it would scare you and require therapy.  Just imagine a huge pile larger than my three year old of coats, shoes and bags, all thrown together.  You open the door and shoes spill out into the hallway.  Well 5 Way Basic cubes (one for each person in our house) later… I might actually go drink my coffee in here and enjoy the peace…

        The Giveaway:

Way Basics is giving away 5 storage cubes to one Southern Savers reader!

              (thanks April!)

While this site looks legit, as with all samples I would encourage you to use a pretend name (we use our dogs name for samples) and junk email account.  It is a good habit and helps to protect you from any internet problems.

I’m excited to share that I recently stumbled upon a new way to organize all your vouchers from daily deal sites.  I tend to grab them when I see a great one pop up, then completely forget about it, only to realize I have 48 hours left to use it.  Yesterday I was introduced to a new solution!

Couptivate.com is a new site that can import in seconds all your vouchers from Groupon, Living Social, Plum District, Eversave and so many other sites!  I am in love!!  I can see in one page all my current deals and how long I have left on each one.  It also shows me what is good online, or what deals I need to grab in a local store.  I can even organize it by the deals expiring soon!

I know you all haven’t joined the world of daily deals, but for those of you have I’m pretty sure you’ll love it with me.  It’s takes maybe 5 minutes to set up and then you are off to redeem all those offers you completely forgot about.  You don’t even have to log in to the original deal site, you can print your vouchers right from your couptivate account.

                Oh, and it’s FREE!

Here’s a screen shot of my list:
