I have put a link to a great new coupon book up at the top. It comes through the mail so you have to wait a little bit, but they are great deals, like a coupon for a free Cascade rinse aid. I actually got to use some of mine today at CVS on the Febreze Deal and getting Dawn dishsoap making even more money off the deal than I thought!! After you sign up it takes about 4-6 weeks but they are good until November so you have planty of time to use them.
We are away at the beach this week and have no access to a paper with Food Lion sales in it, nor do I have any more time to not be at the beach to figure out the deals using the online weekly flyer. There will be Food Lion deals again next week, sorry for any frustration.

New Proctor & Gamble E coupons are up now. They are good from July 1 – Aug 20th. Go here to sign in and load them. Some bad news though, it appears that Unilever will not be continuing the e coupons that they offered last month. We’ll see if the website changes but right now it says that the program is over.
Shortcuts coupons expire at various times and they also put new coupons up throughout the month so it is a good idea to always check there when planning your kroger trip.
- There are some new online coupons up HERE. Make sure you print what you want because they will probably not be up long. The CVS brand $2.00 off is a great one to mix with the next deal to make money…
- There is also a hidden deal at CVS: (this means it was not advertised but throughout the country this is what is happening) CVS brand cleansing towelettes reg 2.99 are printing 2.99 ECB so that makes them free. (Limit 5 per card)

Express has put up a printable coupon that gets you $15 off $30 or $30 off $75. It is good through June 29th. Since we didn’t get a great Sear’s Dockers/Gas deal like the guys did this at least gets you a cheap shirt or outfit. It is also good at Express Men.
Bath and Body works printable coupon for a free lip favorite or antibacterial hand gel ($7.50 value) with any purchase. According to other sites any purchase allows you to use this even $1 items.

Wal-mart’s corporate policy for coupons is to accept printable coupons as long as your total purchase is not negative in value and you have less than $40 in coupons.
