Have you ever used Restaurants.com certificates? There are some participating restaurants in our area and we have used them a few times to get a cheap lunch. You purchase a gift certificate off their site for a fraction of the real value and then use it anytime at the restaurant. They do require that your bill be more than the value of the certificate for a $10 cert your bill must be $15 before and for $25 bill must be $35.

An example of how we use it:
A sandwich shop downtown is a participating location, we get a $10 cert for $1.50 then my husband and I go to lunch both get sandwiches and drinks total is around $15 we pay the difference after the cert of $5 so total for lunch we paid $6.50 or less than half!!

If you have Facebook you can now print coupons there too. I am not going to post a link to the application but it is called Check It Out. I will also not list these coupons as part of our weekly deals here. They do appear to be working at stores across the nation however, they are using a vague family number code (part of the barcode) and most are for such high dollars that products will be free plus overage . It is very strange and I do not want to be the cause of anyone being accused of coupon fraud. If you do try these please let me know if they work or if you have any problems. It’s just one of those “if it seems to good to be true” type things to me.
