Take your brownie box mix to a new level with this recipe for peanut butter brownies! It’s really easy and great for anyone who loves the peanut butter-chocolate combination.
Make the brownies according to the box directions, then simply swirl in a peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture before baking.
Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix (the box mixes usually call for eggs, water, and oil)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Make the brownies according to your box directions and spread the batter evenly in your baking dish.
- Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish for 30 seconds. Add in the powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
- Drop spoons of the peanut butter mixture around on the top of the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake according to the brownie box directions. Allow to cool before cutting.
