This is the season of getting together with friends and family.  It’s best to never go empty handed, so here are a few budget-friendly party food ideas based on common stock up ingredients and current store sales.

Any of these would be great to take to a party, a holiday gathering, or just for a fun and relaxing evening with friends!

Use a mini-muffin tin for bite sized snacks!

Coat apples in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Use veggies, crackers, pretzels or bread for dipping.

3 Ingredient Meatballs

Right now you can get frozen meatballs cheaper than you can make them.  They are BOGO at a few different stores! 

Add meatballs (still frozen is fine), 1 cup grape jelly and a jar of Chili Sauce (or 1.5 cups of Ketchup) into your crockpot.  Cook until hot stirring sauce together as it cooks.
