    • Thank you so much!!!!! Have a great day!

    • Amber

Can I just say … YOU ROCK!

    • Aymie

      Thanks Jenny!!
I have a question on the Lean Cuisine.
Why would you have to buy 8?
Couldnt you buy 6 and get a better deal??

    • Kaela

With the Aunt Jemima products, can’t you use two of the $1 off coupons from the Toss for Cash book since they are Publix coupons, and the Manu coupon that is $1 off two and then both boxes are free?

    • Laura

I like this set up much better. It makes it easier to see the different products when you break it up into sections. Thanks

    • Rosie

Where can I find the -$1 off any Guiding Stars????? I looked at the ood lion coupon list and couldn’t find it…THanks:)

    • Karen

The Hillshire Farms Deli select are on sale at Target $2.99. Using the $1.00 Target makes them $1.99

    • Rhonda

The Publix ad says $16.99 Final Price with coupon, does that mean they will not accept a manufacturer coupon along with the store coupon?

      Huggies Big Pack Diapers
$3.00 Off The Purchase of Huggies Big Pack Diapers
$16.99 Final Price With Coupon, Snug & Dry or Supreme, Selected Varieties, 48 to 96-ct. box Limit one deal per coupon per customer. Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Reproduction or transfer of this coupon constitutes fraud.

Good through September 1 for August 26, 2009 ad effective date stores.

    • Sofia

I went to Publix yesterday and the manger came on over to look at two coupons I had (the Cole’s coupon) with out saying a word she scan it and did something . I saw that the coupons did not double and I ask her and she said(w/ an attitude) the coupon says no doubling or tripling. When I got in the car I saw that my receipt said Bonus Coupon Supressed. So even though the system accepted it and would have double it she supressed it from doing so. I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone or if Publix has a new policy? And how does doubling work? I thought the doubling is given by the store so it shouldn’t matter what the coupon says….? The coupon did not start with a 9.

    • JEB

I was at Publix last night near closing, and they had soft Thomas the Train, Bob the Builder, Barney, and Care Bears lunch boxes with 3 DVDs inside marked down to 2 for $14.99. Mine rang up wrong for $14.99, so I got it for free. They may have fixed it now. But at $7.50, it is still a good deal. I looked up the Thomas titles on amazon.com and it would probably be at least a $30 value…Apparently that is a policy, that if your item rings up wrong, you get it free, beacause it happened to me the day before also, with some ranin check items getting rung incorrectly. I had no idea. Can you imagine if that was Walmart’s policy? Lots of your order would be free!

    • Erin

Well Boo. Nothing but pancakes for us!

Sofia – #4- It is my understanding that Publix should NOT double coupons that say “do not double or triple” on them. They also do NOT double competitor coupons. If yours were doubled in the past, you just got lucky!

    • Sasha

Just wanted to let people know the Publix in Greer, SC off of Batesville Rd. does not accept Target coupons. I tried this past weekend, but the Bi-lo off of Pelham does.

    • JEB

I have that happen only once to me by a cashier at Harbison store in Irmo, SC.

    • Val

#4 Sofia- I had the exact thing happen on the exact same coupon, but mine was a few weeks ago. I had a rain check on the Coles Garlic Bread for B1G1, so I was buying 4 even though I only had 2 coupons at 50 cents each. The cashier looked at them and said I can’t double these. The register automatically doubled it so she took the other coupon and did not scan it and just said the other one took the place of the doubled one. I asked customer service about this later and she said that if the register scans and it does double it they are supposed to take it and if I have any more problems to come see her. I will not be checking out with that cashier again. She stopped everything to inspect each coupon like I was trying to do something wrong and it held up the line. Maybe each store has their own policy about it, but my understanding was it’s the store taking money off, and not the Manufacture, so why would they care if the store doubled it or not?

    • Dale

I agree with you that if the store has a policy to double coupons, it should not matter if the coupon says do not double. The store is negating their own policy by overriding this, and it doesn’t make sense. Does that mean when they double coupons, they get some reimbursement from the manuf for doing so? I doubt it, seriously. So all they do when they stop the doubling is create bad will.

    • Sofia,

I had this same thing happen to me last Wednesday so I told the cashier to take the bread off. I went back a few days later to another Publix and had no problem. They have been telling me, they have to do what the coupon says. Like I tried to use a CVS Q and the coupon says Only Good In Store so they would not take it. If you really have question call your store manager they are normally very friendly and helpful!

    • Adele

Has anyone found the list for the new Nabisco rebate? Just wondering if the Ritz would work for the crackers for it. I went to the website and didn’t see a list for the rebate, just a list of products, http://www.kraftbacktoschool.com.

      • Jenny

Are you talking about the $20 Nabisco rebate or the Kraft Fuel for School? Fuel for school items are listed here.

        The Nabisco Rebate is:
        (10) nabisco cookies & crackers AND
any (5) kraft beverage products AND
any (5) easy mac single cups

    • Phillis

      Doubling or not Doubling!

If you u-scan yourself you normally don’t have any problems with coupons doubling. Lot less hassle! Publix has even shown me how to manually key in coupons from “Advantage Deals.” I love my Publix in Middle Tennessee.

    • Phillis

Did you find the Food Lion Guiding Stars coupon yet? It is in the Food Lion Coupon link above. It is listed by itself and it expires 09-01.

    • Ryann

My cashier took back the doubling on the Cole’s coupon as well. The coupon states ‘no doubling’, so I would have no reason to expect them to double it anyway.

    • $1 eggs…can’t beat that! There are .50 Egglands coupons floating around in some magazines…I don’t remember which ones.

    • Dale

I have never had a problem with my Cole’s coupon doubling. Love my store!

    • Suzanne

The Publix on Folly Rd in Charleston, SC does accept Target coupons….I have also never had a prob. w/ cashiers not doubling coupons there either! HTH!

    • Rebecca

Do you know of any good source for purchasing printable coupons? We eat lots of South Beach bars in our household…but are so expensive. I’d love to get my hands on a bunch of printables, if you know how…to combine with the sale this week. Thanks!!

    • .Jennifer

Phyllis- no self scans at any of the Publix stores that I have seen in the Cola, SC area. That would be nice.

This happened to me with the same coupon a few months ago and it just burned me up. I try to go to the same people each time. That way I can use my coupons and they don’t give me any (um well word withheld because it is a family site) about it.

Thanks Jenny. I am ready for a break after last week so good to see I won’t be buying much this week.

    • Alice

I have truly enjoyed all the information you have given us and I have cut down on my grocery bill. While I appreciate all you have done, I ask that everyone be mindful of others. Stocking up is great, but when I have to drive ten extra miles away from the store I normally use because everything is sold out and they no longer put the coupons out because people are taking them by the handfuls, it upsets me. I was lucky enough to find formula at the other Publix but the milk was sold out. It wouldn’t have bothered me except I overheard the girl getting the last milk talking about freezing it. I don’t think she had children and it sure would have been nice to give my kids the organic and freezing is not an option. They were waiting for it. Please, look out for everyone. I would hate if the stores decide to just stop coupons altogether.

    • Charlene

Alice- I agree with you. Couponing is great…but with all things moderation is the key.

    • D.W.

Rebecca(26) – If you want I can mail you 4 of each of the south beach coupons. we do not eat them so i don’t mind printing them and sending them. if you want them send me your address to dwiegand84@hotmail.com

    • Hey Jenny. I was wondering if I could use both the $5 off25 Walgreens and the $5 off 30 Publix coupon (mailer)at the same time on the same $ purchase. Thanks!

      • Jenny

If your total is over $30 before coupons they should take both. That is if your store accepts Walgreens as a competitor. Most stores only accept “Grocery Store” competitors.

    • Mommycfo

Is the $3 off in ad q for Huggies like a sale and not a store q? Could I use a food lion, mfr q and a baby club publix q in addition to the in ad q?

My baby club q’s are good through September. Is it likely huggies, publix wipes etc. will go on sale before then and I should wait to use them?

    • Adele

No, the one I am speaking of is the one that we registered for that has the calendar. My Mom found some at Walmart, we have not received the ones we registered for yet though.
It requires 10 Nabisco Cookies/crakers, 5 beverages and 5 easy mac single cups to get $20 back. They do not all have to be on the same receipt and we have from July 1- Dec 31 to collect them all.
The one you linked me to was the $10 fuel for school.

    • Angie

Has anyone found the Orville Red..popcorn Q in teh August All You? I have 2 copies and can’t find it. Any chance we have a typo and it should be in another month’s issue?

    • Melissa

Does anyone know if the Publix in Bessemer, AL accepts competitor coupons? If so, which ones?

    • Angie,

the poppcorn q is in the July!

    • Carissa

Why do the B1G1 coupons make it free in FL? I’ve never understood that. Do you write the original price down on the coupon and get that amount off?

    • Brooke

Aymie (#4) – I think the reason Jenny says to purchase 8 Lean Cuisine is because if you only purchased 6 you would be using 2 coupons on 2 of the entrees. ie. getting it for free and the $1/3.

    • Aymie

      I must be blind lol
      I am not understanding it.

    • Amy

Walgreens has a coupon in their book for $1 off S.Beach bars

    • Sarah R.

My P&G insert from 8/2 only has a picture of Natural Instincts hair color, not an actual coupon. Argh!

    • Anne Marie

      Adele #34
I asked this on a different website and someone sent me this link. http://www.kraftfoods.com/consumerre…UCT%20LIST.pdf From what I can tell, it is pretty much all the Nabisco products, all the Kool Aid and Capri sun drinks and any of the easy mac cups. I did see Ritz on the list. Darn it, though, the 100% Juice Capri Suns aren’t listed and I bought 4 a few weeks ago.

    • Rebecca

What walgreens book are you referring to?

    • Stephanie Jones

Jenny- Thank you for doing such a great job with the coupon matchups! I did GREAT this week at Publix, (our sale ends today) spent $76.45 and saved $188.51 that was 2 trasactions. So I am glad to see a lite week for Publix…. my pantry overflowly ( if that is a word)!!

    • Tanya

      ***Freehome, GA***

Found the Toss for Cash at the Publix on Freehome today. Plenty left.

    • I am new to your site. I live in S Florida and the only grocery competitor Publix has here is Winn Dixie. I notice you to not have them on your list? I know they are big in Ga. and Fl. Just wondering why you don’t have them on your site?

    • Anita

Chattanooga Publix East Brainerd Rd. location DOES take Target coupons. Yea!! They do not double competitor coupons though. They double manufacturers coupons up to $0.50. HTH.

    • Sarah

In the Ritz scenario is there a reason why the Harvey’s coupon couldn’t be used along with the $1/2 manuf and frees for wheat thins/crackerfuls?

    • Deborah

I shop at either the Helena or Alabaster stores, not the Bessemer, so this might not apply to you. But my stores stopped taking anything from CVS, Walgreens or Target (because people were abusing them) earlier this year. Food Lion isn’t in our area, so they don’t count as competitors. Unless Bruno’s, Winn Dixie or Piggly Wiggly start putting out coupons, we don’t really have any competitor’s coupons to use.

Anyone else having problems printing the Kibbles & Bits Dog coupon?

    • Tausha

      ****THANK YOU******
Just had to share: I just got back from Publix…bought $67 worth of stuff and spent just over $9 out of pocket! Yahoo! Man I love this site! Thanks for all your hard work.

    • Aymie

Looks like a light week for me.
Maybe some lean cuisine and some meat…

    • Cindy

There is a $3/2 peelie on the Hillshire Farms lunchmeat at the Target in Acworth, GA. You can combine it with the Target $1/1 coupon. If you use the peelie at Publix with two $1/1 Target coupons, that makes it $.50 each.

    • Amy

Walgreens has a coupon book right in front of their front door in the stand that holds the weekly ad. It is orange and on the front it says “Back-2-School Coupon Book Over $50 in Savings inside!” The coupons all EXPIRE 8/29.

    • Misty

Can someone explain the huggies big pack diapers coupon. It says 16.99 final price with coupon. Does that mean we can only use the coupon they provide and we are not able to use a manf coupon? Thanks so much!

    • Allison

Am I missing something. I am going through my SS sunday insert from 8/23 and can’t find the Oscar Meyer coupon. Am I looking in the right place? New to this and just want to make sure I am doing it right.

    • Coupons that say “Do not Double or Triple” on them should not be doubled or tripled because the store will have to eat that money if they do. The manufacturer will not reimburse for these if they are doubled.

    • Susan

I just got a new Kraft Food and Family for Fall 09 and there was a Q for $.50/1 any Capri Sun product and one for $.50/1 Honey Maid grahams, Ritz Bits, Teddy Grahams, or Mac&Cheese crackers (among others).

    • Nancy

I went to the store today and I have a few of the $1.00 coupons that I printed off from http://www.cookingwithkraft for the Oscar mayer hot dogs. On the coupon they say retailer coupon and at the bottom they say redeem at publix. Are they store coupons or manu.? They refused to take my manu. coupon so I couldnt stack it.

    • Jen

      In the deal:

Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine Entrees $2.50 ea
B2G1 Lean Cuisine July All You Magazine
-$1/3 Lean Cuisine June All You Magazine
(Buy 8 use 2 of each coupon makes it $1.62 ea)

It seems like it would be better to buy 9, use three B2G1 and two $1/3 coupons.

You would have (purchasing 9 total):
      3 Entrees, use B2G1
      3 Entrees, use B2G1
      3 Entrees, use B2G1
Then, you would have “bought” 6 and gotten 3 free, then you can use two of the $1/3 coupons on the 6 that you bought. Makes for an extra free meal :)

My Publix in Spring Hill, TN accepts Food Lion and Target coupons. I have been able to stack a Publix store coupon with a manufacturer’s Q and a competetor’s Q. In reference to the Huggies diaper sale, does anyone know if I can stack the Publix $3.00 off Q with the manufacturer’s, Target AND Food Lion? Now THAT would be a good deal!!!

    • Shanna

Are the diapers really a good deal? I’m new to couponing and also a new mom. I have the coupons Jenny listed but I would really like to know if its a good deal. I haven’t bought Huggies yet so I don’t know prices yet. I hope some one can help me. Thank you! :)

    • Ln

      Tami # 53,

I don’t think Publix gets reimbursed for any amount over the coupon value + 8 cents. It’s their policy to double all manufacturer coupons up to and including 50 cents. It doesn’t say except for coupons that read “do not double.” They willingly double knowing they won’t be getting the doubled amount back. They do this to bring customers into their stores. So if you give them a coupon for 50 cents that does not say “do not double”, and it is doubled, then they will only get reimbursed 58 cents. And if you give them a 50 cent coupon that does say “do not double”, and it’s doubled, then they are still only being reimbursed 58 cents. Manufacturers probably list that on the coupon to make sure grocery stores are completely aware that if they do double the coupon they will only be receiving the value of the coupon back. I don’t think manufacturers put it on the coupon to keep people like us from getting the item less expensively. I doubt Cole’s (the coupon mentioned above) cares if I pay the other 50 cents or if Publix does as long as it’s paid. I would also venture to guess that manufacturers like stores that double because it gets customers like us to buy their products that we would generally not buy because of high prices. I hope this helps. If I’ve written something in error, please let me know. Of course, most of this post has been my opinion, and therefore, not wrong or right…just mine. With all that said, if it happened to me on one or two coupons what would I do? I’d probably let it go for three reasons. 1-I get too many good deals to be splitting hairs over 50 cents or a dollar. 2-I don’t like confrontation of any sort. 3-I am almost always shopping with little ones and I’m usually ready to get out of the store at this point.

    • Samantha

When I was in Publix in Tallahassee last Saturday, I found two tearpads with coupons that I don’t see listed above. I found: $3 off beef with 1 bottle of A1 Sauce and 1 Budweiser, Bud Light, or Budweiser Select 12 pack or larger (beef purchase price must exceed $5) (exp 12/31); and $2 off produce wyb 1 bag of tostitos and one jar of tostitos salsa or queso (exp 12/12). The beef coupon was on a Budweiser display and the produce coupon was in the produce section.

    • Julie

The Publix in Bessemer only accepts local “traditional” grocery store competitor Q’s, so Winn Dixie, Piggly Wiggly, or Bruno’s. Now they even say they will only take Winn Dixie if it doesn’t state that you need your bonus value card to use it, and they all state that. The Publix on 150 in Hoover takes Target Q’s.

    • valerie

which publix in tallahassee did you find those coupons? (if you don’t mind me asking). i live in thomasville and am headed to tallahassee on friday. i would like to stop in and see if i can find any of the coupons you found before i do my weekend grocery shopping.

    • Dani

Are there any In-Store-Specials you guys have spotted this week?
Please post here! I like plan pefectly before I hit the store with my baby ;-)

    • mel

went to publix tonight and got huggies… i used the $5 baby club coupon and a $3 off manufacture coupon and a target $1.50 off coupon. they would not allow me to use the publix $3 off also.

    • rebecca

Okay, my P takes ALLLLLL comp q’s, does not double ANY. Love mine regardless. Their policy is only ONE store $/$ q per transaction.

In my Toss 4 Cash booklet… there are NO Aunt Jemima q’s! Heinz 57, Classico, Jack Daniels bbq, Lea & Perrins, Weigh Watchers, TGIF, poppers/bagel bites, Boston Market, TGIF, OreIda/Heinz gravy, and OreIda/ketchup. Is there some other booklet out there different than this????????

    • Mina

rebecca, you have the Florida version of the Toss for Cash. They have a different set of q’s from the Georgia Bulldog version running in some other states. FL stores don’t double, but they do have true B1G1 sales.

#10 Sofia – Which store were you at where the manager acted like that? Was it the Kennerly Rd. store? If so, try the one at the intersection of Rt 6 and Irmo Dr., in the Murray Landing shopping center. The manager there is wonderful. It has a real *community store* spirit where the employees are all friendly and helpful. You’d also save an extra 1% or more shopping there because it’s in Lexington county, which means a lower sales tax, and no tax paid on food items.

    • Mina

#56 Misty – No, it doesn’t mean that you cannot also use an MQ. I don’t have the ad in front of me, but that wording would just mean that the $16.99 is the final store price after using their store q. As long as the store q doesn’t state, “May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon,” you should be free to stack.

    • David

Birmingham, Alabama the Publix on Highway 280 and Valleydale will accept Target Coupons only if they say Super Target.
This past weekend was the first time I have used coupons when shopping and I saved over $10!!!!
For a guy, that should be impressive.
Now I have my own coupon book, search the deals for coupons DAILY, and refuse to buy it for retail price.

    • Lauri

The Publix in Ooltewah, TN also accepts Target coupons.

    • Lauri

I have not received my September “All You” magazine yet….anyone else had this problem?

      Thanks so much!

    • Melinda

I keep seeing messages about the All You August and September coupons. I haven’t even received my August magazine yet. August would be only my 3rd issue and I can’t remember when it comes out. Does anyone know?

    • Melinda

When I called All You Magazine this week they said that I should receive my August magazine by the 28th. That seems late. Especially if we already know what coupons are in the September issue. I’m confused!

    • Damien Barber

As per Publix doubling coupons: they are supposed to double ANY coupon that is .50 or less. The reason they do this even for the ones that say “DO NOT DOUBLE” is because Publix (out of the niceness of their hearts) eats that extra money. Yes, the manufacturer does not reimburse them for the extra money, but this applies to just about any coupon these days and Publix still doubles them anyway… basically Publix matches the manufacturer’s coupon for coupons less than .50.

Oh and if someone at your store says that they do not accept Target coupons, you may want to speak to a manager because I was told by a CUSTOMER SERVICE person that they do not, then I e-mailed corporate to tell them what was said and asked them what the corporate policy was about this (I included the store number I shopped at), and I got a call back a few days later from the manager of the store I shop at and he said that they do indeed take target coupons (He even went in depth explaining the full Publix coupon policy, which I already knew). Sometimes the cashiers (including the customer service personnel) get it wrong. I don’t know if there is a corporate policy concerning Target coupons (though if even the manager says no you may want to try e-mailing corporate just to be sure), but it seems that more stores than we might think do take them.

    • Kelly

Our Publix in Thomasville, GA (per Becky) will take their $3 off coupon of huggies along with manufacturer coupon and competitor’s coupons.

    • Freedom

POST #77 Lauri-thank you for the info on Ooltewah taking Target coupons. i didnt not know that. What other coupons will they take? And we can stack these? Do they double Target coupons as well?

    • I just talked to my Store Manager at Publix in Perry, GA! I asked about the $.50 Cole’s Coupon. He said if it Doubles automatically then they will take it and they get reimbursed the whole about. If the coupon does not double then they will not make it double.

I have had a problem with competiter coupons! The cashiers say I can’t take that because it says only good at “CVS”. We have to do what the coupon says. The manager said we take competiters coupon within 10 miles ( I have never heard an actual mileage before), So he said we will take it!

I have talk to managers before and I remember there names and if I have a problem and have discussed it with the manager I use there name and tell the cashier or customer service person, “Nick ” said this is your Policy!

It works everytime! The managers want to fix the problem in the store, they don’t want you calling Corporate!

    • Michelle

My store (which usually has prices HIGHER than what Jenny lists), actually had lower prices on A1 and Orville Redenbacher popcorn. Woo hoo! I got 3 bottles of A1 for free, plus a penny back! :)

    • Tammy

I just received my All You mag yesterday, 8/26. I was getting anxious. I’m in Central FL.

    • dawn

I’m in Central FL too and my All You came yesterday, too.

    • Jenna

I am in Tallahassee and I drive by Publix on my way home from work. If you want I can swing in and see if I can find the beer coupon for you. Does Thomasville’s Toss for cash book have the pancake coupon in it? If so would it be too much to ask if you could pick me up some? My youngest son is not allowed to eat breakfast at school so I have to feed all 3 kids in the morning and it gets expensive!! : ) You can email me at babygirlruca@yahoo.com to get the details worked out.

If I have a Rite Aid coupon that says Manufacturers Coupon at the top, but says Good at Rite Aid Only on the bottom, is it concidered a Manufacterers coupon or a competitors coupon at Publix?

    • Carilee

At the Decatur, AL Publix the A-1 sauce is $1.88 so with the $2.00 coupon you are paid $0.12 to take it out of the store. Thank you for the great website.

    • LindaB

I am also in Central Florida, my All You came yesterday too…there is a 50 cent coupon for another All You in it so if I get by Walmart this weekend I will pick up another one for a little better price just for the great coupons!

    • Samantha

Valerie – I found the A1/beer coupon at the Pulbix at the intersection of Blairstone Road and Capital Circle SE – across from Southwood. It was on a display at the end of an aisle toward the back left of the store.

    • jennifer

I just got my paper with the Publix sale flyer and coupon inserts. (I’m in Marietta, GA and the AJC delivers a free copy of the Evening Edge on Thursdays. It has the SS from last Sunday and the RP that will be in this Sunday’s paper)
Anyway, McCormick Grinders are BOGO $1.99, and there is a coupon in the RP for $1/1 McCormick “Black Pepper, Spice or Herb in a bottle, Extract or Food Coloring”

Do you think this covers the Grinders too? I didn’t get the Nothing goes to Waist booklet and this would also make them free!

    • Pamela

I am a shopper at the Thomasville Publix store they do not put out the Publix coupon Booklets anymore. You have to now ask for them that is wrong. I am glad to see the booklets when they put them out in the store back them. If anymore knows why please tell me. If anyone knows where I can find more coupons please e-mail me back at drillsgt77@aol.com

    • JMR

I have been told this summer at the Trace Crossings Publix on 150 before that they won’t take anymore Target coupons until the SuperTarget opens across I459 in October. I even called someone else over there from the desk and she told me the same thing as the cashier. I have not tried to use any since then.

    • Julie

Thanks to all who posted about the Alabama stores. You saved me some phone calls.

    • Melinda

I have used Target coupons at the Publix at Furman in Greenville, SC over the past three months and suddenly last week they refused to take them. The Target closest to this Publix is not a super Target so they don’t consider it a competitor. Bet they don’t know that a Super Target will be built accross the street with the next three years. The 10 mile rule mentioned above seems to be what our local Publix uses.

    • Melissa

Thank you to everyone who has posted information about the Birmingham area stores! I am new to this “couponing” thing and just trying to get my bearings. Love this site!!!

    • Anne Marie

I am not sure what is going on with the link. Send me an email to momtologan02@msn.com and I will try to send the file to you.

Just got my newsletter email from http://www.simpleanddelicious.com from Conagra foods. It has a $1.50 off Orville Redenbacher popcorn when you buy med. bag of M&M candies.

    • Anita

Does anyone in Chattanooga know where I can find All You Magazine? I am awaiting the start of my subscription. Previously have found it at Walmart, but checked the Ooltewah and Gunbarrel location and there were none to be found over the last couple of days. Any suggestions? Need my coupons! LOL! ;)

    • Traci

The Publix at University Square in Greenville, SC had the Glade Oil Candle holders on clearance for $3 (regular $5.99). I had 3 coupons from a Sunday insert (not sure which one) that were buy a holder and get a pack of refill candles free. This meant I got a holder and a pack of refill candles for only $3. Great deal. Didn’t see it advertised anywhere, just saw it while shopping.

    • Joei

I searched the whole June All you and can’t find the stouffers. Can someone tell me what page?

    • lynn

IN florida the bogo is true bog thus when a bogo coupon is used with a bogo sale you would only pay tax hope that helps

    • David

Listerine was on sale in birmingham for $3.59 for one liter along with a 8.5 oz bonus. Publix has $1.00 off up front and I had $1 off manufacturer coupon. Only paid 1.59 after my coupons! I keep forgetting to take my $5 off for purchases over $30 but I am still learning.

    • Ang

Should I have already gotten my Sept. All You Magazine??

    • Carolin

FYI. On some of the Pert Plus for Men Shampoo there is a sticker that says try me for free. There is a pert plus for men rebate online. If you have the 1.50 coupon. It will only be 49 cents and then you will be able to submit for a 2.99 rebate. NOT TOO SHABBY. I’ve been able to find the rebate on a bottle of Sure deodorant. Have you?

    • Heidi

If I have a Rite Aid coupon that says Manufacturers Coupon at the top, but says Good at Rite Aid Only on the bottom, is it considered a Manufacterers coupon or a competitors coupon at Publix?

    • Patty

My Publix in Taylors accepted the Whole Foods Rotisserie free whole chicken coupon. Someone in front of me in the line paid only 59 cents for flowers and chicken. Just the tax! They said that since Whole Foods was the only one of its kind in the Upstate, they will accept those. Don’t know about the other Upstate Publix stores. Between the flower bouquets at $12.99 each and the chicken at $7.39, that’s over $20….free! May not be free range but free is just fine! And I don’t have to venture onto Woodruff Road!

    • My WalMart in Montgomery, AL didn’t even have the September ALL YOU issue out today! What is that about? And I haven’t received mine in the mail. Usually they are out really early at Walmart. Must be a glitch somewhere.

    • FYI, the Publix in Goose Creek, SC takes Target, Food Lion, CVS, Rite Aid, etc. No Harvey’s. They only accept local competitor coupons. If you google K-mart coupon, you’ll find a $5 (I think) off $50 purchase you could use, too. You can print as many as you like. They expire the end of October.

    • ET

My local Wal-Mart didn’t have the Sept. All You either. The August issue was still on the racks

    • Sara

      Good Job David 76!!

    • Damien Barber

Nobody knows where I can find the A1 coupon in printable form do they? The Montgomery Advertizer did not have the coupon in its insert :(. I wanted to score some cheap A1 Sauce at Publix this week, but without a $2 off coupon it will be $2.09 :(

    • Damien Barber

Heidi, look to see if the coupon starts with a 9 or a 5 or if it starts with an RC. If it starts with a 9 or a 5, then it is a true manu Q and can be used anywhere, but if it starts with RC, then I believe it is really a Rite Aid Coupon and can only be used at Rite-Aid… Jenny can correct me if I am wrong on this.

    • JEB

Saw in The State paper that there is a new grocery store called Reids, affiliated with Food Lion opening in Cayce, SC…anybody know anything about them?

    • Heidi

Thank you Damien for the info. The Q I have begins with a 5. My Publix takes Rite Aid as a competitor and I was hoping it would be a store Q to combine with a manu Q.

So, if I understand you correctly, I should be able to use it anywhere even if it says “Good only at Rite Aid” since it starts with a 5?

    • LeaneG

      Well–My Publix officially HATES ME!!
They are making excuses for not taking coupons at all(yes, even the manager).
I shop at two different publix stores…one does not give me a problem, but the other one always makes a scene when I try to use coupons…especially if I am combining a store (publix) coupon with a manuf. coupon. Today the manager tried to tell me that I can only use one coupon per item and that a publix store coupon (w/ no bar code, that says ‘publix only’) is not actually a publix coupon, it is a vendor coupon……but if publix is the store then they ARE the vendor right??
I didn’t even add in any competitor coupons, and I have never tried, because they are so ridiculous about their own coupons being used!!

Anyways, I have used coupons enough to know when I am being bullied and I stood and stared at her and questioned HER knowledge of coupons until she gave in and honored coupons for my items (like a normal store would). You would think I was robbing the place with a gun….I paid 8 dollars and saved 56 dollars….so the manager was peeved!
If Publix doesn’t want you to use coupons, then why do they print them?!
I will confine my shopping to the reasonable Publix store, even thought the drive is alot longer….the headaches are alot less when the manager is a decent person.

Does anyone else get harassed for trying to save $?

    • LeaneG

Oh yeah, I guess I should say thanks to you! sooo….THANK YOU!

If I didn’t have such great coupon deals, my publix wouldn’t have an issue to worry about, would they!?

I love to make my list for the week from your site. I have been saving my family a TON of money this way!

    • Leane G (#119)
My Publix has been good about accepting my coupons (so far). However, I had a manager at Target that was really rude to me yesterday about my coupons and the amount that I had. I was getting several items free or cheap (which is why we take the time to do this, right?). I had the “cup” size Lucky Charms (a GM cereal) – they were $1 and I had a $1 off GM cereal coupon there were no stipulations regarding size. There was a picture of regular size Cheerios on the box. The cashier said that I could not use it and when I *nicely* asked why, she huffed and puffed and called a manager. The manager said that I could only get what was pictured on the box. I again *nicely* asked her that if I went back and got a regular sized box of Lucky Charms, if I could use the coupon, even though it was not pictured on the coupon. She then concedes the point and gave me the cereal, but called me ridiculous. I was very hurt and let her know that I was immediately calling the District Manager and Corporate, if necessary. I had used that coupon all month (I make a trip once a week) and NEVER had trouble until yesterday. I also told the manager that since I had another Target in town, they were getting my business FROM NOW ON!!

    • Rebecca McC

FYI- the Publix in Brentwood, TN in Concord Village (Corner of Concord Rd & Nolensville Rd) takes all competitors coupons. I have not had a problem with Walgreens, Kroger or Target coupons. They are super nice!

    • Carolin

      Leane G (#119)
I wanted to let you know that you aren’t the only one that has been targeted because of using coupons:) There is a Publix within 3 miles of my home. They recently started not accepting a publix coupon and a manuf coupon. This also includes target coupons and winn dixie coupons. I’m trying not to complain, but it’s amazing how some people get crazy amounts of overage, but yet my stores won’t allow any type of overage. The other day the manager helped a cashier with my $27 purchase. I bought the covergirl(hoping for the overage). Let’s just say that it didn’t work out, but I did get it for FREE. MY total was just touch over $3. I was proud of myself, but have heard of a lot more savings. For those of you that get overage be THANKFUL.

    • Erin

I live in Florida and the Publix’s here do not give the sale price if you only buy 1 of the B1G1 items, it will be normal price.

    • Tracie

I just had the same experience at my Publix last night. I was trying to buy the Natural Instincts Hair Color which is on sale for $5.99. I had a $4 Many coupon and a $2 Publix store coupon. The cashier said “sorry, no cash back”. I said, it’s a penny! She said no way, we lose money when we take coupons, to which I replied you just lost $80 to save the store a penny, keep up the good work! I walked out and left all of my groceries. Why the store insists that they lose money on coupons is beyond me. The manufacturer reimburses them and they spend a ton of money to advertise their sale, Advantage Buys, etc. Some Publix employees seem to resent customers who are creative enough to put a good deal together. There are too many stores to choose from that want my business and my coupons without making me feel like a criminal.

    • Shanna

I just shopped at Publix with coupons for the first time today, I had a great expierence. The cashier was so excited about me using coupons, she uses this site too! I got the Huggies that had the $3.00 coupon for $13.99, I used a FL coupon for $1.50 and also a manuf. coupon for $1.50. I also got my baby formula for around $13.00 it’s usually around $24.00, I had a Publix Baby Club coupon for $5.00, a FL coupon for $3.00, and a manuf. coupon for $1.00. Anyway, just wanted to share my good deals that I got today at Publix in Lexington, SC!!! I LOVE THIS SITE!!!:) I saved a total of $100.17!

    • LindaB

      Tracie re: #124
You are not wrong for being a good shopper…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE call the corporate office and tell them just what you encountered on your trip to Publix. As a former Publix employee I can tell you that EVERY complaint is taken seriously. The store Manager will get a call from the corporate office and he in turn will call you and apologize for his employee’s behavior. That is a mandatory policy that Publix has. Those store managers hate to get those complaint calls from corporate because it looks very bad on them, but that is part of their job. That’s why they get paid the BIG bucks. Every cashier should know the corporate policies on couponing better than their customers, if that is not the case then they need retraining. They at least should know how to keep their customer pleased enough with their shopping experience to want to come back again. If you make that call I hope you proudly walk back into that store and ask to personally talk to the store manager after he contacts you. I hope you make friends with him/her and let him/her know that you want to be a dedicated Publix shopper but only if you are treated with respect whether you have coupons or not shouldn’t matter. Publix is reimbursed for every manuf. coupon they get and put out their own coupons to increase their sales. If you take them up on the offers they put out there that makes you a wise shopper not a cheap one and certainly not a criminal one. GOOD FOR YOU for walking out, now let the corporate office know what you were forced into doing, the store and that employee will be better for it!

    • Teri

Does anyone shop the Publix in Charleston on Hwy 17 in West Ashley? I was wondering if they accept competitor q’s and who’s they accept. I am going there this weekend.

    • Alisha

I just left from the worse shopping trip ever at Publix on Hwy.7 in Charleston. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem using competitor’s coupons before. My total before coupons was close to 50 bucks after coupons I paid $33.42 which should’ve been $5 less. I was told by the cashier that I could use either the $5/$25 Rite Aid(competitor coupon) or the Food Lion $5 off $20 meat department coupon. Am I missing something? Both of the coupons are competitors coupons but one is for purchasing $20 in meat and the other is $5 off for the total items purchased. Just last week at Publix on Ben Sawyer Blvd. I was allowed to use a $10 off $50 Harris Teeter coupon along with a 5/$30 coupon in addition to a 3/$10 Food Lion bakery/deli along with some other coupons. Please advise me if I’m missing something. The cashier seemed to smirk a little bit when she told me this as well. This will more than likely be my last shopping trip at that particular Publix as I prefer the one on James Island!!! The people in that store are much more friendlier and they actually act as if they want my business.

Nashville shoppers. Has anyone been able to use the $5/$25 rite aid coupon anywhere? I was told the Mt. View location wouldn’t take them again after I used one once and called the Belle Meade location and was told they wouldn’t accept them. What is odd is that I have read other shoppers weekly deals in the area and some people are posting they have used them. Anyone else able to use them in Nashville/and if so where?
I’ve only been able to use them at HT on 21st/blair. HT on belle meade won’t take them.

What zip code are you using for RedPlum to get the Q $1/1 Delmonte fruit cups ? When I go on there… both are for $1/3. Thanks!

    • julia

I have always wondered if I could use a publix $5 off coupon and a competitor $5 off coupon…
Does anyone know if this works?

    • julia

Please, please, answer I need to know before i go to the grocery store tommorrow.

      • Jenny

This is one that is up to your store. If your total is over the amount needed for both coupons before all other coupons then they might take it. I would recommend asking customer service before you shop just so you know the answer before you load up on groceries.

    • tonyac3

how many papers a week should I buy?

    • Teresa-QOCD

      tonyac #135
1 paper per person in the household for starters and adjust accordingly, for instance I purchase 2 when there are normally 2 inserts and up to 4 on a 3-4 insert day for the 2 people in my house. This allows me to maintain a stockpile and donate.

    • Katie

Julia, the best thing to do is to call your store and ask customer service or to ask customer service as soon as you arrive.

    • Anyone that gets the AJC, there is a $1/1 mccormick in the inserts

    • South FL

This was not in my ad, but in store the Oscar Mayer bologna (16 oz) is BOGO $3.49.

    • Julia

I cant find the Cubbison crouton coupons….can anyone help??

    • jennifer

all of our publix stores here (mid tn) have bogo on emerald nuts, even though it’s not advertised.

    • Hi Jenny,

My Publix in Greenville, Sc will no longer accept Register Rewards. Do you know if this is now corporate policy?

    • julia

Does anyone buy wet dog food?
What is the cheapest the cans usually go?

    • MommyCFO

      Huggies diapers questions answered…

Well, at least at my store (Savannah, GA)this is what I found out. The $3 in ad coupon can be used in ADDITION to your baby club coupon, which can be used in ADDITION to a mfr and competitor coupon. Basically, I got $3 in ad, $5 baby club, $3 mfr, and $1.50 competitor for a total of $12.50 off a box of $19.99 diapers = $7.49!!!

      HOORAY! Good luck!

    • Jessica

FYI- There’s an Eggland’s Best coupon for .50 in the green Curves Value Book (“Save Over $150 on Quality Products”)

    • Jo Ann Holloway

      Hi Jenny,

Just wanted you to know that Publix in Florida does not let you purchase BOGOs for half price. The first item is charged at full price, then the second one rings up free.

Thanks for all you do on your wonderful website!

    • I am in Conyers Georgia. Do the Publix stores take the $5.00 off $25.00 from Rite=Aid, etc.?

    • jen

When i try to print Publix coupond it says Insufficient Privileges, PLEASE HELP

    • Lauren

I feel your pain when it comes to diaper prices! I have two in diapers. I check out http://babycheapskate.blogspot.com/ every week when I need diapers. She has a chart on her sidebar that tells you the price per diaper that you should try to beat and when you have a Stockupportunity!!! It will give you a very good idea of what to expect for each brand – pampers, huggies, store brands, etc. Also, I was loving the deal on wipes this past week at Walgreens. Went to three different WAGs to get wipes for 4¢ per 64ct boxes!!! Thank you SouthernSavers and BC!!

    • Jon

I have many family members in Western NY intrigued by the coupon savings I’m able to get. They tell me that its not as easy to coupon in western NY as it is “down south”.

I’ve given them sites like this one to use as a place to gather coupons, then all they would have to do is match it up with their ads at home.

Does anyone know of any sites that are written by western NY’ers (the stores they have are Tops and Wegmans).

    • Beth

Thanks so much for all your hard work! I went to Publix today and spent $43.03 and saved $86.23!!! :>)

    • Tiffany

Hi Jenny, I know Publix sale is 1 day left but the Dole Pineapple Juice is BOGO (1.99)

Couldnt find it on the list above

Thank you for your wise work

    • Veronica

I know that Publix will take Walgreens RRs as manu. coupons but how many per transaction? Suppose I have 5 Walgreens RRs and have more than 5 items in my buggy. Will they take all 5 at the same time? Thanks!

    • Cindy

Just a random commment – I started using this website this month and had a new experience while looking over the sale ads. I never thought I would look at a Walmart ad and think their prices were high!

    • AngelaDH

      *Deal Alert*

The Ooltewah Publix has Sargento Mozzarrella on sale 2/$6. If you happened to pick up a $1/1 coupon from the blinkie that makes it $2!

I just love the Ooltewah Publix. The lady in the Meat/Cheese Dept always comes over to play with my kids. The managers are not afraid to act as cashiers or baggers…it isn’t below them. It’s refreshing!

    • Tarrah R.

Wow! I wasn’t even aware that Publix EVER took RR’s! AUGH! I wish I’d known before…! I would llike to know the rule on that as well, because my Publixs’ still take Wags, CVS and Target Coups, just not FL or Harvey’s (darn!)

    • Jennifer

The A1 Sauce was a great deal at my publix because the A1 had 55cents off coupons on the bottles so I used the 55 off plus the $2 off coupons that were in the paper. I paid like nothing for the A1.

    • Tarrah R.

*DEAL ALERT* I know ad’s almost up- but in case you Floridians haven’t done your shopping yet, there is also a $.75/2 wishbone Target Coups=- to make for cheaper dressing! Used with Manuf., makes it $.22/each!

      JEB (#117)

I went to Reid’s last night. They aren’t great. About on par with Food Lion. Do not go to the one on 302 in Cayce (I think that is where it is I drove from Lexington). They have a female older assistant manager there who is not nice at all. She was the manager at the Food Lion in West Columbia that just closed.

They were having a 30% off sale a few weeks ago when they were closing and I drove there from Lexington because I thought I could get some good deals. I was buying some Mott’s Applesauce and was trying to use a manu coupon & a store coupon and she told me that I couldn’t do that. I said yes I can one is the store and one is the manufacturer and you all get reimbursed for this one anyways (but I said it nicer I swear). Well then she said it wouldn’t scan, I think she did something to it, and so she said I couldn’t use it because it wouldn’t scan. I just had her take the item off.

Well then I went in to Reid’s yesterday and needed rainchecks and I almost passed out when I saw her. I never shopped in West Columbia but I just assumed that one of the reasons that the Food Lion was closing was poor customer service. I would have called corporate after I left Food Lion but I didn’t bother because I figured she would be losing her job soon anyways since the store was closing.

I noticed that they had a lot of the Food Lion brand items in the store so I asked her if they took Food Lion coupons and I am not even kidding she looked at me, smirked and said “if they scan.” Then she wrote my rainchecks and they are only good for seven days! Are you kidding me?!?

Anyways, this is long but I just want to talk you out of shopping there because maybe if her stores keep closing Food Lion corp. will get the clue that it MIGHT have something to do with her…

Oh I almost forgot… Then I went to check out and she came over because there had been a line in front of me so my register was backed up (and because I think she thinks I am evil because I had the audacity to use two coupons) and she bagged my chicken wings. I noticed that they had leaked and pointed that out to her nicely (hello food poisoning!) and she said “yeah they do that” and didn’t even clean it up. gag.

So, needless to say, even if I lived across the street I wouldn’t be going back. I will be calling corporate after I cool down.

Sorry everyone for the REALLY long post but she needs to know so she isn’t mistreated too!

    • mama sue

where i live we dont have a Harveys. Will my publix take their coupon?

    • Caroline

PUT CLEAN IN YOUR CART – comes with FREE BOUNTY coupon and many other Publix coupons toward P&G products!

    • Terri

I found the new Put Clean in Your Cart booklet at the E. Brainerd, TN store. Ooltewah store doesn’t have it yet, but they still have the Toss for Cash if you’re looking for it.

In store Special at Ooltewah, TN store.
Kraft Mayo in squeeze bottles. BOGO

    • Katie

There is an unadvertised (I think) deal at the Lost Mt. Road Publix. They have 46 oz cans of Dole pineapple or mango pineapple juice on BOGO at $1.79, and there are some coupons floating around out there from the paper a few months back for 50cents off a 46 oz can. It makes it free plus about 10 cents overage.
Also, several of the body washes and A1 Sauces had instant coupons on them.

    • Joni

Last Wed.I picked up two large containers of Enfilmil Premuim Formula. There was a coupon for $2/1 on the containers and I had two $5 off check/coupons from Enfilmil. I also used the $7/2 Publix store coupon. This made the two large containers of formula $25. That was half off! Well today I just got a new mothers feeding kit from Enfilmil and it had a rebate form for $15 when you but two Premium formulas over 25 oz. Yeah!! My two large containers are going to cost me $10!!! Course I am still nursing so I may or may not use them, but I have them just in case. I give them away if they are not opened!!

    • Misty

My Publix had the Low Fat Aunt Jemima Pancakes for .50 per box because they were being discontinued. Makes them free with coupon. Check your Publix freezer.

    • Misty

Where can I find the booklets? Put clean in your cart etc?

    • JEB

      Thanks Jennifer #159

Sorry you had a bad shopping day! Thanks for the warning.

    • JEB

There were $2 off TGIF skillet meal blinkies today at Publix…they are on sale at Bi-lo for 4 week in the Bonus Saver for $5.99.

    • Caroline

misty, they are usually somewhere around the entrance. the special coupon books are in their own display and easy to see – they go really fast though and you never know when they will show up. I usually find them over the weekends but they are gone by monday.

    • Misty

      Thanks Caroline!

I went to the Publix off of 2 notch. My store is the one off of Hwy 6 and Irmo Dr, but I work near Sparkleberry so I thought I’d stop by that Publix on the way home. Yeah that won’t happen again:)

Thanks to everyone who replied to the doubling of coupons:)

    • Lisa

I have a great coupon to match up with the A1 deal. There was a peelie at publix for $3.00 off of any ground beef over $5 with the purchase of A1.

    • Carissa

Does anyone know if the FL Q for the huggies is just for the pull ups?? I see that people are using them but I want the regular diapers and didn’t know if it would work! Thanks

    • Eve

Can you answer a question for me, I see you keep listing coupons that expire on the publix web pages. Do they take expired coupons?
