Sam's Club | Free Health Screening

This Saturday from 11am-4pm Sam’s Club is offering FREE heath screening again. This screening is valued at $150, so this is a super great offer!

Screening includes the following tests:

Blood pressure
Total cholesterol
HDL (good cholesterol)
Risk ratio
Glucose
Body fat percentage
Vision (not available at all locations)
Hearing (not available at all locations)

You don’t have to be a Sam’s Club member to participate!

Most stores with a Pharmacy are participating, but you might want to call and make sure your local store is participating before heading over.

Offer is on May 13 from 11am-4pm only.
