Heads up if you have purchased Seventh Generation products in the past few years!

If you have purchased select products from 11/14/10 to 10/12/16 you may be eligible for a refund because of a class action claiming that Seventh Generation was using non-natural ingredients and chemicals in select products.

The company has admitted no wrong doing by settling the dispute. No proof of purchase is necessary to receive payout of 50% of the purchase price; however, you are entitled to a full refund if you have you receipts.

Here is a list of participating products. Note: All claims must be completed by 3/30/17.

If I am reading the list correctly, who purchases items by the case? I have purchased things individually.. could I qualify?

If you look at section C of the claim form, it says, “Indicate the number of items that you purchased during the Class Period for the following Products (Please enter numbers only).” I think they want you to specify for example, 1 bottle-25 oz. in the appropriate box.
