An Easter brunch is a great way to celebrate Easter because you can eat it at any time over the morning or early afternoon. Here are some simple Easter brunch ideas. You could choose a few and make the whole meal yourself, or throw out some of these ideas to your guests so they can also bring one!
Simple Easter Brunch Ideas
Egg Casserole
Any egg-based casserole like my Sausage Egg Bake is super easy and can even be made the day before. You don’t even need a recipe! Just whisk together eggs and a bit of milk, add in sauteed veggies or cooked meat and top with cheese.

French Toast Bake
French toast is always a hit, but making it into a bake or casserole makes it much easier than prepping individual servings. I love Pioneer Woman’s recipe.

Hashbrown Casserole
My go-to hashbrown casserole recipe is this Cracker Barrel copycat recipe from Spends with Pennies.

Waffle Bar
You can use my one bowl waffle recipe or even use frozen waffles. Have toppings like whipped cream, fruit, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup.

Sausage Potato Breakfast Casserole
My sausage potato bake works for any time of day, but it’s an especially yummy brunch option.

Fruit Salad
Many berries are in season at this time of year, but you can use whatever fruit is on sale to make a yummy fruit salad.

Yogurt Bar
You can make a yogurt bar with whatever you think your guests will enjoy. Have plain and flavored yogurt in large bowls and then a variety of toppings: berries, other chopped fruit, granola, nuts, etc.

Lemon Loaf
Lemon always makes me feel like spring, and this copycat Starbucks lemon loaf from Averie Cooks looks delicious.

Berry Coffee Cake
You could also just make a regular coffee cake, but adding berries like in this triple berry coffee cake makes it feel even more like spring.

Hot Cross Buns
This is a traditional Easter recipe that is a delicious addition to brunch. This recipe from Natasha’s Kitchen is one of the simpler ones I found.

Mock Mimosas
Use sparkling water or other sparkling juices to make these delicious mock mimosas.

Coffee Bar
For another beverage option, set up a coffee bar with assorted creamers, syrups, milk options. If you have a large crowd, make sure to include sugar-free options as well as non-dairy options. You can do this with a drip coffee maker or a single-serve coffee maker!
