Every so often I like to give you a look at what is actually going on in the kitchen at my house in terms of what we’re eating. Of course, my plan isn’t always what happens, and I have to be flexible depending on the day. This is just my loose schedule, and if I can, I like to do a lot of prep work all on one day so that meals are easy that week. If you haven’t seen any of my previous plans, this isn’t everything we’re eating, and some of my kids eat something even simpler. I just try to plan a couple things for breakfast and lunch each week that are a bit more substantial. My kids are free to add fruit or raw veggies or other things along to lunch, and I usually make some kind of protein at breakfast (sausage, bacon, etc.)
