Every month I provide a free monthly meal plan, but some of you aren’t always planning that far ahead or might have missed it. Here’s a look at one week in the life of our family’s eating, but instead of just dinner I also have what we’re eating for lunch and dinner. I hope this free weekly meal plan gives you some inspiration as you feed your family!

Here’s the march month long meal plan if you want to get started with more ideas.

Southern Savers FREE Weekly Meal Plan for March 9 – March 15

Breakfast

Breakfast is mostly fend for yourself, but I do try to make one homemade thing (waffles, muffins, etc.) to supplement whatever else the kids want. I require them to choose a protein (eggs or chicken sausage usually).

Lunch

I really enjoy eating hot, filling, nutritionally dense food for lunch. I usually choose two meals for each week and make about 6 servings (one for me and one for my husband). That takes care of 6 meals, and then usually one day we end up eating leftovers.

Dinner

Once a week we usually have something going on where I don’t have to cook or we just eat up leftovers (I call this fend for yourself night). I’m not including links to recipes for everything because I usually grill sausages and chicken based on my mood!
