Note: This dressing is flexible. If you want less sugar, you can use less; if you want more vinegar, you can add more, etc. You could also try celery seed, lemon juice, or honey!

The Easiest Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Toss the dressing with a bag of coleslaw mix (or your favorite combination for slaw) and refrigerate for about an hour to give the flavors a chance to combine.
