There is a great new $2 off Tilex Mold & Mildew Remover 32 oz + printable coupon available on Facebook right now!

The great things is that it makes it FREE at Walgreens!

Here’s how:

$2 RR WYB (2) Tilex or Formula 409, 32 oz, Clorox, 20 or 32 oz, Wipes, 35 pk., or Toilet Bowl Cleaner, 3.5 oz, at $3 ea.
-$2 off Tilex Mold & Mildew Remover 32 oz, printable
(buy (2), use (2) $2 off coupons, makes both FREE)

The deal ends tomorrow, 1/28, so be sure to grab it before the sale ends!

Update: Many are finding the daily shower cleaner the only Tilex product on sale.  Ask your store about honoring the sale price for any Tilex 32 oz bottle (since the ad doesn’t specify).

See all of the current Walgreen’s deals.

    • CHI

Is the mold variety included on the sale? I tought that 2 for $6 was only for the shower daily tilex.

    • Kek162

I don’t think this deal works. My Walgreens only has the Fresh Shower Tilex on special.

    • Pv2save

I checked in my Walgreens atlanta store, 2 for $6 deal is valid only for Tilex shower spray and not for mild remover, besides mild remover is 16oz. in size and this $2 off coupon is valid only on 32 oz. sizes

      • Rangevarmint

That is how it was @ mine also…
        The coupons worked just fine.
$0.38 (tax) for 2 months of refill for the automatic shower cleaner.

    • Syoung6708

Question:  How do you do this when the coupon says…

Consumer: Onle one coupon per purchase on specified product.

      • nasatiger

One coupon per purchase usually just means only one coupon per item. So, you can’t use two coupons on the same item, but two coupons on two products should be fine. If you could only use one total, it would say one coupon per transaction. If the coupon said that, then it wouldn’t work.

    • Alli

My Walgreens ad simply says Tilex or Formula 409, 32 oz. It does not specify the type included.

    • Melmok3

When my coupons printed they expire on the 26 on 28 of January.

      • Mahrobertson763

        they expire FEB 26

    • Swolff00

I went today and the sale is only for Tilex daily shower cleaner.

    • Dukebball5249

Works in Charleston SC. The coupon only says mildew remover, but it also works for the Tilex Daily Shower, which is the only thing that will give you the 2 bucks back in RR. so if you need daily shower, this is great, if not, you still have the 2 dollar coupon

      • JPBMC

The Tilex Mold and Mildew will still give you the RR, it is just priced higher.  My store let me have the Tilex M & M for the same price as the other.

    • mt

Not on sale at my walgreens but I did it anyway and got the $2 RR. So I used 2 $2 off coupons. Basically paid $3.29 each for the big bottles. Still a good deal.

    • Hannydavid

I have you have a Dollar General nearby the tilex is only $2.25 regular price here in Orlando,FL. These often go BOGO @ Publix as well ($3.99) so free if they do.

    • Guest

My Walgreens said it was only the Tilex Daily Shower on sale and the 32oz. Mildew was $5.99 so I didn’t buy it. I was on my way to Walmart and the 32oz. was $3.89 so you could get it for $1.89 with the $2 coupon. Better deal than Walgreens.

    • Mmeisty

Does anyone have any feedback on the Daily Shower Cleaner??? Does it work good?

    • C_hakes

The manager at the Walgreens in Grayson gave me the Mild Remove at the sale price and just took off $2.00 instead of getting the RR.  I had 2 cpns for $2.00 off.  So OOP .24 cents.  Then when I paid, it still printed the $2 RR.  Cashier said it was my lucky day.  I will say that I have worked to build a good relationship with the managers and cashiers at this Walgreens.  They are very good and will work with you if you work with them.  It pays to be nice and friendly :)

      • JPBMC

Same thing happened to me at my store.  They are very coupon friendly and just the sweetest people.  They did the same scenario as above and I got my $2 RR also.  I was a happy camper!!

    • La Shone Releford

It didn’t work for me.  I went to Walgreens in Independence MO.  They took the $2 off but it did not print the RR.  And do they give you the sale price that prints on the RR?  They only took $4 off and I used my $5 certificate to pay the difference.

      • ME

It does not work because the coupon is for the Mold and Mildew.  The only one on sale with a RR is the one you spray in the shower daily to keep it fresh and clean.

    • Donafay28

I so DISLIKE Walgreens. The ad doesnt specify which “Tilex” only 32 ounce and they defer to the picture. But the shower fresh in the ad picture still doesnt look like the actual product in the store. So i bought the shower fresh anyway, then they wanted to question my coupon because it was printed on a laser printer and didnt have the color circle on the end. I love CVS…they are so coupom friendly and would have honored it without question.

    • Aamakeuplady2

I went today and questioned if the mold & mildew was included. It was not ringing up but the paper said 32 oz. The cashier called one of the managers up there she said to scan it and change the price to 2.00 each, since they can’t print the rr. The cashier did that and then I used my 2 coupons and only paid .36 cents for the purchase. The rr did print, but since he had already given me credit he couldn’t give me the rr too. I was really pleased. Left the store with 4 boxes of cereal and 2 of the 32 oz tiles mildew for only 2.66. My Walgreens is very coupon friendly, most of them coupon themselves!

    • Phairplu

My Walgreens in Brandon, Florida honored the sale price on the mold and mildew, I used the coupons and the RR rang up as well, this particular Walgreens is very coupon friendly and always helpful…

    • Michellelindagarrett

I was really disappointed with my Walgreens last week because the item was on sale for 3.99 and I had a store coupon for $2 off and a manufacturer coupon for $2 off which I thought would have made it free if they reduced the coupon to the remaining purchase price or given me a $.01 overage toward the rest of my purchases but they just said I couldn’t use one of the $2 off coupons at all in that case

      • Steph_rodriguez82

If you would have threw in a small candy for like 35 cents it would have worked.  I had a problem with the same situation a while back with a different product.  If your coupons are more than the actual amount before taxes they don’t do it.  That’s why most people throw in a candy or I throw in one of their seasonal pencils for 10 cents.  I still only end up paying about 25 cents………

    • guest

My Walgreens was very nice.  They let me purchase the Daily Shower cleaner and use the coupons which scanned without beeping….but here’s the bottom line.  Tylex is selling you a bottle of water with clorine bleach in it – either way….costs pennies….just a thought :)

    • guest

BTW – this deal worked very well with the free Flurries…I had to throw in a .12 X-mas candy each time – but it cost me .15.  Kind of ironic….protein bar and candy. lol!

    • Raynesmw

Didn’t work at my Walgreens. I was told they go by the pic on the ad, not the print, but Walmart had a better price. I didn’t hesitate to tell the mgr what I thought. They should not go by the picture, it is what the words say under it. I really don’t know why I go to Walgreens. Their cs is awful!

      • Maylenerobinsons

totally agree. Almost all of the WAGS in my area have terrible CS. I am in the process of writing a letter to Walgreen’s. I think us couponers should let corporate Walgreen’s know what we think about being treated like we are trying to be dishonest when we are spending honest money in their stores. For now, I will take my honest money elsewhere. Please let me know if anybody wants to their name added to the letter. I will have a signature portion at the bottom. Thanks

    • Countrygirl061770

Everytime I try to print a coupon from FB it asks me for a zip code and I enter mine and it never prints. Any suggestions?

    • Countrygirl061770

I am also still having trouble getting my computer to recognize that I have downloaded coupon printer. It keeps wanting me to download it over and over again! Can anyone help PLEASE

      • Gyps

What browser are you using? I have had the same problem, some browsers are not compatible. Chrome, Firefox, and OLDER Internet Explorers do. 9 does not. Hope this helps.

    • Debbie

For those of you with cooperative cashiers & management, count your blessings! I have 2 stores within 5 miles and neither of them operate that way. A store is only as good as it’s management!

    • H Christy Wilson

I went to two Walgreens and both were out of the 32 oz products. BUMMER!

    • Vicki

Didn’t work for me since the coupon and the item on sale appeared to be different items…Bummer!
