I decided to do something fun with this weekly menu plan and start highlighting one recipe that was linked up the week before. This will be a great way to try out some of the delicious ideas you all share each week, and I’ll calculate the Weight Watchers Points Plus just to keep us honest!
This week, I loved the idea of adding sweet potatoes to a spicy chicken tortilla soup. Thanks to Rachel at Architecture of a Mom for sharing her recipe:
