      – Save $3.00 on your next Beef or Chicken Purchase wyb 6 of the above

      • LD

thanks I wanted the refried beans but do not have a coupon for them but this will make me go ahead and get them for the cat.

        • Joy

LOL. When I first read this, I asked myself, “wow, they feed their cat refried beans?” Then I realized you meant for the catalina! Maybe I've been on here too long…..hahaha

          • Lucy

Lol I though the same thing… can only imagine what happens to the cat after he eats the beans. :O

            • Melissa

ha ha ha! I wondered the SAME thing…LOL…i think i should go to bed…it's been a long day…LOL!!!

          • LD

LOL naw I dont think it would be a good idea for a cat even if I added a pinch of baking soda to the beans lol . LOL good thing we dont have a cat or he would be an air pollution hazzard . But it wasnt you it does read that way. I also post on here early early or when I am tired and sit down to rest . But the positive of doing it when tiered is we get a good laugh !

      • KH

I am new to this. Can you use the catalina coupon on the same purchase in which the coupon is printed?

        • Joy

No, it's off your next purchase so you would want to buy the beans (or whatever Old El Paso product you like) and the purchase your chicken or beef in the next transaction with your catalina coupon.

      • racingmom

So when you buy 3 or 6 Old El Paso does the catalina automatically print the dollars off of your next meat purchase? Thanks a bunch… still an amaturebut striving for BIG savings :-)

    • brenda

Tried to use 2 coupons on a B1G1 promo. I have done this in the past with no problem, but this time the cashier handed one back to me and stated only 1 could be used. I didn't push it with her but went immediately to CS to let them know (thinking that they would correct the problem as Publix always does), however they too said that 2 coupons could not be used, even going so far as to saying their registers are programmed not to allow it. I wrote to corporate and asked for their policies as I am a personal shopper that shops for numerous families and I always want to know the rules of the game. They wrote back with some information, but did not address the B1G1 situation. I have aksed again for clarification, but have not gotten a response. Just an FYI

      • LD

Yes that is one thing that is bad with Win Dixie the customer service. They dont read the emails or listen when you call try to avoid the policy I guess. lol /. I have no idea why they dont want to take 2 coupons on a B1G1 item . that coupon with give them that much more [back to store once redemed] that if they didnt take it. They are losing so much money by not learning the way it works and teaching the stores and the cashiers. The registers are programed that way . That is why it is better to not give card till after coupon . Or use the self check out and do it there. Althoug when u do it some of the sales dont come off [in self check out] till u hit finish and pay [after u put in cpoupons then card scan] . Then it needs the cashier to come over and use there key lol. but i go through it. This is the main reason why I dont do more of my shopping at Winn dixie ! they need to train themselfs and employee's better.

      • There registers are programmed against but it is corporate policy to accept both. Until you get the correct answer back from corporate I would recommend scanning your shoppers card last. Every coupon will go through great and you still get the sales at the end!

    • jaylem

I just contacted my local WD. I was informed my customer services they only take 1 cupn for bogo. However, the manager indicated that will take 2 cupn's as long as it is not a negative balance. So, it simply may be the cashier and true they need to be re-trained because we are not letting this go. We want them to respect the company policy. So, we will train them. Next time they refuse to take the cupns, then cancel the order.

    • doriety

I read on a post here a few weeks ago that WD took competitor Q's like Publix. As I was leaving one day I asked the CSR if they did and she whispered, “yes”. Then, when I tried to use a competitor Q the cashier said, “this is for Rite Aid”. I said, “I know. WD takes competitor coupons”. She called the CS desk and a different CSR from the one I talked to said they couldn't take it. I guess it just depends on the cashier or CSR, but they really need to get a consistent coupon policy.

      • WD does not advertise that they take them but my store does. I have had cashiers tell me “this is Publix”. I just tell them “I know that. BUT, you do take competitor coupons”. They often try to argue, and I ask for the mgr, Each time, they agree with me that they do accept them but they do not broadcast it. Most cashiers at my store didn't even know that.
It could also be a case of what do they consider a competitor. Any other store, or only other grocery stores.

        • ziggy34434

          which store is this?

    • soylatteqt

does anyone know if the Greenwise coupon for the vitatop muffin tops is a Publix stor coupon or a manufacturer's? wondering because WD has the vitatops on sale…

      • Julie

It is a publix coupon – I have heard that SOME WD stores accept competitor coupons (but not sure mine does in Alabama)

    • Brittney

I am SOOOOO new to this and still learning, but, I have a few quick questions. When it is B1G1, do all stores make you buy 2 to get the deal? How do you know if your store does. And, when you have a coupon for example, .55/2 and it is B1G1, do you get the deal even though you are paying one lump price for the two?

      • First off, make sure you take the time to read the Getting Started guides at the very top of this page.
BOGO depends on where you live. In FL, you buy 2 and 1 is totally free. If you live in other state, your BOGO may ring up each item as half price. If that 1/2 price is true for your stores, then you need only buy 1.
As for the 55/2 coupon, you must buy 2 in order to use that coupon. And yes it does work for both items. You are buying 2 items, whether it is half price or a true BOGO.

      • I don't know of a single WD that allows you to buy 1 at half price on the BOGO deals. At every WD I know of you have to buy 2 to get the BOGO deal… and I live in Alabama where the Publixes do allow you to buy 1 at half price. Each store has different policies and you have to find out what that particular stores policies are.

A good rule of thumb is that if the item scans at half price then you only have to buy one, but if it scans at full price and the second scans at $0, then you have to buy 2.

    • doriety

does anyone have the link for the free 7UP coupon?

      • the print limit was reach last week. If it resets, Jenny will tell us. It has happened twice now.

    • carrie

If you already buy eight o'clock coffee there is a $1/2 bags inside the bag

      • LD

There is also the $2 off 2 on the eightoclock web site . so makes it 1.49 a bag.

    • norma

I've also run into problems at WD. The last time I told the cashier (same one I've had problems with before but the only other line was only the less than 10 items open) to just cancel the order. I started to walk out and then said dang it and went to CS. I really wanted that BQ sauce at 0.35/bottle! lol The CS person called the manager over and he apologized. He agreed the BOGO was a store sale and the MQ was reimbursed and said they had no problem taking it. (It wasn't even an IP). He said he would also talk to the cashier and the CS person took care of my order. I didn't know about giving my card/phone number last!

How does that work with their $10 off of $50? I was told that they needed my card to scan that in. The minute the card is scanned, my total drops due to the BOGO sale let alone any coupons I have to give them. I only buy BOGO products that I can match coupons up with.

      Thanks for your help!

    • uknowme

Just to let everyone know, that when you buy the Advantage Oral B toothbrush's and you use a BOGO Coupon, it takes off $4.49 cents. I have used 4 per transaction for 8 toothbrushes. When you use your Winn Dixie Rewards card, the toothbrushes are $1.99 each, which comes out to $15.92 before tax, the coupons come out to $17.96, so you have to add $2.05 in the cart, otherwise you will have to much in coupons for what you have in the cart.

    • racingmom

So on the Old El Paso deal, does the dollars off of the meat print out on the catalina with your receipt? Thanks… still an amature at this.

      • Joy

Yes, you got it. A catalina will print as a separate coupon, apart from your receipt, but at the same time as it.

    • I've been waiting for the Boneless Skinless chicken to go BOGO!!! I grabbed myself two bags tonight and may buy some more later on in the week as we are eating much higher protein meals lately… basically doubling the amount of protein we usually use in pasta in order to balance our carbs and protein for a healthier diet.

Also does anyone know how good the Chobani Greek Yogurt is? My first experience with Greek Yogurt was Yoplait and it was nasty and I wanted to give Greek yogurt a second chance because I have heard others say Yoplait Greek yogurt is not a good example of reek yogurt.

      • Joy

I LOVE Greek Yogurt but DETEST Yoplait Greek Yogurt, so I'd give it another chance if I was you!

      Does Winn-Dixie accept competitor coupons?

Just letting yall know that if you buy the almond milk (for 1.49 per half gallon), then the catalina will print a coupon for a free half gallon of almond milk from silk!!

      • Joy

Which brand of almond milk do you have to buy?

        • susan70032

Blue Diamond………..It's the one on sale this week for 2.50 each and they also have a $1 dollar off coupon to make it 1.50 each. And I did purchase two half gallons. I'm not sure the coupon for the free half gallon will print if you only purchase one.

          • Joy

Thanks so much! My daughter is lactose intolerant so she drinks the almond milk. Yeah!

    • Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a $1/2
Old El Paso coupon in the Pillsbury Bake-Off 44th Contest book.

    • There is also a $1/2 Pillsbury Toaster Strudel Coupon in the same book.
      They are BOGO at Publix.
$1.49 for 2 boxes after coupon

just a note, I was unable to use the (IE) Bird's eye printable coupon at my store because it was for Birds Eye C&W and my store doesn't even carry the C&W! I don't recall seeing the kind on the other printable coupon either, and if it was there I don't believe it was on sale. Luckily the vegges were still only $1 ea so I wasn't too concerned.

Does anyone know where I can get the Old El Paso Q's that are $1/2? None of my 4 Winn Dixie's have them and I've even asked the managers who know nothing about the tear pads.

There are $1/2 in the Pillsbury Bake-Off 44th Contest Book.
The book is $4.99 but contains $5 in Pillsbury Product Coupons.
The book also contains $1/2 Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, which are BOGO at Publix this week.
So the book basically pays for itself with the $5.00 in coupons and then becomes a MMR with the coupons you use.
        I found mine in Wal-Mart.
