rent the runway

Have a work Christmas party you want to dress up for?  Or even an upcoming wedding or special event?  Rent the Runway is a really fun way to have a high end dress for a special event for a fraction of the price.  Rather than buying the dress you would have only worn 1-2 times, you rent the dress!  They have a few different coupon codes out right now that can help you save even more.

Rent The Runway Coupon Codes

FIRSTRTR20P – 20% off your first order
3FOR12015 – Rent 3 dresses for the price of 1

They have dresses that start at $30 for the rental (much better than the $600 retail price!) and can go up to $115+ depending on the dress.  After the coupon code that means a formal dress for $24!  My favorite part is that I never had to leave the house.

I’ve done this as have other friends and we’ve all been really happy with the company.  They send you the dress a few days before the event so you have time to try it on just in case.  They’ll even send you a free back up size, smaller or larger, if you are worried about fit.

My anniversary is coming up and I’m thinking of surprising my husband with something fancy for our night out.  I know it’s a bit much for a date night, but sometimes taking the extra step is totally worth it.
