Finally a Coupon Flyer that other folks have a chance to grab. Whole Foods has released a flyer with coupons for free products through the month of October.

The coupons are:

Sept 30th- Oct 6th — Free Gallon of Milk

October 7th- 13th — Free Parker House Rolls 8ct wyb Whole Foods Soup 1 qt.

October 14th - 20th — Free Carving Pumpkin

Valid only in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN.

I went to Whole Foods today (LOVED the experience!) We went to the kid's hour this morning & I bought their coffee & a "great morning" muffin or some such thing with walnuts...
ANYWAY! :-) They weren't handing out the new "Whole Deal" yet (comes out tomorrow), but I asked them about the free milk deal & showed them the scanned coupon, but they said it was up to each store and they don'thave those coupons here. It's a regional coupon.

I was in Whole Foods in Nashville, TN today and couldn't find this flyer. I did self check out though so maybe I should have gone through a line. Got the slice of pizza for $1.49 and it was yummy!

Has anyone found this flyer in Greenville? I asked 2 cashiers at the Woodruff location and they looked at me like I was crazy. Said they randomly have coupons to give out, but no booklets.

Can you freeze milk? I haven't seen these booklet/coupons in our WF's yet, but since it is just across the street, I'll be checking regularly.

Whole Foods rotisserie chickens are much higher quality (& the chickens are hormone free and humanely treated) than Publix. Next time treat yourself to the good stuff!

This is coupon you receive at the checkout from the cashier. Along with the Whole Deals coupon flyer (available at customer service or in the front of the store)$ the Sept. madness sale, Whole Foods has a TON of good deals right now.

The slices of pizza which are very large are $1.49!
I bought 2 packs of organic chipotle wraps (in the freezer) for a $1.00!

I was able to use my Whole Foods coupons for the rotisserie chicken/flowers at Publix since WF is considered a competitor in my area...should at the very least be able to do this with the milk. (Not sure about the Parker House brand...if it is carried at Publix...or the pumpkin). Is it going to be a new flyer each week or this already out on the stands at WF?

Jenny, I am confused. Is this flyer at the store? Or is it a printable like the rotisserie chickens were?

BTW-Has anyone seen the new Mambo Sprout coupon book yet? I got my email about it 10 days ago, but no booklet in the mail, and Earth Fare here (Charleston) has not received their new booklets yet.

It is a flyer in the store. I doubt we will see any more printable coupons from them, that got out of hand last time and they ended the coupon early.
