At my last Bi-Lo trip the cashier said they were no longer accepting printable coupons. Anyone else have this problem?

      • RebeccaFer

Not at all, thankfully. I am in Charlotte and my Bi-Lo is awesome! They will even take Wags RR plus if I go speak to a manager ahead of time, I can usually use a coupon that has expired within the last couple of days. Last night, the manager even allowed me to use some that expired 5/31!!! They take ips, wts and even run the $10/$50 coupon from Entertainment or Citipass book Before all other coupons! I LOVE them so much! :D

        • Rebecca –

Is that the one on Pineville Matthews road? I'm in Charlotte too, and I'm always looking for somewhere that my coupons are appreciated instead of being treated like I'm some kind of a thief. (Like at the Rite Aid in Carmel Commons, lol.)

          • RebeccaFer

Actually it's the one on Prosperity Church Road & DeArmon, near Highland Creek in the University Area. It's a short drive from Concord Mills Mall if that gives you a better reference. If you do make it over here, I don't recommend the RA that's a short drive down the road since that one is a little wacky about it's coupon use too, lol. The HT that's right down the road from Bi-Lo is another awesome store with friendly employees and managers. Although Michael (a doll to us every time) is a very stick to the rules kinda guy so I don't ask too many favors of him if I catch him there. I'm really lucky to have two great stores by me that have great sales too! I have a LF here too but I find them hit or miss so I usually don't go there. HTHs! :D

      • Jo

The cashier could have been confused. I've had that happen at Kroger. I pressed a little because it sounded ridiculous, and it turned out she meant to say “free” printable coupons. :)

        • RebeccaFer

That sounds logical Jo. The cashier could have thought she understand what she thinks is a new rule but really just got it mixed up. I've had that happen and it helps to call over a manager or even another cashier who seems knowledgeable. :D

      • Karen

I used computer printed coupons at my bilo in Sumter, SC on Sunday without a problem.

      • Mandy

Which Bi-Lo was it at? There have been alot of fakes going around…so that might be the case. They're not getting the money back.

      • Beth

Used them today. Used self check-out, though. I'm pretty sure the lady knew I had printables – I always do.

      • Fdvideos

I had them take my printable coupons yesterday and the manager took them to the back room to check them before they would let me use them. Everything turned out good which I knew it would.

    • krystal

      THANK YOU!!!!

    • pureromancebychriste

The Lance Cracker Coupon says its expired

    • angiewuest02

dont forget to complete your surveys at the bottom of your reciept! just got a coupon for a free 2 liter southern home brand!

    • mary e

I can't find the muffin mix coupon – only frozen muffins. can anyone help?

      • heather

        I couldn't find it either! :(

    • Heather

Jenny, the coupon for Scott paper towels is for 6 or more rolls. The sale is on 4 roll packs. So that coupon would not be valid, correct?

      • Mandy

Check the last five digits of the 4 pack…if they match the last 5 of the coupon, then it will work

    • Heather

There were $1/2 Smuckers toppings coupons in some papers this past week. I am in Columbia, SC, but was in the Charlotte area over the weekend and bought a paper there and they had one in the Charlotte observer but not in the State.

    • momwastingx

does bilo double ecoupons that say do not double or triple? the coupons are .50 cent. i'm in greenville county, s.c.

      • mary

Iam in TN and our Super Bilo use to double any coupons but last Friday I went in and the cashier wouldn't double any that said 'do not double'. I asked her about it and she said we don't do those anymore. I think it just depends on your cashier and what mood they are in :)

        • Mandy

Its supposed to double automatically…its all in the computer. Some that say do not double will and some wont. So it all depends on what they have in the system.

          • S_Carolina_Girl

Usually if the bar code starts with a 9, it won't double. Most of the DND coupons have that type of barcode, so the computer won't double them.

        • Beth

Thank goodness for self check-out at Bi-Lo. I love using it for exactly this purpose. No need to worry with moody cashiers and I can take my time and ensure that every coupon is accounted for.

      • Lisa

Pickens Bilo (and Ingles) has always doubled all my coupons, even if they say do not double. I've only been couponing for about 6 mo. now, but I've never had a problem with it. At first I wondered if I should mention it, but I think maybe it's like their “store coupon”. In other words, they double it with it coming out of their profit.

    • Heather

One other question. With the Kraft salad dressing buy 2 get $1 off next order deal, does anyone know if you are supposed to have a coupon for that? I went in there today and purchased 2, but didn't get anything about money off next order.

      • Christina

When I did that deal in West Columbia, SC, it took the $1 off of the same order and it was noted under the part of my receipt where it breaks down the savings and coupons.Christina

        • Heather

Thanks, I just looked back at my receipt and it wasn't taken off. I also noticed they missed my .40/1 Orville Redenbacker coupon. Not worth going back up there to argue over 1.80 total, but still a little bit of a bummer. I normally shop at the West Columbia (Emmanual church rd) location too, but this time went to the one in Lexington. Oh, well. It was still a decent shopping trip over all.

      • Sarah

I actually got back a coupon, seperate from the reciept, for $ off my next order. I had to ask for it as the cashier didn't notice it, but it came from the catalina machine.

      • TinaSC

I didn't get the Catalina for Kellogg's or Kraft. I'm pretty sure it wasn't taken off my receipt but I'll have to double check.
        York, SC store

      • SmilingApple

The kraft coupon prints out from the Catalina machine (the coupon printer over on the side by the cashier) the last two times I've had to point and smile to my coupons to remind the cashier that the coupons printed out. They were good coupons -$3 off next shopping trip. Sometimes you have to remind them :)

        • Heather

Thanks. I will just have to start paying better attention to making sure I get my Catalina's. She didn't give me any, but I didn't pay attention to if any had printed out or not.

    • RebeccaFer

      oops, wrong place. :D

    • quarleywoman

Tried to print the Whiskas $2.00 coupon and Red Plum says $2 off any dry but then prints B2G1 coupon for tray. Where is the $2 off any dry???

      • Denise P.

Same thing happened when I printed. Maybe they've changed the offer?

    • June

Has anyone had trouble with this page? When I opened it-my virus detector popped up and said warning-virus threat–it removed it to the vault Dont know much about viruses so not surte they can be put on pages like this! It would be awful if someone has deliberately!

    • brittany

if you want to double a coupon do you have to have two coupons?

      • momto2boys

        No, it is automatic.

    • Angel

The Pork Loin coupon is $1 off the entire package, not $off per pound, and there are never any one pound packages, so YMMV.

    • Denise

The lance cracker printable says the offer has expired.

    • Denise

Also I just discovered that the emerald nuts coupon in $1 off 1 which makes them $1.49 each.

    • BB

Can the $1.50 off Mystic pizza coupon be printed several times?

      • Christen

yes and it does work just fine on the mini's

        • S_Carolina_Girl

So bummed about the Mystic pizza! I went today, and they were already gone!

          • ashley

I got the last five at my store today…I sure hope they restock!!!!

          • tami

You need to get a rain check then you can go back later and buy therm. :)

    • BB

What zip code are you using for the cat litter?

    • In Anderson, SC's Bi-los there are close-out taquitos in the freezer section for $1.25. Inside there are coupons for $0.50 off your next purchase, which will double to $1. I did 2 transactions (first for 3 without qs, second for 3 with qs) and ended up getting 6 for $4.50. I could've gotten them even cheaper, but I didn't want to hassle with anymore transactions that I decided on. Now I have 3 more $0.50 qs, but I'm wondering how many boxes of these I really need, haha. (PS: They're really good.)

      • Rachel

Tornadoes NOT taquitos. SORRY… you do get a catalina q for $1 any Jose Ole product when you buy these.

        • Beth

There were also some great Tornados printables out there a while back. Sadly, I've already bought all the Tornados out at my Bi-Lo – I wish there were more left! I got a great deal on them, though, with the coupons!

I think it may only be one flavor? The ones on closeout in my area were pepperoni.

    • Jenn Wilford

I'm wondering if someone can help me with the Meal Deal; this is the first time I've bought one and I don't see anywhere on the receipt where the items were free. How can I check to be sure it rang up correctly?

      • Rcciss2000

Directly underneath the product name it should say “price you pay…free”
At least that is how it is at my Bi-Lo

        • Jenn Wilford

Thank you. I called customer service and something didn't ring up correctly. Thanks for letting me know what to look for!

    • MissCallista

Can anyone tell me if the Signature Deli Pizzas are any good? I have 3 picky preschoolers and I am not sure if we should try them, If possible, maybe compare them to a chain, or frozen pizza. Thanks…

      • Christen

we had ours tonight for dinner…I am not crazy about pizza but we finished it tonight (just two of us). It was awesome and had a very fresh taste to it but I can't think of any chain that it compares too and it is definitely better than any frozen pizza I have ever eaten. hth!

        • MissCallista

Thanks Christen that helps. I may purchase tomorrow for dinner…I am recuperating from surgery and need a quck meal and this sounds like it would work.

    • Melissa

Looks like a good week – especially seeing as I have Catalinas from the Kraft and Kellogg's deals that I need to use up! ;o)

    • Beth

I found some Lance Cookies/Cracker $.55/1 peelies last week at my Bi-Lo. Makes some for some super cheap crackers when doubled!

      • tami

I hope you didn't pull them off the product and leave the product behind. That is not cool!

    • mp

Is there any Bi-Lo in Greenville area which accepts rite aid coupon?

      • TC

I have been luck with the bi-lo in Greer (dill creek shopping center) depends on which manager is on duty. Good Luck

    • Beth

The bi-lo in Lex, S.C. doesn't carry the Mystic Mini Pizzas, neither does the Irmo store. Anyone know which Bi-lo does?

      • SmilingApple

The one on Two Notch has them. I got two today.

      • Ashley

I found them tonight at the store on Emmanuel Church Road in west columbia, SC.

      • Gamecockshan

I bought them at Cayce Bi Lo tonight.

      • Beth

        Thankyou!

      • Nonniemonroe1

harris teeter is the only store i have found them at

    • Poston

Does anyone know what zip code you use for the cat litter? Please tell me so I can go get some.

    • MichelleM.

I am new to couponing, but i get real excited when i see big savings on my receipt. It's not as much as some have, but with two kids and only one of us working, every little bit helps. This was what i got at my bi-lo today:

      Eggo Waffles @.77/box
Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks @ .90/box
      Doritos @ $2/bag
      Arm&Hammer Carpet Deo @ .12/box
      Oscar Mayer Lunchmeat @$2.00
      Cheese Nips @ 1.79/box
      I Cant believe it's not butter @ .74/tub
I also got (2) packs of ground beef for 8.00 total.

Sub total before store savings and coupons-$118.70
      Total after- $45.88
      Total Savings-$74.61

I was so thankful. My kids eat waffles all the time and they take the BC Fruit Roll Ups to school in lunch boxes. I got 12 boxes of waffles and 14 of the roll ups, but it will last a while for us. Thanks to this site my freezers and cabinets are full!!!

      • Nonniemonroe1@aol.com

michelle , i work for bilo and i just wanted to advise you of this……..10 items of each product and coupon will double….over 10 of each will only do face value of the coupon…if you have a hard time figuring this out just email me…nonniemonroe1@aol.com

        • MichelleM.

Thanks. I looked at receipt and they all doubled. They were .50/2 for fruit snacks and $1/2 for eggos so it was 7 q's for fruit snacks and 6 for eggos.

      • Jamie

That is awesome, Michelle! I remember the first time I saved a bunch at Bi-Lo. I was cheering all the way to the car, and had this sense of wanting to go to everyone and tell them about couponing!

    • Ashley

I went to the BiLo in west columbia SC tonight and purchased two of the 2000 flushes and used 2 of the 1.00 off coupons from the All You magazine….each of the coupons deducted 2.00 off instead of just 1.00 off making each one free with a 22 cent profit on each.

    • Gamecockshan

Need some help from you Bi-Lo experts (and I cannot get the Bi Lo Double Coupon policy to come up on my computer for some reason)…. anyway — I went to the Cayce, SC Bi Lo tonight and used 2 $.50 off coupons (internet printables), and they show as doubled. Which is CORRECT. However, I also used 4 $.25 off (Bounty PG 6/6), but they don't show as doubled on my receipt. Next to those coupons, on the left are the letters MO (which I think was “manager override” because a manager had to come help the cashier because she said something wasn't scanning). Can anyone tell me why the $.25 off coupons were not doubled?? From what I saw, there was no text that said it could not be doubled. Please advise!! Thanks!

      Shannon

      • Holly

Did the manager have to manually enter them? If so they would have needed to manually enter the double as well.

This has happened to me before. kind of. I wanted to use coupons on the meal deal. The cashier said she needed to manually enter those since they were free products. So she did, but they didn't double. I saw it when it happened, but didn't say anything because I was just thankful she was doing that. Plus it was like a .20 Hunt's coupon, not a biggie.

Anyway that's why I think it was that. If they have to manually enter it things they don't automatically double. You can always try self check out! I have found though that it takes a long time if you have alot of coupons!!

        • Gamecockshan

          Thanks Holly.

Yes, the manager manually entered them. Do you think that if I go back, they will give me the credit for the doubles me missed? I mean – $1 is $1!

And, I was using self checkout, but the cashier stationed there told me to give her the coupons instead of my scanning them. ;o(

      • i had this very same thing happen at my store, and it got pretty ugly.

when the cashier went to ring the .25 coupons off the bounty from 06/06 PG, they wouldnt go through.

she called a manager and she pushed them through. I saw they didnt double and asked if they could be since the q doesnt say DND and is less than .55.

        thats where it got ugly

she wanted to see my paper towels and asked how much they were and proceeded to tell me these were NOT bounty brand, they were BASIC brand. And i showed her where it said bounty on top and where the coupon said any bounty paper towels or napkins. She mumbled something about not knowing how to explain it but it is not the same thing. She pushed it through but was very rude about it. Not such a big deal if there wasnt some one in line behind me.
        :-(
        so be careful
and make sure that the q's ring and double

and if they give you grief, show them where on the receipt it prints:
        Bounty.

        • Jen

I truly admire your bravery and patience in dealing with this lady. And I'm sorry you were treated so rudely. I honestly don't understand why a store advertises things, such as double coupons, pushes their employees to be courteous, and then acts like we're criminals when we try to get double coupons! At one point I'd stopped going to Bi-Lo, because as a single coupon (not double), it was cheaper to go elsewhere to begin with, and without all the grief!

    • Sgurley

Came back from Bilo on Decker Blvd. Cola., SC 30 minutes ago and they would not double Bounty Basic Paper Towels Single Roll, 25/1 Bounty Towels or Napkins PG 6/06
      Per store manager
      sg

      • Beth

Why? I didn't say not to. I used them at the Lex, S.C. store with no problem yesterday. I would have to go over her head. What was his /her reasoning?

        • sg

He did not give me an explaination. Just said he would not double. SG

          • ChelleKD

I used mine at the Lex, SC one just fine. Try the one by Hobby Lobby..

      • Sclark2020

I had no problem @ BiLo on Two Notch earlier this week.

      • Debra

I was reading your comment and I could not use this coupon on the small roll of paper towels, I was told only on the bigger roll of towels. I did not use the coupon, it sure would of been a good deal other wise. Sorry that you had this problem as well.

      • Stevendrish

The bilo on Clemson Rd doubled 10 of those coupons for me yesterday.

      • Dani

Go to Bi-Lo's web page and go to contact us. I had a problem with the Decker Blvd. on Saturday, my friend and I left and went to the one on Two Notch where we had no problems. I got a call from the DM apologizing and they are sending me a gift card. They were extremely rude during the whole transaction.

Lexington, SC Bi-Lo..I asked customer service if the catalina Q was printing for the Kraft dressing 3/$5 but the person didn't know and said I'd have to make the purchase first to see if it worked. However she did tell me if it didn't print and I didn't want the dressing they'd void that purchase for me. It didn't print but was still a good deal @ $.57 each.

    • Laava

The Mystic pizza coupon is gone from the link. Anybody saved the pdf?

      • ashley

I can't get it either….I wish it would get fixed!!!! That's a great deal on pizza!

    • bradleyr

Went to my BiLo (Cleveland, TN McGrady Dr.) last night they have Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon on sale for 2.99. If you printed the $1.00 off printable here: http://www.kraftbrands.com/goodmoodmission/#/section/save/offer/turkeybacon

makes it $1.99 pretty good deal for bacon.

    • bi-lo imp

I work for bi-lo. Bi-lo has implemented a new system that if an item is bogo, and the coupon being used isn't in a list of known coupons, it requires a manager override. This is to keep bogo items from taking off too much with a doubled coupon. These coupons are unfortunately up to manager approval. However if your store manager denies the valid coupon which is within bi-lo's doubling policy The corporate number is 864 213 2500. Know your store number and the manager who denied the coupon.

      • Barbw04

Thanks for the update. That explains why I've had trouble the last couple weeks with SS coupons not scanning on BOGO items. Fortunately the manager pushed them through for me.

      • pureromancebychriste

Yes this stinks cause now I cant get the Overidge. :( i bought Those Hartz Cat treats they were B1G1 $1.20 each and I had a Coupon for $1.50… They only let me use the Q. for $1.20

    • Dixie

new to this whole thing and have a question about bilo. On their bogo deals, say doritos and price is $4.99….if you were to buy just one bag would you still pay the $4.99 or would you pay half of that price? Thanks.

      • CP

        You would pay half.

I couldn't find Hefty One zip bag coup in my insert OR in the link. Is there a way to search those sites for the specific coup needed instead of clicking through all of them? I don't have time for that! ANDI'm getting increasingly frustrated at not finding coups in my inserts. There were several listed that weren't in my inserts. This happens regularly.
      Advice anyone?

      • CP

A lot of coupons are regional. I don't know how to search the other sites, but Ebay usually has them (some couponers have issue with 'buying' coupons, but for me it makes sense) and sometimes I can find someone on the traders site to trade with.

    • Suemh

Does anyone on here buy the Greenville News in the Clinton/Joanna SC area. Twice in 3 weeks they have not had the Red Plum inserts.

    • Amber

was in Bi-lo today and all varieties of Klondike ice cream bars are on sale for .99 instead of 3.99. I think it was an unadvertised sale–the tag said good through 6/15. No coupons, but still a great price!

    • Aliciaswiney

walmart in soddy daisy tn is very un–coupon. I had 2 of the coupons for $2 off pampers wipes and tried to buy 2 tubs of wipes at walmart. I was told that they could not ring both wipes and coupons on the same transaction that if i wanted to use both i would have to go to another register and stand in line another 15 minutes (with 4 teenagers with me) to use a second coupon. the cashier told me she would get in trouble if she let me use both of them.

      • DonnaTN

I don't see why she would say that. The coupon says limit one per purchase. I dislike going to walmart period even if it's for free items…

    • retsbob999

Nobody mentioned the Catalina Coupon for buy 3 or more Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks…I went to a Bi-Lo in Rock Hill SC and bought 4 boxes of fruit snacks with 2 $0.50/2 coupons and got a $2.50 Catalina with my receipt for a total of $0.40 per box.

    • ClaraL

Our Bounty Basic Paper towels here in Asheville NC are 1.19 B1G1 so with the Q it was like $.10 per roll…
