Are you ready for some awesome CVS Money Makers??   There are some great deals this week, so I hope you have time to gather a few coupons and swing into the store!

I did a live video on Facebook detailing out all of these items, but for some seeing it written out helps!  I normally would split up transactions, but thanks to a few CVS issues last week and recently having 30% off store coupons I did this all in one transaction.  I spent $7.81 after tax for everything and got back $50.88 in ECB for next week!!

The deals marked with *** all will take an additional amount off if you have a store 30% or 25% off coupon! Make sure to at least do these in the same transaction to get the most out of that coupon.

U did great! I have had an awesome two weeks. I have spent oop $0.98 for over $135.00 in personal care items since Sunday and I am going back for the Olay deal tomorrow. Two bottles for free because I got an extra 2 ecb for a survey and a $2 cvs email off beauty. No ecb but it goes towards bb.

At my CVS I do not get % off when you receive ECB’s, so the beauty deals don’t work for me. I really love CVS but I am still having problems with some of my CVS issued coupons (from my email or from their machine) not being validated. Do you have to ask for the cashier to process the 30% off or is the system different in some areas? Is anyone else having problems with their CVS coupons not working. This week I did not get my 3.00 off 15.00 on my facial products. This is the only one I used this week but last week it was 3 coupons that I did not get credit for. They will correct them but I hate making people wait. CVS is my favorite place to shop and I really appreciate the savings. I was just wondering if this is happening everywhere and if anyone had any suggestions.

      • Kristina

My CVS is good about scanning coupons. I seem o have problems with the calculations not working out to what I would hope. The 30% off doesn’t seem to take into account a certain amount when I use ECB’s on that transaction. So it will reduce the discount.

    • Kristina

Jenny, do you have a trick to using the 30% coupons? Last time I used one the register deducted my $5 ECB from the non sale items and the total discount wasn’t as big as I hoped. I’m not sure if there is a way around it. Seems to be automatic at my store. I know the items were regular price. Thanks.

I love the videos and break down. I love 45 minutes away from CVS so I’m lucky to get there at all. But I love CVS. I think I’ll start shopping on Thursdays after you have posted the videos.
I did hit CVS this morning for the paper towels and tide.
I did notice while I was in there that they had a lot of small summer toys on sale for 75% off. I filled my cart up. There were jump ropes, yoyo’s, and other stuff for 75 cent each. I filled my cart up. These items will be perfect for Operation Christmas Child. I did 15 boxes last year and I am making 16 this year. Last week, Dollar General had summer toys on clearance for 40% off but Friday though Sunday they were an additional 50% off which equaled out to about 70% off. I got silly putty and small stuffed animals for 30 cent each. These are the kinds of deals that I look for all year long for my boxes.
Thanks so much Jenny for all you do for us.

I’ve cut down on going to CVS because there are less deals than there used to be and the new computer systems have SO many restrictions on them now and it makes it hard to use coupons and ecbs strategically. I might have to take a trip this week though!

on the almay deal, the printable coupon is for walgreen’s. does cvs accept competitor q’s?
