Homeopathic remedies are a complete waste of money. They have not even a single molecule of active ingredient, and have been proven to be ineffective. Amber necklaces are also ineffective and dangerous. Essential oils should be used with extreme caution on children. Teething rings are great, but I would personally skip everything else on this list.
