Twice a year Food Lion runs a big house brand Super Sale. This is by far my favorite sale they run! You basically earn 25¢ of every item you buy up to 40 items per transaction. The sale will run through 10/1, so you have a few weeks. I do expect some of these great deals to be gone quickly though (like salt for 8¢ and cat food for 15¢).
