Dollar General has another $5 off $25 purchase printable coupon for this weekend! If your area is tax-free this weekend, use it on some school supplies or other participating products!

This coupon is good on Saturday, 8/11 only. Check out this week’s Dollar General ad so you can stretch your dollar even more.

If you are a Fred’s shopper they are offering a coupon for $5 off $25 as well. This coupon is valid 8/10-8/14 so make sure you print it out and use it soon.

      Can you use the $5/$25 at Freds  with Manufacturer Q’s?  Is so can you use the $5/$25 and then use your manufacturer coupons?  Thanks

        you can use coupons with it.  give the $5 coupon FIRST.  Freds where I’m will only let you double one coupon per LIKE item.  So, if you want to buy two products, you will have to do it is separate transactions…they don’t like that either (at the one I go to).

      Does you total have to be $25.00 before or after coupons?
      I know when Family Dollar has these it has to be $25.00 after coupons.

        I called Dollar General customer service and ask that exact question last week. She said the $25 total is before coupons. Give the $5 off coupon first, then the other coupons.

          For over a year I had issues trying to use the $5 off coupon because the store insisted that they could not accept any manuf. cpns in the same order. Recently I noticed that the coupon actually has instructions for the cashier   to scan the $5 off cpn BEFORE the manuf. cpns-LOL! They cannot argue with me now-it is in black and white on the coupon!!

      I can’t find the Dollar General ad with coupons here on the SOuthern Savers site.  When I clock on the blue link above, it redirects me to the search list for all of the Dollar General posts, but there doesn’t seem to be one for this particular week?  Am I doing something wrong, or could it have been deleted?  Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help!
